Visited during lunchtime. The lighting was dim, possibly for cost-saving purposes. An elderly man who seemed to be the owner/chef guided us. The atmosphere was calm and his service was good. The lunch course was 800 yen, with a choice of several pasta or pizza options. You could add a starter, dessert, or drink for an additional 200 yen each. [Starter] Assorted appetizers The assortment was basic and seemed like it was just taken out of the fridge and plated. It lacked flavor and left something to be desired. [Pasta] Spaghetti Genovese Listed as "spaghetti" on the blackboard, which seemed a bit old-fashioned. The pasta was about 1.8mm thick and slightly overcooked, making it soft. The Genovese sauce was simple and bland. The only ingredient was sliced potatoes, so it lacked texture and overall flavor. [Drink] Coffee It was drip coffee, but the flavor was weak, resembling a cheap coffee shop or worse. The total cost was 1,200 yen for the above items. The value for money was not bad, but the satisfaction in terms of taste was low. It might be suitable for casual use by locals. You can experience an Italian atmosphere, and the pizza may be better than the pasta.

It is a shop located around halfway between Niidaka Town Hall and Shizunai Wellington Hotel. The shop itself does not have a parking lot, but there are free parking lots nearby, so it is okay to go by car. The interior of the shop has about seven table seats, and it quickly gets full during lunchtime. When all seats are taken, they seem to put a sign outside the entrance door saying "Closed today." I always wondered why they would be closed even though it's not a regular holiday, haha. The lunch menu only had pasta sets, but they were cooked just right and very delicious. I regret not coming earlier to eat. Next time, I will try going in the evening too. ♡

I had the lunch set. It included today's spaghetti, salad, bread, dessert, and coffee (or orange juice) for 1,575 yen. The spaghetti was delicious, and the bread was also very tasty! The tiramisu dessert was light, and at first, I felt it was a bit lacking, but by the end, it was just right and I finished the meal feeling satisfied. It was a shame that it wasn't a non-smoking environment.
