I visited the newly opened SUNRISE Osaki store at the Osaki Garden Tower on November 7, 2024! I often go to the main stores in Meguro and Ginza, so I'm really happy that they've opened one in Osaki, where I frequently visit! I absolutely love both Thai and Indian cuisine and always go there. I stopped by around 7 PM on a weekday. I ordered the "Non-Vegetarian Meal Set for 2,000 yen (tax included)" which included the following: - Today's salad - Fried papad - Mixed raita - Chicken curry - Keema masala curry - Rice (white rice or saffron rice) - Lamb masala curry - Pulka - Today's dessert I was torn between Thai and Indian cuisine for dinner, but this time I really wanted Indian curry, and it turned out to be a great choice! Each curry was rich with spices and delicious. The mixed raita was something I had never tried before, and it surprised me with its chewy texture, quite different from naan! During lunch hours, I hear they're usually full with office workers from the building, but during dinner, the place was about 40% full with 90 seats available, so I could enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. In the back, there were also group reservations for year-end parties, adding a seasonal touch to the atmosphere! I’ll definitely come back to eat here again!

This place opened on November 7, 2024, and offers authentic Thai and Indian cuisine, perfect for gatherings and year-end parties with the option for private bookings for over 70 guests. They highly recommend the "Yam Woon Sen," a refreshing salad made with Thai seasonings, and the original "Butter Chicken Curry," which pairs perfectly with cheese naan and features generous chunks of chicken. The restaurant also has a bright and clean interior, welcoming both women's parties and larger gatherings, and encourages early reservations for a fun time. I made a reservation through the Tabelog service and was seated at a table. As I enjoyed a Kingfisher Premium Beer (tax included: 690 yen), I began my meal with an appetizer of Thai shrimp crackers and Indian papad, which paired wonderfully with the beer. 1. **Yam Ko Moo Yang** (tax included: 1,460 yen) - A salad made with pork cheek and aromatic vegetables. This dish from the Thai menu had a deliciously spicy and sour flavor, invigorating with crunchy vegetables, tomatoes, and cilantro. 2. **Garlic Shrimp** (tax included: 1,260 yen) - A dish from the Indian menu featuring four plump shrimp sautéed in copious amounts of garlic. This flavorful dish was tantalizing on its own, and when alternated with the previous salad, it created a delightful mix of flavors. 3. **Nuah Pad Prik Thai Dum** (tax included: 1,490 yen) - Stir-fried beef with black pepper from the Thai menu. The beef and vegetables were seasoned with a punchy flavor, making the beer flow smoothly. At this point, I also had a Chang Beer (tax included: 690 yen). 4. **Sunrise Original Butter Chicken Curry** (tax included: 1,690 yen) - A luxurious tomato-based curry made with cashews, butter, and fresh cream. I asked for this dish to be a bit spicy, and the smooth texture and rich flavor, along with the generous chicken pieces, were delightful. 5. **Sunrise Original Cheese Naan** (tax included: 790 yen) - A popular naan filled with gooey cheese. It was delicious on its own and paired wonderfully with the butter chicken curry. The total bill came to 8,070 yen. This restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy both Thai and Indian cuisines!

The ethnic cuisine restaurant "Asian Dining SUNRISE Ohsaki" is located on the 1st floor of the "Sumitomo Realty Ohsaki Garden Tower" along the Kuukyosu Street, about a 10-minute walk from JR Osaki Station's new west exit. I visited for the first time during lunch in mid-November. This restaurant just opened in November and is conveniently open even on weekends, making it great for local residents. On this day, I purchased a "Curry Naan Bento" (700 yen) for takeout. Once I got home, I couldn't wait to try it! The curry in the "Curry Naan Bento" allows you to choose from four varieties, and I opted for the "chicken" this time. It comes with a piece of flat naan and a broccoli crown. You can select the spice level as either "Medium" or "Spicy," but when I asked the staff for "the spiciest," they made it "Very Spicy." However, for someone like me who is accustomed to spicy flavors, it felt more like a level 3-4 on a usual 5-level spice scale found in typical ethnic restaurants. The chicken was chunky and tasty. I quickly finished it all. Thank you for the delicious meal!
