I visited the popular patisserie Patisserie du Bon Cœur Musashikoyama Main Store in Musashikoyama. It is located near the shopping street in Musashikoyama and has a modern atmosphere. I made a reservation in advance and enjoyed a grape parfait and iced coffee in the eat-in space, and added a Mont Blanc. The appearance was beautiful, and I thought the parfait was well-made. The Mont Blanc had a taste of Japanese chestnuts, making it a perfect autumn treat! I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I finally visited "Patisserie de Bon Coeur," which offers beautiful desserts that look like jewels. They use four types of grapes - Kyoho, Shine Muscat, Nagano Purple, and Delaware - in creations like Creme d'Anjou, Honey Ginger Marinated Japanese Pear, and Chocolate Souffle. The parfait has a rich and not overly sweet taste, perfect for adults. I've tried their cakes before, but the parfait is just as delicious. It's made with a variety of ingredients, such as chocolate pieces, black currants, frozen yogurt sorbet, and more. The parfait is available in limited quantities in September for 2,893 yen with a drink set. The shop is located in Musashikoyama, Tokyo, and is open from 11:00 to 20:00. Reservations are recommended, and the average budget is between 2,000 to 3,000 yen.

Visited on Sunday afternoon. Took out and ate at home. The cheesecake has a refined cheese mousse on top of the cheesecake crust, with a subtle sweetness and nuts on top. The combination of cheese and nuts is excellent. The coffee blancmange has a coffee jelly on top. There is milk mousse below the jelly, forming layers. There are beans at the bottom of the mousse. These are coffee beans, I think. Thank you for the meal. Next time, I want to play it safe and try the shortcake or pistachio.

There are a total of 6 stores such as Shirogane and Futakotamagawa, and all of them are stylish and very cool. The Musashikoyama store is located in a narrow alley less than 5 minutes from Musashikoyama Station. The entrance is decorated with seasonal flowers in a fashionable manner, and there are shelves inside that are not visible. I didn't expect this shop to be so wonderful. It's a shop selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops in 2023. Cakes are truly beautiful like works of art. I would like to try them someday. When the weather gets cooler, I wonder if I'll come back again? Among the baked goods, the berry-colored baked goods stood out. I purchased the pound cake with cranberries and framboise without hesitation for ¥432-. It has a moderate amount of liqueur and is delicious. The sweet and sour framboise goes well with the fresh feeling of the cranberries. The color of the berries is also quite nice. It would make a great gift. There were also icing cookies with "happy birthday" written on them for sale. There is also a cafe attached. I also want to try the grape parfait, which is only available by reservation at the Musashikoyama store. I'm sure that space is also stylish. They also have cake classes. I'm sure it's a place where celebrities gather.

I used takeout for the first time. The interior of the shop was stylish. All the cakes were not too sweet, and the cream was very delicious, but the prices were extremely high. Is it really this expensive even with the plate included for the crème brûlée? The prices were quite high, with cakes using fruits like peaches ranging from 850 to 950 yen. I took the train all the way there, so the cost performance was not great and I probably won't go back. The taste was really delicious, but the prices were high, and I thought it would be okay if it were 100-150 yen cheaper.

Parfaits are limited to reservations only on weekends and holidays, so I opted for the café menu. The set of drink and cake cost nearly 2000 yen. I selected a cake and drink on the first floor and headed downstairs. The atmosphere was dimly lit, with a piano, sofa seats, tables, and even dining table-sized seats resembling a science lab. It was incredibly stylish, indicating its popularity. Self-service water and hand towels were provided. The cakes were meticulously made and delicious. I still can't help but be curious about the parfait.

I casually walked into a cake shop and ordered the seasonal parfait. This month's parfait featured peaches and plums. I started with the refreshing plum flavor, which had a nice balance of chocolate cream, cranberry fruit's sweet and sourness, and cream. The vanilla ice cream helped to settle the flavors. Next, I tried the raspberry sherbet, followed by a pairing of blueberries and whipped cream with a jelly cushion. The plums were plentiful and helped to dispel the summer heat. Under the chocolate lid, there was a moist and mildly sweet chocolate mousse. Lastly, the peach compote brought out a strong sweetness. It was a delightful experience with layers of flavors. Oh, it was delicious! Thank you for the blissful moment! I bow my head and say, "Thank you for the meal." Ebisu Shime.

At 5:30 in the evening, there were still cakes available! I tried the seasonal shortcake (peach) and white peach milk blancmange, both of which were delicious! I finished them in no time. It was a shame that I couldn't get the limited edition cake... Some people left without buying anything, I wonder what they wanted to eat?

At first, I thought it was too sweet with a strong chocolate flavor, but as I went down, it became pleasantly sweet and refreshing! The plum's acidity balances it well. I particularly liked the red peach jelly and cassis and plum sauce towards the end.
Reservation can be made through Toreta! It tends to fill up quickly on weekends, but weekdays are fine. Note that on weekends, reservations are only available for 11:00 and 12:00, so plan accordingly.

In a stylish patisserie & cafe with an antique atmosphere underground, you can enjoy sweets. Currently, it is reservation-only through the internet. The new parfait for August is a fragrant "peach and plum parfait". The combination of crispy, sweet and sour plums with chocolate is unique. It includes refreshing cassis sorbet, creamy coconut ice cream, rich chocolate cream, and fromage cream. The balance of acidity and sweetness, with clear contrasts blending into harmony, makes this parfait interesting. The aromatic Earl Grey cream with rich chocolate brulee is a delightful treat. The deliciousness of the crispy texture and refreshing sweetness of the plum marinated stood out. Finally, enjoying the scents of chamomile jelly, lemon jelly, and red peach jelly... Despite its complex composition, this delicious parfait doesn't overwhelm with sweetness.

No matter how many times you eat it, this parfait is delicious and beautifully presented. This time, it had a refreshing finish with peaches as the main focus. It's never too sweet, making it easy to enjoy. Looking forward to trying the Plum Parfait in August.

I like the cakes here. I have made a reservation for their white cake for Christmas. It is very delicious. Last Christmas, I ordered a different type of cake but the white shortcake was the best. Their baked goods and pound cakes are also delicious and make great souvenirs because they look beautiful. When people open them, they often say "wow" or "oh". This time, I tried a ring-shaped pound cake. It is moist and tasty. I will savor it slowly. Hmm, this is also delicious. Thank you very much. It was a wonderful meal.

"It would have been lucky if we could have eaten inside the store," I thought as we arrived around 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, but we were completely wrong. It was a super popular restaurant that required reservations. I hope to try the stylish parfait inside the store someday. We ended up buying three cakes to take home. We asked the staff for recommendations and chose cheesecake, strawberry shortcake, and Mont Blanc. They were all delicious and we were impressed. The whipped cream was so fluffy. The chestnut cream in the Mont Blanc was a bit firm, but the cream inside was light and that was really good. Unfortunately, the shortcake and Mont Blanc got a bit squished as we dropped the box. The Mont Blanc ended up being slimmer than when we saw it in the store, but it was still very tasty! Thank you for the delicious treats."

Indulge here! If you're looking for souvenirs, this is the place to go! Seriously, every cake can be customized to your liking, with options for adding extra fruit and even having your name on it. They're open every day, so if you're nearby, you'll want to come back for another treat!

I used it for takeout. There are many high-quality products lined up. The location is in a quiet residential area one street off the bustling shopping street, which is also a friendly point. The prices are a bit high, but I was very satisfied with the high-quality cakes. Next time, I want to try the parfait in the store! There are long lines during Christmas and other holidays!

At the time of writing, the restaurant in Musashi-Koyama has a Food Log point of 3.81! It is a popular spot known for its reserved parfaits, but I opted for some takeout cakes. The cakes were elegantly displayed in the chic and stylish interior. Although they were on the smaller side, each cake ranged from 750 yen to 900 yen in price. I purchased two cakes to take home:
- Mont Blanc: 858 yen
- Shortcake: 891 yen
The Mont Blanc was a bit disappointing as it lacked the expected chestnut flavor. On the other hand, the Shortcake was absolutely delicious. Despite its simple appearance, it was incredibly tasty. The creamy mascarpone and juicy strawberry compote were a perfect match. The nearly 900 yen price tag was justified by the quality of the cake.
