On a regular night in Kitami, when it comes to dinner, it's gotta be yakiniku! I heard about a delicious yakiniku restaurant and made a reservation to visit. We arrived at 6:00 pm and there were no other customers. The restaurant has counter seats as well as table and hori-kotatsu seats. We were seated at a table. The menu offers a variety of options including beef, pork, chicken, lamb, and seafood. We started with hormone, which was delicious and had a nice flavor. We also tried tongue with salt, raw beef liver, aged sagari, super spicy Carolina Reaper hormone, President Shiitake from Oritate, pickles, and spicy bean sprout namul. We didn't have all-you-can-drink, so we enjoyed beer and Kiretsu while eating. With plenty to eat and drink, the bill came out to less than 5000 yen per person. Everyone was satisfied with the delicious yakiniku. Thank you for the meal!

The grilled dishes were surprisingly not too salty, which was a pleasant surprise. For someone like me who usually drinks non-alcoholic beverages, izakaya menus can be too salty, so I was happy. I parked at a parking lot in the city. When I showed my parking ticket, they gave me a discount. A thoughtful gesture that made me happy. I made a reservation online and received a call back saying that only the counter was available. I didn't mind, but was told that they couldn't serve yakiniku at the counter. It was a bit disappointing that I couldn't order charcoal-grilled yakiniku, but I enjoyed teppanyaki instead. It was fun to see the staff working behind the counter. However, all the customers who came in without a reservation and found out they couldn't order yakiniku ended up leaving. I actually thought about coming back next time specifically for yakiniku. We called and found out they had availability, so we headed there. The restaurant was clean and stylish, with a sunken seating area for us. We ordered beers and two servings of beef hormone and beef sagari. The prices were a bit high, but the quality of the meat was excellent. The staff was attentive, and the beer was cold and delicious. The salad we ordered was also tasty. Overall, it was a good experience, but the service was a bit slow. The total cost was reasonable for the quality of food we received. We would consider revisiting in the future, but it could get expensive if we ate a lot.

This is a local izakaya near my place. The location is good, with a bus stop and train station nearby, making it convenient. I ordered hormone and teppanyaki dishes, and the hormone was fresh, with a firm texture and delicious taste. They also have a wide variety of drinks, which is perfect.
