The restaurant has an L-shaped counter with 14 seats and about 7 tables. There are around 3 staff members working. Here’s what I ordered (the numbers in parentheses are the prices, taxes are estimated): - Hoppy Set (Black) (450) + medium shochu (250) × 2. The ice is from an ice maker, and the shochu brand is unknown. - Pork intestines, pork tongue, and pork heart (ranging from 390 to 490). - Sliced garlic (150). The restaurant is non-smoking. It is run by a company called DR, which also operates Ramen Doraku and other establishments.

I found a new restaurant where you can enjoy drinking during the day while indulging in delicious offal! They have a wide variety of dishes, including beef harami, Wagyu shimacho, and maruchou, all at reasonable prices and very tasty! The cabbage dressing was also great! The only downside was that the rice was a bit too soft, but the staff were really nice, which made for a pleasant experience.

I happened to walk by and saw a new yakiniku (Japanese barbecue) restaurant had opened, so I decided to check it out! Although it was a yakiniku place, I felt there were a lot more pork options on the menu compared to beef, which was quite limited. The pork had a bit of a peculiar taste, so I left some on my plate. However, the seasoned beef skirt (harami) and lamb were delicious! It felt more like a pig offal restaurant rather than a typical yakiniku place. The seating was rather cramped. For smokers, it's a nice perk that smoking is allowed inside! Overall, it didn't feel like a particularly unique yakiniku restaurant. The area in Nakano is highly competitive with many new openings, so I hope they do well. Thank you for the meal!

The fresh meat is a beautiful pink color and has a fantastic shine! The three main dishes are amazing, but in addition to grilled dishes, they have a wide variety of options including marinated beef and side dishes, with around 30 different items available. The drink menu is also extensive, featuring six different types of lemon sour. I thoroughly enjoyed a hearty meal of grilled meat and offal! Thank you very much!

There's a new meat shop that just opened in Nakano, and they have an amazing opening promotion! If you bring their flyer, you can get a meat serving bonus. Plus, if it’s your birthday month, you get an incredible offer of 10 grams of meat for each year of your age! If you like horumon (offal), I highly recommend it. They also have a spicy menu item called "Hanacho Obori," which was quite tasty!

I received a flyer for free extra meat and was curious about the new opening, so I decided to visit. Here’s what I ordered: - **Meat Platter**: Delicious, but since the cuts are thick, it takes a while to cook. I think it would be great to have some thinner meat as well. - **White Koro Festival**: This dish features long organ meat inside a bowl. First, you grill it as is, then cut it into manageable pieces, put it back in the bowl, mix it with miso, and grill it a bit more before eating. - **Beef Kalbi**: - **Kagoshima Pork Kalbi**: - **Aonori Munchi**: I asked what this was, and the staff explained that it’s green onions mixed with a special sauce. I couldn't quite picture it, so I ordered it anyway. It turned out to be green onions tossed in a salt and sesame oil-like dressing. Later, I found out that “Munchi” means “to mix.” - **Garlic Oil Marinade**: Cooked on the grill until bubbling. - **Sliced Green Chili**: Super spicy but fresh and delicious. - **Yukgaejang**: Pretty good. - **Drinks**: Beer and lemon sour. - **Starter**: Shredded cabbage. The meat platter is tasty, but the thickness makes it time-consuming to cook. The White Koro Festival is a bit of a hassle, but it’s delicious and pairs well with drinks. This place is not just a barbecue restaurant; true to its name, it specializes in organ meats.

Located in a corner of the bustling area near Nakano Station's north exit, a popular hormone shop has opened on Fureai Road. They offer beef items like kalbi and harami, but it seems that the pork hormone dishes are the main focus. Therefore, they don't advertise themselves as a yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant. There's also a 350-yen cover charge included. A delightful feature is that during your birthday month, you get a gift of meat weighing 10 grams times your age! (Some conditions apply.) There's another place that gives a similar birthday gift of gyoza equal to your age, but both seem to cater more to the older crowd than to younger people. I'm already looking forward to my next birthday. Additionally, although they opened at 5 PM, it's great that their regular hours start at noon. Today, all the meat and hormone dishes were fresh and delicious. Of course, being the opening day, the freshness was expected!
