I stopped by this shop, which is highly recommended by local reviewers, on my way back from my weekly shopping at Uohan. They had delicious looking Danish pastries, chocolate bread, croissants, etc., but I resisted the temptation of high fat content. I was drawn to the visually appealing mountain bread wrapped in paper for 400 yen, so I bought it. Seeing the oil seeping through the paper wrapping, it seems to be butter-rich. When I got home, I cut it and had a piece without any toppings. It's not on the moist side, but rather sweet when you bite into it. I plan to make an egg sandwich with it for my bento tomorrow. I'm looking forward to lunch. The wall displaying Prince's albums caught my attention, as the owner seems to be a fan, and I'm a big fan too.

Today, I visited this place for the Gulliver croissant. I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store and went inside. I found the Gulliver croissant I was looking for! It was huge! About 20 centimeters long! I also bought regular cream puffs, croissants, and Bob bread. The bread (1 loaf) was freshly baked! I hurried back home (within the speed limit, of course!) When I arrived home, I found a few princesses waiting for me for some reason! When I showed them the contents of the bag, the regular cream puffs and croissants disappeared quickly, but I managed to keep the Gulliver croissant. For some reason, the bread also disappeared, so I took a photo before having just one bite (laughs). Although I bought them, the freshly baked bread was very fluffy and had a delicious aroma and buttery flavor. The Gulliver croissant had a crispy outer layer and a solid inside, not hollow. Lastly, the staff's customer service was excellent, very kind and polite! It was a pleasant experience. It was delicious! I will go back next week! Thank you for the meal.

Passing through Ebetsu... I need to prepare some material for my food blog. I stopped for a moment and searched for nearby bakeries. I found a bakery called "Bob George" that had just opened. Upon arrival, I noticed a few parking spaces around the store. The selection of products was limited as it was just opening, but the staff was announcing freshly baked bread loudly. There were two small tables for eating in, with a drink menu available. I checked out the products and decided to buy the "Count Vienna @ 302" and "Light a Fire in the Heart @ 194". I enjoyed them in my car. The "Count Vienna" had a crispy crust with a flavorful, soft crumb, and the Vienna sausage paired well with it. The "Light a Fire in the Heart" had a cocoa-flavored dough with chocolate chips and cocoa nibs on top, giving it a slightly bitter taste. The bread here seems good, but I wonder if they have any hard bread. I'd like to revisit when they have a full selection of products.

In June 2022, I visited a bakery that had recently relocated and was excited to try it out after seeing their job postings. The bakery only offers takeout and I purchased two items: a mini croissant for 108 yen and an Ichanko bun for 270 yen. The mini croissant was light, crispy, and had a hint of saltiness but no sweetness. The Ichanko bun, named after the owner's hometown, Ichanko, was filled with plenty of red bean paste and was described as "lightly sweet," although I found it to be quite sweet. As I was leaving, I heard them announce that the salt bread was ready, which piqued my interest. I learned that the bakery is affiliated with a local yakitori restaurant called BONZO, which made me feel a sense of familiarity and I hope they will thrive in their new location. I look forward to trying out more of their bread varieties in the future, as they also offer large croissants, butter bread, and sandwich bread. Thank you for the delicious treats!

Local bread shop in Ebetsu City, Bob George. The mini croissant is a croissant that my wife loves. The dough is crispy, with a good buttery aroma, and it is a very delicious bread. Also, the staff's service was good, and I was able to shop comfortably. I'm looking forward to eating it tonight ♥️♥️ I have repeated many times, and it is a reliable bakery.

I visited for the second time after a while, craving Agno Pan. I bought two different kinds of bread this time, and both were delicious when warmed up in the toaster at home. The Bacon Epi had a crispy texture and a nice salty flavor from the bacon. The Crookie had a unique combination of a crunchy cookie-like exterior and a moist interior. Thank you for the delicious bread.

I finally tried the new local bakery that opened a while ago, and it was a gift from someone. The size of the bread was so big that it almost overflowed from the plate, which made a big impression. I toasted it before eating, and the crust was crispy while the inside was moist, with a strong buttery flavor. It was delicious.

New bakery in Ebetsu City: Shokkadeli-ca. Bob Butter Salt Bread. Mini Croissant Pistachio. The mini croissant is crispy, moist, and doesn't crumble easily. It has a buttery taste but not too greasy. The pistachio cream is slightly sweet. The salt bread also emphasizes butter. The dough is chewy and well-balanced. Shokkadeli-ca has a fragrant and firm texture, easy to eat without crumbling. The chicken is tender, with a flavorful spice seasoning that is quite delicious. Overall, I found it quite delicious, but the challenge will be how they attract repeat customers with this small but high-quality lineup.

I visited a stylish bakery that opened in Ebetsu in July 2022. They have a cafe space as well. They offer a small variety of bread, including Costco-sized croissants and 5-6 other cute and dessert-like options. I purchased the Bob Butter Salt Bread and Shockadelica. The Bob Butter Salt Bread had a deliciously crispy saltiness from the rock salt, with a resilient texture. The Shockadelica, a Danish pastry topped with the popular chicken steak from a bakery's affiliated yakitori dining, also had a resilient texture and was easy to eat without crumbling. The chicken steak had a curry spice flavor. Both were delicious bread choices.

It's a place located in Sunagawa-cho, Eniwa City, along the old Route 36. There is a new bakery that opened recently known for its huge croissants. I visited the bakery and bought the "Gulliver Croissant" and "Bob Salt Bread." The Gulliver Croissant had a crispy surface and a moist inside with a decent butter flavor. The Bob Salt Bread had a strong salty taste, but the butter flavor was lacking a bit. It reminded me of the croissants from Isop Bakery in Sapporo, which I now feel like trying again.

The other day, on my way back from a friend's house in Eniwa, I stopped by a bakery that I had been curious about after seeing it in Miyu-chan's review. They didn't have a wide variety of bread, but all of them were sold in generous portions. I picked out 4 items that caught my eye! "Shokkadelica" (345 yen) - A Danish pastry topped with spicy chicken steak marinated in curry spice sauce, a popular menu item from the affiliated restaurant Yakitori Dining Bonzo. The spicy chicken thigh meat and Danish pastry dough paired perfectly! "Mini Croissant" (108 yen) - A smaller version of the giant Gulliver croissant, made with the same dough. It was moist and had a good buttery aroma, although it wasn't quite to my taste. "Ichanko-ppayama" (270 yen) - A tribute to the owner's hometown sweet, a thin-skinned red bean bun topped with black and white chocolate. I bought the black one, and the red bean inside was delicious. "Bob Butter Salt Bread" (162 yen) - A bread made with natural yeast, with a chewy texture and a delicious buttery aroma. The staff at the shop were very friendly and allowed me to take photos. The red bean in the Ichanko-ppayama (Hokkaido red bean) was surprisingly delicious, so I'll try the white one next time! Visited for the first time at 11:10 am. No other customers were there. Mr. Bob George was not present (lol) ♪ I wonder if they like Bob Dylan and George Benson? Bought some bread and croissants. The bread is warm, they recommend toasting it. I've never seen such a big croissant before, it's so crispy and delicious. Bob Bread 500 yen, Gulliver Croissant 360 yen. Thank you for the meal! (^^)v
