Tomtom, a night-only pop-up at Amaterasu in Yoichi since November last year. They also open for lunch on Thursdays. The menu includes hamburgers, spicy curry, pho, gyoza, dan dan noodles, and more. I was torn between the curry and the burger, but since they seem to specialize in burgers, I went for the Tomtom Burger with cheddar cheese topping, along with a small order of fries. They use 100% meat from Kaneshichi Butcher for their homemade patty, which is cooked to perfection in a Dutch oven. The juicy meat was delicious! It was so good that I almost wanted to order another one. I'm curious about their other menu items, so I definitely want to go back. It would be even better if they were open for lunch on weekends.
