Colleagues and I headed to Ichiran for some ramen, but the parking lot was empty. I didn't want to go in if it was too quiet. I remember there was a ramen shop nearby (Ramen Shu). Oh, "Chonmaru" opened in Chitose, let's make a U-turn and go there. However, my companion pointed out that they could see a ramen sign over there... We parked in front of the shop, and the menu on the window showed ramen for 400 yen! Is it okay? We've come this far, so let's give it a try! Oh, a classic and delicious salt ramen from the Showa era! Salt ramen with 3 toppings for 550 yen. Thank you for the meal!

The shop with a sign saying "NPO Chitose Maple Association Chitose City Coexistence Salon Business." This is my first visit. Today, I had the salt ramen (400 yen) and fried rice (400 yen), both in regular size. It's so cheap, right? According to previous reviewers, the salt ramen here is delicious, so I chose that. I must say, the salt ramen here is extremely authentic! The taste is several levels above your average ramen specialty store!! Apparently, it's made by someone who has truly mastered ramen? The bowls used for the ramen are a remnant of that, I hear? The salt ramen here is incredibly delicious, with a clear soup that you can see the bottom of the bowl, yet it's packed with the rich umami flavor of the soup ingredients! And all of this for only 400 yen is an amazing deal! It's at the level of standing soba shops in terms of price! The fried rice is also delicious! I think this is a highly recommended shop, "Maple Salon Shiroppu"!! Everyone, please make sure to visit!!

I wanted to try the ramen from this place again after two years, as it had surprisingly authentic taste according to some followers who had visited before. The ramen (salt flavor) costs 400 yen, and there is also a cake set available for 300 yen. The broth is made from chicken and has a salty taste, with clear soup and medium-thick noodles. Toppings include naruto, fu, and negi, and you can add chashu, menma, and egg for an extra 50 yen each. The soba has a bonito broth, the sauce for oyakodon is not sweet but well-seasoned, and it comes with soup and pickles. The matcha and cheese mousse cake has red beans in it, and the coffee is strong. The prices have remained the same at 400 yen, and the quality is still good. The atmosphere is cozy, with couples enjoying ramen with toppings and fried rice in the raised seating area. Overall, it was a satisfying meal.

I had been curious about this ramen shop for a long time, but since they are closed on weekends, I never had the chance to try it. However, when I had to take a day off to go to the hospital on a weekday, I saw it as the perfect opportunity to visit. I arrived right after they opened and ordered the ramen, which I had researched to be close to a simple, basic style. I added extra chashu as a topping. The ramen looked very simple and the taste was also simple yet delicious. It wasn't lacking in flavor at all. It's a shame that they are not open on weekends, as I won't be able to eat there again while I'm in Chitose.

It was a salon that offered ramen, and it had many reviews praising the authentic deliciousness of the food. I had been wanting to visit for a while, but the salon was closed on weekends, making it difficult for me to go. However, I had a day off on a Sunday due to work, so I took the opportunity to visit on the following Monday. As I passed by Ramen Chikara and walked about 400 meters northwest, a brand new and impressive store appeared. Although I occasionally passed by Ramen Chikara, my wife and I had no idea when this large salon was built. Upon entering, we had to take off our shoes at the entrance because it was a no-shoes policy inside. The interior of the salon had a corner that reminded me of a candy store, which was quite enjoyable. We ordered a salt ramen for me and a miso ramen for my wife, and we waited for our food to arrive. The salt ramen that came out had a clear soup and looked very beautiful. When I took the first sip of the soup, I thought, "This is delicious!" It had a gentle and light taste with the umami of salt slowly spreading, which was perfect for me as I prefer simple ramen. Moreover, the price was surprisingly low at 400 yen. Extra noodles cost 100 yen, and additional toppings like chashu, menma, and egg were each 50 yen. I added chashu and egg, and even then, the total price including tax was only 500 yen, which was astonishing. The chashu was also well-made, not overly seasoned, and had a delicious texture. The taste of this ramen could rival that of specialty ramen shops, and when I asked the female staff at the counter, she mentioned that the owner had originally run a ramen shop in Sapporo and opened a branch in Chitose, where they started serving ramen at Maple Salon Shirupu. The bowls used had the name "Ajino Toriwaka Chitose Branch" written on them, which made me wonder, but I was told that they were simply reusing the bowls from that time. This place was not just a regular eatery but had a purpose and role as a coexisting salon, and I was able to encounter delicious ramen here.

This is a review of "Maple Salon Shiropu" in Jiyugaoka, Chitose City. It seems to be a salon business run by the NPO Chitose Maple Association. The store opens at 10:00, but meals are served from 11:00. It seems they are closed on weekends. I visited during the week and arrived around 10:40. The staff mentioned that they were about to boil water, so it might take some time, but the food is good. The interior has about 6 four-person tables and a raised seating area. The menu includes ramen starting at 400 yen, along with soba, udon, pork bowl, fried rice, and coffee for 200 yen. I ordered soy sauce ramen with extra pork and bamboo shoots for a total of 500 yen. The bowl had the name "Ajino Toriwaka" written on it. It was a classic soy sauce ramen, and for the price, it was delicious. I would like to try the pork bowl next time. Thank you for the meal.

A dining space operated within a social welfare facility in Chitose City. Open to the general public, offering relatively affordable lunches. The "Salt Ramen" for 400 yen was from "Ajino Toriwaka Chitose Store," and the cook seemed to have previously owned a ramen shop. I learned about this from macpon's review before visiting. When the bowl was placed in front of me, it had the look of a traditional, authentic ramen that didn't quite match the atmosphere of this place, but it increased my excitement by about 20%. The noodles were slightly yellow and somewhat translucent, with a softer texture. The soup had a subtle chicken broth flavor, light and slightly salty, but a bit on the salty side that day. For this price, the taste and quality of this traditional ramen were satisfying enough. It's a good option if you're looking for ramen nearby.

This is a place located in Chitose City, at Jiyugaoka near Sakuragi Elementary School, but unless you are a local, you may not know it. So, as usual, please check the map on Tabelog for confirmation. I found out that they serve ramen from looking at the menu photos posted by "kimumiyu", so I decided to visit this time while I was in Chitose for other errands. I easily found the place because there was a ramen flag outside. I parked my car in the parking lot and headed towards the shop, where you need to take off your shoes before entering. Since there is no counter seat, I sat at a window-side table for four and looked at the menu. Although they have ramen on the menu, toppings are ordered separately, so this time I ordered the classic toppings of "chashu" and "menma" with a regular "shio ramen". And surprisingly, even with the toppings, it cost just one coin. It arrived in 8-9 minutes, and at first, I wasn't expecting much, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great atmosphere the ramen exuded. I started by tasting the soup, which had a strong chicken broth flavor with a classic umami taste and a slightly salty soup base. Next, the noodles were the classic medium-thick curly Sapporo noodles, cooked to perfection. Lastly, the toppings included chashu, plenty of menma, naruto, fu, and green onions. To make it a perfect old-fashioned ramen, it would have been great to have sliced boiled egg, boiled spinach, and nori seaweed. If possible, I would have loved to have this perfect old-fashioned ramen for around 600 yen. Also, the name written on the bowl is from a previous ramen shop they used to run, and the main store of that shop is in Kita 24-jo, Sapporo. This branch has been serving chicken broth ramen for over 40 years, so it should be delicious.

On Tuesday around 13:00, I entered the restaurant. The interior is bright, spacious, and clean with white as the main color. I was seated at a table alone, replacing the previous customer. The menu includes not only ramen but also soba, rice bowls, drinks like coffee, and cakes, showing that they don't stick to a specific genre. As for the main topic, the salt ramen base costs 400 yen, with options for extra noodles at 100 yen, additional char siu at 50 yen, and menma at 50 yen, totaling 600 yen which is very cost-effective. The male chef in the kitchen exudes a stable atmosphere, and the dish was prepared in about 10 minutes. It looks great. The clear soup, neatly arranged noodles, and toppings clearly show that it was carefully cooked. The chicken-based soup is clear yet rich in flavor, not watery at all, and really delicious. The noodles are standard with a slight curl, but they are cooked just as ordered, showing that the chef knows what he's doing. The toppings are also well-seasoned and delicious. In terms of saltiness, it's closer to Enya than Hanamaru or Iori in the neighborhood. Recently, there have been many salt ramen varieties like tonkotsu or seafood-based, but this one is exceptional and outstanding.

It seems that the NPO organization "Chitose Maple no Kai" is running a shop as one of its projects! Inside the shop, there are about 5 or 6 four-person table seats. There is also a sunken kotatsu area that can be used. The menu is not extensive, but all items are quite reasonably priced. The drinks are also inexpensive. It's a great place to stop by for a break during a walk. I had the ramen for 400 yen! It's cheap because it only comes with one slice of green onion and naruto! So I added toppings. Toppings are 50 yen for one type. There were chashu, menma, and egg available. The noodles are medium thickness and curly. I recommend not getting toppings. The noodles alone have a nostalgic taste to them. The soup is just the right thickness, with a familiar taste and no strong flavors, making it homey! Drinks like coffee are 200 yen. Rice small for 100 yen, rice large for 150 yen, kakesoba or kakeudon for 350 yen, tempura soba or udon for 400 yen, pork bowl for 500 yen, oyakodon for 500 yen, and fried rice for 400 yen are also on the menu! Thank you for the meal!
