I use the large izakaya chain Iroha Hanakawa branch with my friends about twice a month. The private rooms are very calming, allowing us to talk without worrying about our surroundings. On this day, we ordered the "All-You-Can-Drink Malt Course" and my friend always orders the "Original Modern Yaki" first. It's a decent portion for two people and the taste is quite enjoyable. We don't eat much when drinking alcohol, so sharing a dish is enough. I highly recommend the seasonal dish "Iroha Special Spicy Miso Stew". Whenever I go with my friend during winter, we always order it. We ordered two servings this day and my friend added extra spiciness to satisfy our taste buds. We also ordered rice to finish off the meal. It's a great way to enjoy a pleasant time at a reasonable price. One thing to note is that sometimes it takes a while for the drinks to arrive after ordering. I hope they can improve on this. I believe the seasonal menu will be updated in spring, so I will visit again around that time. Regards to the manager!

The commercial feels nostalgic. I went to an izakaya from January 2nd. I had spicy miso pork kimchi hot pot, motsu hot pot, tuna sushi, hand-kneaded tsukune (3 types). The pork kimchi hot pot had a delicious spicy soup, but I found the motsu hot pot to be too spicy. I wish it had been made less spicy. The tuna sushi tasted like the ones you can get at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant or a supermarket. Considering the price, I felt it was a bit overpriced. I think it's more cost-effective to make hot pot at home and buy sushi from the supermarket.

I have been in Kyoto for a long time, so I love yakisoba and okonomiyaki. The yakisoba at Watami in Hokkaido was really delicious, but Iroha is also great. When going to an izakaya with family, it's important to have options for everyone from children to the elderly. In Azabu, I recommend WaMinn, but in Hanakawa, Ishikari City, Iroha Nippon is a must-visit. It has private rooms and is similar to Tsubohachi. There is no karaoke. It's a great place to drink quietly and enjoy (^^♪
