The red building stands out and is impressive. There seems to be a variety of cakes, bread, soft serve ice cream, and more. I stopped by while passing by. Photography inside the store was not allowed. There were several types of pudding, homemade yogurt, cream puffs, and not many cakes decorated in the showcase. For baked goods, there were cookies, meringues, and bread such as sliced bread and large loaves. They offered to cut it in half for me. I can't remember the name of the bread... It had a soft French-like texture and flavor, giving off the impression of a local pastry shop in town. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat soft serve ice cream so I was wandering around. I've passed by here many times but never noticed the soft serve ice cream from Komagatake! It's a perfect day for soft serve ice cream with such nice weather ☀︎ They also have cakes and bread, what kind of place is this?? I have to come back again♪ The soft serve ice cream is huge! I was imagining it would be soft and fluffy and melt quickly, but it's packed firmly so it melts quickly when you eat it. It's not too sweet and not too rich, but it's rich in flavor. This soft serve ice cream is delicious! It might not be sweet enough for those who like really sweet things, but it's not overpowering with milk either. I can't find the right words to describe it, but it's delicious so you should try it out—lol. If you're not driving, I recommend getting it in a cup. Thank you for the meal! ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

On a certain weekday, I remembered a place I had not visited before and decided to stop by a well-established pastry shop in Nishiki-cho, Ebetsu City. I had been aware of its existence since trying the dorayaki shop across the street, and finally had the opportunity to visit. The interior of the shop was not very spacious, consisting of a showcase and a small display shelf. From the menu that day, I noticed several items that seemed different from the usual, including amazake, which caught my interest. I decided to try a few items for my first visit. The "Apple Tart Tatin (430 yen)" was a slightly heavy cake with a soft and moist apple compote on top, made with apples from Yoichi and flavored with cinnamon. The tart base was thin, allowing the rich apple flavor to stand out. I also bought the "Eclair (160 yen)," which was inexpensive. It had a slightly sweet and bitter chocolate coating on top, with a choux pastry and a mildly sweet custard filling. The overall lack of punchiness suited my taste. Lastly, I tried the "Sesame Tofu (120 yen)," a cake unlike any I had seen before. When I took a bite, I was surprised by the intense sesame flavor. The menu suggested adding soy sauce or wasabi to enhance the taste, so I tried it with wasabi, and the combination of the sweet and intense sesame flavor with the saltiness of soy sauce and the spiciness of wasabi was intriguing and enjoyable. Overall, the experience of trying unique items like amazake at a pastry shop was charming and the cakes were delicious. Thank you for the meal.

During work, I stopped by a shop called "Kashi Kobo Kronnu" in Ebetsu, which sells cakes, bread, and soft serve ice cream. The shop is located in a residential area a little away from the center, blending into the pink-themed neighborhood. When I entered the shop, I saw a cake showcase in front and a bakery section on the left. I bought a couple of breads to satisfy my hunger. I enjoyed the "Walnut Bread" priced at 230 yen, which was slightly firm yet moist with a subtle sweetness in the dough. I wished there were a few more walnuts in it. The "Coffee Bread" priced at 100 yen (tax included) had a shiny appearance with a sweet coffee cream inside, giving it a retro and gentle taste that made me feel like "this is how sweet bread should be." I wonder how their cakes are. I would definitely like to try them if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

This place is located at a pretty prominent intersection, so I was curious about what they were selling. It was around lunchtime, and all they had in the refrigerated case was cheesecake. Maybe they sold out? So, I decided to buy a sandwich instead. The sandwich had tomato, cheese, ham, and potato salad. There was also a sandwich with stir-fried burdock sandwiched in a roll, and two mini cream puffs. I also bought a round, large bread. My wife chose all of these items, and it came out to be over 1000 yen. The sandwich was 330 yen, I think? Since it's a small shop, they need to make a profit. Overall, when it comes to all the bread, after trying them, it's like, "Hmm..." It's not that I can confidently recommend them as being delicious, but they're not bad either. For this price, I probably wouldn't come back again. It's a bit hard to give a comment, but it's not bad. Some people might like this kind of natural or homemade vibe.

Is this a bakery? I thought it was a bakery for a while. Turns out it's a shop that sells both bread and cakes. I needed to pick up something, so I decided to buy a cake from here. It was in the afternoon, so the cakes in the refrigerated display case were a bit hard to see due to condensation. They were having a fig fair, so I decided to get a fig tart. I'm from Hokkaido, so I'm not familiar with figs. I don't really like eating fruits in general. I don't really understand mainland fruits like pomegranates or mulberries either, haha. Anyway, it was just a quick purchase. I hope the person receiving it will be happy. Oh, and I also ended up buying soft serve ice cream that caught my eye at the checkout. You can choose between a puff cone or a waffle cone. I quickly chose the puff cone without hesitation. Lately, milk soft serve ice cream seems to be popular everywhere, so when I tried the soft serve mix here, it brought back nostalgic memories and was a bit surprising. Soft serve mix has a slight oil smell to it. I think it's the silicone food additive. I've had a headache since the morning, so my sense of smell was heightened. Silicone is needed for a smooth texture. Emulsifiers and silicone are necessary. It was a bit of a surprise for me since it had been a while. I hope the fig tart was delicious as they say. If I have the chance, I'll definitely visit again.

I visited a cake shop in Ebetsu in March 2018. The shop was small and cute, selling baked goods, bread, and cakes. They also offer children's cake making classes. I tried some curry rice crackers and they were delicious, so I bought one. They had a small selection of bread, and I purchased a savory bread and a cream puff. The savory bread had a fluffy and crispy texture with cheese and bacon, very tasty. The cream puff had a nostalgic taste in both the pastry and custard, and was delicious. Thank you for the meal. ✿ฺ(๑´ڡ`๑)✿ฺ.

This year, my daughter won't be with us for Christmas, so we were debating whether we even needed a whole cake. Just then, we received a message from my in-laws saying, "Buy a whole cake for yourselves! (with some extra cash)" We were very grateful and started considering which store to buy from. This year, we decided on "Cronne." I remember being impressed by their chiffon cake before, but this time we tried a different cake. The fresh cream was really good! It had a strong sweetness but was also refreshing. The sponge was like a castella cake, leaving a slight sugar texture, which was not bad, but I prefer a smoother sponge. My wife really liked it and was already talking about next year. We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you for the meal!

This is a place in Ebetsu City, along Nishiki-cho 7, near the second street. If you are interested, please check the exact location on the map on the food review website. I was looking forward to visiting a particular restaurant in Ebetsu, but to my dismay, they were already sold out by noon. Since I had come all the way here, I decided to try the soft serve ice cream at this shop for the first time. I parked my car in front of the shop, went in, ordered a soft serve ice cream cone, paid, and waited for my order. While waiting, I checked out the shop's lineup of products, which mainly consisted of Western-style sweets and a decent selection of bread. The soft serve ice cream arrived in 1-2 minutes. I quickly took a photo in front of the shop, returned to my car, and tried the soft serve ice cream. As mentioned in other reviews, it had a light flavor and was not too sweet, making it easy to enjoy. I have tried quite a few soft serve and ice cream this year, and as the season is coming to an end, I hope to try more if I come across them.

This is my first visit to this store that I found online. The building stands out in orange. In addition to cakes, they also sell cookies and bread. Compared to big cake shops, the variety and quantity here are a bit limited, which makes it feel a little lonely. I chose the "Apple Tarte Tatin," "Strawberry Tart," and "Crème Brûlée." There was one group of customers before me, and another customer came as I was leaving. It seems to be a popular shop. When I got home, I tried the "Apple Tarte Tatin." It was a tart with plenty of cinnamon-infused apples soaked in caramel. It was delicious, not too sweet. The "Strawberry Tart" had strawberries on top of a crispy crust with a mildly sweet cream. It was also delicious. Both the "Apple Tarte Tatin" and the "Strawberry Tart" were small in size, so I felt a little unsatisfied. I would like to try them again. The "Crème Brûlée" was the most delicious of the three I bought this time. It was sweeter than the other two, but the rich and creamy texture with the perfect bitterness of caramel was amazing. I often go to Ebetsu, so if I have the chance, I would like to visit this store again.

December 2011, a day of long-awaited revisit. In winter, it's convenient to have a nearby store. Today's purchases: - Strawberry Tart 320 yen: A cute strawberry tart. The tart base was quite firm. Under the strawberries, there was custard cream and blueberry-flavored dough, which had a good flavor. It was well-received by my family. - Pumpkin Rare Cheesecake 320 yen: A new product. I thought it might be better to have them separately. - Caramel Milk Pudding 130 yen: Good value for money. A smooth pudding with a light sweetness. Even my daughter, who was feeling a bit under the weather, enjoyed it. I chose items that I hadn't bought before, but I still think the creme brulee I had before was the best. They had a variety of bread and even had a sign outside saying "We have bread." I would like to try it next time. I will definitely revisit. Thank you for the meal! I found another delicious cake shop in the neighborhood. It had been there before, but the exterior was not eye-catching, so I had passed by it. It is a small shop, but there is an eat-in corner on the left side of the shop. It seems cozy as it is separated from the shop. Today's purchases: - Creme Brulee 260 yen: They bake the surface after you order it. The crispy surface is delicious. The inside has a gentle taste of eggs. It is not too sweet and has plenty of vanilla beans. - New York Cheesecake 320 yen: A rich and heavy cheesecake. The sweetness is mild, but you can feel the rich flavor of the cheese. They bake it slowly for a long time. - Choux Cream 110 yen: A small choux cream. It tastes like eggs. The firm choux pastry has a slightly thick custard. The sweetness is mild. - Caramel Milk Pudding 130 yen: Mild sweetness! A gentle taste. The slight bitterness of caramel gives it an adult taste. They also gave me meringue as a 6th-anniversary gift. It has a coconut flavor and a light texture. Overall, the desserts have a mild sweetness and a gentle taste. They use eggs from Ota Farm in Ebetsu and flour from Ebetsu Seifun. Some cakes had calorie information displayed. There were also bread and baked goods, which seemed popular as many items were sold out. They offer a cake set for 500 yen in the eat-in area. I would like to try it someday. The prices are quite reasonable, which is nice. It's relatively close, so I think I will use this shop often. Thank you for the meal!

I went to try it out and found out that it was featured in a local information magazine. I bought the Crème Brulee, which came in a baked dish. They added caramel on top after I purchased it. I had it the next day as a souvenir, and it was incredibly delicious. The taste was elegant, rich, and smooth. It would make a great gift as it is well-received. You can return the dish later and get a 30 yen discount per item. They also have cookie sets for 110 or 120 yen, which are perfect for souvenirs when traveling. They are a bit pricey for personal use, so they are better suited as a fancy, unique gift.

Recently, I have been going to the Ebetsu area quite often, and I came across a cute little shop called Cronus. Today was hot again, so to keep my soft-serve ice cream-loving husband quiet, I got him a super mini soft-serve from Komagatake Milk for 100 yen. The size was perfect for us, who are concerned about our weight. My husband was impressed not only by the deliciousness but also by the size. They also have cakes, bread, and tea. Before we knew it, we were leaving the shop with a big bag full of goodies. It seems like they have connections with other female-owned shops, as they also sell their products. I think the must-try item is the creme brulee - it's not too heavy and reasonably priced.

As for the cake shop in Ebetsu, they seem to focus on using high-quality ingredients in their cakes. According to the information, the owner trained at the famous shop "○Ni○ru" in Kobe, which is known for refusing interviews. Most of their cakes have a simple appearance with little decoration, but they pay great attention to the quality of the ingredients. What's more, their prices are lower compared to Kobe! It's impressive that they are selling cakes for about half the price. It would be nice if they continue to improve and create cakes that not only taste great but also visually impress customers.
