The use of crispy fried wonton-like pastry instead of tart was interesting. The cream was also quite "rich". 3. Deer's Butter Sandwich: Extremely thick, about 2.4 times thicker than a famous butter sandwich. Almost like a bite of pure buttercream with plenty of raisins, which could be a plus for raisin lovers. I forgot to take photos before eating, and I was too full to try the baked goods, so I will save them for another day. These cakes had a sense of heaviness that I haven't experienced in a while. The cream puff (normally 194 yen) had a generous amount of vanilla bean custard cream with a firm choux pastry. The choux pastry was so firm that it couldn't be scooped, but when I tried it, it wasn't too sweet, and I felt like I could easily eat 2-3 of them. The choux pastry was pre-filled, but even in the evening, it was crispy and I really enjoyed the cream puff. It was slightly smaller in size compared to Beard Papa's, but considering the price and quantity, I think the cost performance is good. Even at the regular price, it's a cream puff I would want to buy again!
