After taking a bus from Noboribetsu Onsen to Noboribetsu Station, while waiting for the limited express train to Sapporo, we had a snack time at this shop located right next to the station at the Noboribetsu City Tourist Information Center. They offer IBURI Craft Gelato in one color, two colors, or five colors to choose from. My daughter carefully chose...☆ Two-Color Nupur Milk Haskap Cup Sorbet The cup was garnished with Haskap berries, candy shaped like icicles, and cashew nut cookies, making it look very elegant! We also got a sample to try, and the Nupur Milk flavor was incredibly delicious with its rich milk taste! The Haskap Sorbet had a refreshing acidity and a subtle sweetness that left a clean feeling in the mouth. Although we chose the flavors based on their appearance and Hokkaido-like qualities, I think they were a great combination (*^^*) The staff were polite and friendly. The shop strongly conveys its dedication to ingredients and producers. It may not be in the most convenient location, being quite far from the hot spring town and not exactly central in Hokkaido, but it's definitely worth a visit when taking a break during a drive or using the station. I heard that a gelato shop opened in front of Noboribetsu Station, so I visited it right away. The shop is located inside the "Noboribetsu City Tourism Exchange Center" in front of the station. The shop's name is "Nanairo no Hikari". It is a craft gelato shop that uses local ingredients from Iburi. I ordered the "Haskap Luebe" made with Hassamu from Atsuma and the "Caramel Nut Milk" made with milk from Noboribetsu, two flavors for 650 yen. After paying, I waited and the gelato was served with careful presentation and toppings, taking about 3 minutes. I received the products and ate them at an empty table. The building is currently hidden behind the station due to the renovation of Noboribetsu Station, but once the area is developed, tourists heading to Noboribetsu Onsen may wait for the bus here. The craft gelato tastes just like the deliciousness of the ingredients themselves. It is gentle yet flavorful and very delicious! Although the price is a bit high, I recommend this gelato made with local ingredients.

Especially with ice cream or sweet treats, I usually worry about the lingering aftertaste on my tongue (making me want a drink), but this one had a clean aftertaste and was delicious. Overall 2.3. Single 500 yen, double 650 yen, quintuple 1,500 yen. I tried the double with rich chocolate and nougat milk. It has a fluffy texture and a unique airy taste. The original tuile is deliciously crispy. The brownie from Marucorp is delicious.

After finishing our hot spring visit in Noboribetsu, on the way back home my wife said, "I want to eat gelato here ♡" It's a bit of a detour past the highway interchange, but it's worth it. It's a quiet Saturday afternoon in Noboribetsu. My wife bought two flavors with two spoons and we sat down. She said, "After burning all those calories, eating this will just cancel it out. You should have some too!" While my wife enjoyed her gelato, I played the street piano for 3 minutes. I hope Noboribetsu becomes more lively. We had the bittersweet matcha red bean & haskap sorbet for 650 yen. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v

The Haruka store is currently in pre-opening, and the owner greeted me with a smile. "Two flavors! What should I get?" I left it up to the owner! Freshly made kinako and separate milk with nori boshi... The sweetness is just right, it's delicious. Thank you for the voucher, I'll definitely come back again!
