どすこいクリゲン
Visited on April 2, 2023, at 2:30 PM. "Jomon" is a popular ramen shop in Tomakomai, offering a variety of delicious ramen dishes as well as fried rice, curry, and zangi (deep-fried chicken). Despite it being past the lunch peak on a Sunday, there were several groups of people waiting, and I had to wait for about 15 minutes before being seated at the counter. I had suffered a major injury during a practice session on March 30, so I had been resting for two days with reduced appetite and a slight fever. On April 1, I had to travel to Hokkaido for work, so I set off as planned. I will be traveling for a month with my companion, a crutch. I spent most of the ferry ride lying in bed, as I hadn't had a proper meal in the past three days due to the injury. I was quite hungry and in a much better condition, so I decided to indulge in a meal at "Jomon" upon arriving in Hokkaido. I ordered the "Original Miso Ramen (Ganmiso) ¥840," "Fried Rice ¥670," and "Zangi (Small size, 3 pieces) ¥330." I was surprised to see the variety of payment methods available besides cash this time, as I had been amazed by the touch panel ordering system during my previous visit. The "Original Miso Ramen" arrived first, in about 10 minutes. It was rich but not overly salty, with the curly egg noodles perfectly complementing the flavorful broth. The "Fried Rice" and "Zangi" arrived about 5 minutes later. The fried rice was packed with delicious chashu and had a satisfying taste, while the well-seasoned zangi was substantial and enjoyable, especially when eaten in three pieces. It had been a while since I had a full meal, so towards the end, I struggled a bit and couldn't finish the soup. Overall, it was the same consistently delicious full set meal as always. Thank you for the meal.
