Visited on Sunday at 6:00 PM with a reservation for 2 people. One group of customers was already there. Located in a restaurant district right outside JR Shin-Sapporo Station. While shabu-shabu restaurants often offer all-you-can-eat options, I chose this place where you can order individual items (although they also have all-you-can-eat). Despite the name, the interior of the restaurant was stylish with dim lighting. It was a cold night, so I hung my jacket as the floor was cold too. The background music was 80s-90s Japanese pop songs. The young owner managed the restaurant alone. The menu was interestingly designed like a magazine. Although they offered all-you-can-drink, we opted for individual orders. I had a Sapporo Classic beer. The complimentary dish was okra with sesame dressing, which my mother loved and almost ordered more of. We each had our own pot for the hot pot, with a choice of 9 different broths and dipping sauces. My mother chose the classic kombu broth and homemade ponzu, while I went for the unconventional grilled flying fish broth and sesame sauce (later added fish sauce ponzu). The food we ordered included: - Tokachi herb beef brisket (792 yen) x 2 - Tokachi beef kalbi (692 yen) - Beef shoulder loin (592 yen) - Pork shoulder loin (492 yen) x 2 - Lamb shoulder (592 yen) The most expensive brisket was the most delicious! The flavors changed significantly with different broths, which was surprising. The flying fish broth added richness compared to the kombu broth, which I personally enjoyed. The fish sauce ponzu was also flavorful without being overpowering. My mother loved the pork and had seconds. The sesame sauce paired well with it. The lamb was decent too. Overall, it was a satisfying and delicious meal. The option to choose broths and sauces made the experience enjoyable. I would like to try more combinations in the future, but for now, I recommend the grilled flying fish broth and fish sauce ponzu. Despite being quite full, the bill for two people was in the 7000 yen range, which was reasonable. The brisket portion was actually 8 pieces, not 4 as shown in the website photo. I confirmed this on the receipt, so it wasn't a mistake. I will definitely visit again!

It's getting cold, so I wanted to eat hot pot and visited this place for the first time. This restaurant offers all-you-can-eat pork, chicken, and beef kalbi for only 1980 yen per person, which is very reasonable. They serve shabu-shabu hot pot, and you can choose from various broths and dipping sauces. This time, I chose kombu broth and ponzu sauce. I quickly put vegetables and meat in the pot and enjoyed it. Each person has their own pot, so there's no need to worry about sharing meat. Next time, I'll try different broth and dipping sauce combinations.

After work in January 2020, I casually stopped by JR Shin-Sapporo Station and found a new shopping street called "Shin-Sapporo Meiten-gai" with a slightly shady atmosphere. It opened in December last year! It seems to be affiliated with Oyako Punch, a popular chain. I thought it would be impossible to eat shabu-shabu alone, but they actually recommend one person per pot here! There is also a counter so you can easily walk in. The interior doesn't seem to have cost much, with the counter being the only stylish part, while the table seats are simple and the chairs are uncomfortable. There is also an option for all-you-can-drink, but you can only stay for about an hour, so I opted for individual orders. I tried a nice white wine for 600 yen, but as a cheap wine drinker, I prefer quantity over quality. The menu is simple, with only shabu-shabu, rice, and pickles available. You can choose your broth (0-150 yen), dipping sauce (0-30 yen), meat (390-590 yen), and vegetables (2 types for free, additional for 100 yen). I like the simple broth and sauce, and the shabu-shabu with pork belly (390 yen) and beef belly (490 yen) was delicious. The salt on the table was enough to enjoy the meat without any unpleasant smell. I used a coupon for the "Tokachi Herb Beef Brisket" which was free and it was tasty with its flavorful fat. I ordered a second round with a highball for 400 yen. For a palate cleanser, I had pickled vegetables for 190 yen, which was quite tangy with a strong vinegar taste. There were no appetizers, and the total bill came to around 2200 yen. It's a filling meal, so be prepared to eat a lot. Thank you for the meal!

I went to the restaurant by myself and I love shabu-shabu. I couldn't see inside the restaurant until I entered, probably only saw the feet of the staff. It was a little intimidating at first, but the bright and clean interior made it perfectly fine for a woman dining alone. I'm not a fan of beef, so I mainly had pork and chicken with lots of vegetables added. I ate a lot of light ingredients and felt warm. But then, a fancy gelato made in-house appeared - it was delicious! I was so surprised (forgot to take a photo ;´д`). It was so good that I wanted to go for a second serving. There are many types of broth and sauces, so you can enjoy changing them up. I will definitely go back. Thank you for the meal! (^ν^)

It is a rare shabu-shabu specialty store in Shin-Sapporo. You can choose the broth, dipping sauce, and meat (including lamb). There are plenty of vegetables, rice options, pickles, and gelato on the menu. Despite being a wine bar, there is also a wide selection of all-you-can-drink options including beer. It is a single pot style where you can choose your favorite broth individually (I recommend the Chinese herbal medicine). You can enjoy a solitary shabu-shabu at the counter seat, or have a lively meal with friends. It is a recommended new store, so please check it out!
