This time, we visited the Shibuya store together. This shop, which is a regular in the Tabelog top 100 bread shops, offers amazing bread made with retro dolls and hard bread like baguettes, as well as bakery products made with Echire butter. I also have a strong commitment to high-quality wheat, and when I checked the number of new visits to my bakery on Tabelog, it was 126 visits. I am quite dedicated to exploring new places (laughs) * The number of visits at the time of the visit I don't know if the number of visits is high or low, but the hard bread like baguettes is definitely top-notch. This time, we visited the Brasserie VIRON on the second floor for breakfast and crepes. We arrived before 9:00, but there was a line for crepes. Naturally, it is very popular. It was quite heavy. I was so excited like a teenager before even eating the crepe with the amazing scent of butter. While I was sniffing it, my wife took it away. I couldn't get it back, so I had to snatch it back (laughs). When I took a bite, I was surprised by the rich buttery aroma and salty taste! Every bite was filled with the unique taste and flavor of the retro doll wheat, which paired perfectly with the sugar. I also felt like trying a fruit crepe without butter, but this simplicity seems to be the best way to truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients. Just when I felt like having a drink, the second floor opened and we were seated at the perfect timing. This was truly a jaw-dropping experience. Thank you for the wonderful meal ♥

While strolling around Shibuya, I stumbled upon VIRON's crepes. All their menu items use high-quality Échiré butter. This time, I tried the salted caramel flavor. It completely changed my fixed idea that crepes always come with whipped cream. The chewy crepe with a hint of butter and caramel aroma made me feel like I wanted to have pancakes like this on my day off. Eating in Shibuya once in a while can really stimulate your inspiration, despite the crowds. Thank you for the meal!

I had been interested in the very popular bakery Viron in Shibuya for a while. The location is right in front of Bunkamura and is in a prime spot. I arrived around 7:40 am but it wasn't open, so I retried at exactly 8:00 am and was probably the first customer. Since I arrived right when they opened, there weren't many bread options available. I had to choose from about three types of bread. I ordered a 410 yen bread. From 9:00 am, you can apparently eat on the second floor, but it was early so I went to Miyashita Park to eat. My impression is that it was delicious. It had that fluffy texture that you expect from a bakery bread. However, I felt that 410 yen was a bit expensive. The location is good, it's a very famous shop, so I felt it was appropriate. With its great location and delicious bread, I think it will continue to be a popular shop in the future.

Located just outside Center Gai, this shop has a European atmosphere both in its exterior and interior. The customers buying bread exuded an elegant vibe, and even the names of the bread menu items were long and sophisticated. This time, I purchased a bread with figs and pistachios mixed in, as well as a chocolate pastry, both of which were enjoyed in a refined manner. Thank you for the delicious meal.

A well-known bakery located a short walk from Shibuya Station. They have a wide variety of breads to choose from, making it hard to decide. I purchased a croissant, a chocolate croissant, and a type of French bread that was a bit hard. They were all delicious.

Crepes and Baguette Crepes are both served without any fillings, allowing you to enjoy the chewy texture and subtle sweetness. While the Baguette has a well-fermented taste, its elongated shape results in a slightly bitter crust which was not to my liking. Although I acknowledge its deliciousness, I prefer a milder flavored French bread.

The Peach Melba costs 1980 yen and I was surprised by the generous amount of whipped cream. It is a dessert consisting of peach compote, vanilla ice cream, and berry sauce, so it is very sweet. If you like sweet things, you will be able to enjoy it all. The atmosphere of the restaurant is really lovely.

Shibuya VIRON for crepes♪♪ I actually love crepes quite a bit and this place is my favorite in Tokyo. I always go for a simple one with Beurre Echire and sugar. Sometimes I opt for lemon batter because it's delicious, so I don't need anything extra. Watching them make it, spreading the Beurre Echire directly onto the crepe and melting it, is pure bliss✨ It's such a luxury. And the layers that spread out like flower petals, it's like a scene from a movie, haha. Simple things are simply delicious, that's important♪♪ It's takeout only, and I can never find a place nearby to eat it, so I always end up eating it in front of the shop. But they have a trash can there so I guess it's allowed. I haven't been for VIRON's morning set in a while, but maybe I'll give it another try. I can't eat as much as I used to, but the second floor here where you can feel a bit of Parisian vibe really lifts your spirits, right?☺✨ Oh, now I'm craving VIRON's baguette...

I purchased the following breads for takeout on the weekend: - Pain au Chocolat - Tart Paysanne - Le Tué Chocolat The Pain au Chocolat is a classic favorite with a crispy croissant dough that has a lovely buttery aroma and delicious slightly sweet chocolate filling. The Tart Paysanne has a soft and moist texture with apple slices and walnuts, offering a simple and comforting flavor. Le Tué Chocolat is a baguette dough with chocolate mixed in and chocolate chips added, creating a delightful treat for chocolate lovers with its gooey texture. The bakery also offers cakes and baked goods, making it a worthwhile place to visit. The breads are delicious, so I will definitely be back for more.

I finally visited this shop near Shibuya Station that I had been curious about for a while. I visited around 5pm on a weekday and was able to purchase a crepe to go without much of a wait. I chose the Sucre beurre crepe for 756 yen, the simplest option on the menu. The crepe was very chewy and had a sweet aroma that was irresistible. Towards the end, there was a build-up of butter which was also delicious. If I have the chance, I would like to try other flavors as well. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I made a detour since I was nearby. I have been here for lunch a few times, but this is my first time hearing reviews. The croissant has a salty taste. It looks quite big! Viennese bread is said to be made with plenty of butter and eggs, but it felt more like milk bread. I'm curious about the crepe, so I'll try it next time I'm in the area.

I bought a bread at the photo, I think it was 360 yen? It felt a bit damp and disappointing (tears). They say they mix custard cream into it and bake it, but there was no custard inside, so maybe my expectations were not met. 700 yen for a crepe is a bit too expensive... They sell just the crepe skin for around 400 yen, which also seems a bit much... I believe that if you have a meal or coffee there, it will be wonderful!

I tried the crepe that I had been curious about at a popular bakery in Shibuya. You order the crepe from a counter outside the store. At first, I decided to go with something simple and ordered the Sucre Pur crepe. After waiting for about 5 minutes, my order was ready. The crepe had a simple combination of granulated sugar and Échiré butter on the dough. Despite its simplicity, the texture of the dough, the crunchiness of the granulated sugar, and the balance of the melting Échiré butter were exquisite and very delicious. This was my first time trying a crepe without cream, but this simple crepe that relies on its ingredients seems like it could become addictive.

I had been seeing a lot of photos of crepes from this shop on social media recently and was curious, so I decided to stop by when I had business in Shibuya. The butter sugar crepe was around 800 yen. It was my first time trying a crepe without fruit, but it was fluffy and delicious. It left me with the impression of being a cross between a pancake and a mille-feuille. I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was delicious even without fruit. It was a new discovery and I was more satisfied than I had imagined.
