Visited for the first time on November 27, 2022. I registered the store with Tabelog, so I will review it. After eating soba at Soba Tetsu-en Asashina, I decided to stop by the bakery on the premises. As the sign on Bakery Hashimoto indicates, it is indeed a "small bakery." It was very crowded. The store didn't have a wide variety of products on display due to the crowds. Among the limited choices, I chose a croque-monsieur and a croissant. I will enjoy these for dinner and as a snack with drinks when I get home! I had them for dinner when I got home. The croque-monsieur was very delicious! The ham and cheese were great, but what stood out was the white sauce-like element. I think this is the perfect bread to go with drinks (laughs). The croissant was also crispy and very tasty. With this level of quality, it seems like a rule to buy bread on the way back from eating soba. Anyway, I'm looking forward to trying various types of bread, so it feels like I have more things to enjoy! It's exciting to see new stores like this opening in such places. I will continue to support Anping in the future. The bread was delicious! Thank you for the meal! And then, the flow continues with eating Shumai from Sakai-Tei because bread alone is not enough (laughs).

Bakery located on the premises of Sobateki En Asa Store. I visited during a trial operation and tried their croissant, which had a sweet coating. The young female owner mentioned having a connection with the owner of Sobateki. I have also tried their French bread with frankfurters and bacon epi, both having a light and fluffy texture with a good balance of bacon or frankfurter. However, it seems they lean towards sweeter flavors as the sauce on the epi was slightly sweet. This bakery, offering authentic French bread, could be a valuable addition to the Anping Sakurai area where such bakeries are scarce.
