Visited with 2 people at 6 pm on a weekday. Before deciding on the amount of meat, we first chose the appetizers. We selected lightly smoked firefly squid with Italian green pea sauce from the cold appetizers, and Hamaguri clam potage soup from the warm appetizers. In between, we enjoyed the customary seared sirloin with egg yolk and black truffle. For the meat selection, we chose Hokkaido Black Wagyu fillet, Omi beef sirloin (aged for 80 days), and Bungo beef ribeye, each divided into 100 grams portions. The quality of the meat was exceptional, with the ribeye leaving a strong impression. The balance of quality meat, high-level appetizers, wine selection, and reasonable prices make this steakhouse stand out among others in Tokyo. The cozy atmosphere and attentive staff contribute to a pleasant dining experience.

Tonight, the restaurant seemed busy and fully booked. We had two abalones, two conger eels, a 300g lamb chop to share, and a 200g fillet to share. For dessert, we could choose our own, and I picked pudding, cheesecake, smoked ice cream, ginger sorbet, and a double espresso. The abalone was prepared differently this time, but the combination of fresh ground pepper and liver sauce was excellent. The conger eel was like a French-style eel rice and was also perfectly done. The lamb chop had a distinct flavor from being cooked in a hearth oven, giving it a great taste. The fillet was so good that I finished it in no time. The desserts were also delicious and not too heavy, so pairing them with espresso was a nice way to end the meal. The total bill was 78,210 yen, including tax, which was around 39,000 yen per person. It was a delightful meal. Thank you, and I will definitely come back.

As usual, there was no paper menu, so I had to ask verbally for the menu items. This time, I chose Hamo, Duck, Fillet, and Sirloin. The Hamo appetizer was a surprising combination of jelly and flan that I had never tasted before in a Hamo dish. The Duck appetizer had a good balance with boiled peanuts, allowing me to savor the duck despite the small portion. We shared a 300g Fillet (half-cut for sharing), and I could feel the power of the charcoal grill once again. The 300g Sirloin (half-cut for sharing) had a rich fat content, but I managed to finish it without hesitation. For dessert, I chose a bitter adult-flavored pudding, a small but rich New York cheesecake, a light yet flavorful fig compote perfect for summer, and a refreshing ginger sherbet to cleanse the palate. They adjust the portion based on the number you choose, which is reassuring. I ended the meal with a double espresso. The total bill was 84,260 yen including tax, at 42,130 yen per person. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come back again.

There is a steak specialty restaurant in Ginza where you can have various cuts of steak cooked to your liking and in the amount you prefer. They also offer a variety of appetizers. It's a great place to go when you're hungry and want to feel like you're dining at a high-class establishment. Ginza is known for its high standards after all.

I enjoyed the combination of ingredients from that day's fresh produce. The meat was cooked perfectly, and the aged meat with blue mold had a rich flavor that blended well with the cheese. The wine was also delightful! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I used it for dinner. It was a weekday, but the restaurant was full. The first thing that surprised me was the variety of appetizers! There were about 15 types of warm and cold appetizers to choose from. I had a hard time choosing because there were too many things I wanted to eat, but I finally settled on about 5 types considering the meat that was coming later. For the main meat, I chose sirloin. There were 3 types of sirloin, and one was served as an appetizer. It was absolutely delicious. The meat I couldn't finish was made into a sandwich as a souvenir. I had it the next day, and it was the most luxurious sandwich I've ever had. The drinks were also delicious, especially the champagne which was not too sweet and had a refreshing taste that I liked. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Among the many steakhouse options, what stands out is the wide variety of appetizers available. Each one is delicious and carefully prepared, making it difficult to choose just one. The appetizers alone are worth a visit, as they are all of excellent quality and flavor.

I visited a steakhouse that has received a Michelin star. The casual decor remained, but the owner's service and conversation were friendly, making me feel like a valued customer. The butter served with the bread had a strong saltiness that was very enjoyable. I indicated my desired cut and doneness for the large piece of meat I was about to devour. The slow-cooked medium rare was recommended and it did not disappoint. The juices that seeped out afterwards were well-contained, showcasing the skill in cooking the meat to perfection. The combination of salt and wasabi was surprisingly delightful. Although it's not a place I can visit often, I would love to come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal!

This year, we had a steak dinner in Ginza. We chose a restaurant that serves consistently delicious lean meat, without being overly flashy just because it's Christmas. The presentation of the first appetizer, the explanation of the meat, and the description of the dessert were all so mouthwatering and dopamine-inducing. We could customize our choices to our liking, making the experience even more enjoyable! The tuna appetizer, in particular, was a favorite with its rich egg yolk and white truffle aroma that complemented the wine perfectly. The charcoal-grilled steak was beautifully cooked in a kiln, and the meat was so flavorful and tender. The atmosphere of the restaurant had a traditional Ginza feel that was oddly calming. The staff were polite, friendly, and made the evening truly special. It was a night to remember.

Tokyo: 6 minutes walk from Shinbashi Station *Steak* This is a high-end restaurant, but the atmosphere is not too formal and the service is polite yet friendly, so you can enjoy delicious food without feeling tense. You can select your favorite from a variety of appetizers, and the staff will explain the dishes clearly so you can imagine them easily. The meat is truly the best steak!! You can enjoy the meatiness and amazing taste. You may get quite full towards the end, so for those with small appetites, do your best! Laugh. This kind of high-end restaurant with a slightly casual atmosphere allows you to relax and enjoy your meal, making it suitable for any occasion.

Ranked among the top 4 restaurants in Japan, "Trois Frais" is a renowned establishment that captivates many fans with its exceptional ingredients and techniques. The efforts put into sourcing fresh and exciting ingredients are evident, with three impressive dishes served each day. The warm personality and unique conversations of the owner, Mr. Morichi, further enhance the quality of the dishes. The Matsutake mushroom dish of the day was particularly memorable, showcasing outstanding skill and delightful flavors that leave a lasting impression.

Ginza Trois Fleurs Boss was chosen for a gathering, and we ended up at this place in a back alley off Corridor. They don't have a menu, but they cook various ingredients in a casual manner. You can choose from several types of meat. The dishes were very well-balanced and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I love meat, so a friend took me to a nice restaurant they knew. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was sophisticated, with a variety of appetizers to choose from, which was great for me as I have many food allergies. It was fun to choose both the meat and dessert. The display of the meat on the table was impressive, and the bread was delicious. I love bread, so I kept eating it until I was too full to finish the main meat dish. However, they kindly made a sandwich with the leftover meat for me to take home. The alcohol and food were good, but what stood out was the interesting presentation, friendly atmosphere, and service of the restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

Golden crab and cauliflower puree cocktail, matsutake mushroom pasta, karasumi, Tanba chestnut, lemon oil, hokki clam, girolle mushroom, pale shark fin, abalone essence cream, roasted mullet roe, black truffle paste. It might be the first time trying this, but it's quite light and not too sticky. Compared to fugu or cod, it's easy to eat and delicious. The Yamagata beef fillet has a heavy fat content, but the cooking is good. It's a style where you order several dishes a la carte. The quality was quite high. I want to go back again.

The restaurant has a retro atmosphere with a calm setting, and the owner is a meat enthusiast. I saw such a beautiful piece of meat for the first time here. You can choose your favorite cut and quantity of meat to be grilled. The course leading up to the meat was also well thought out. The main dish was meticulously cooked to perfection. The aged meat was also delicious. The additional hamburger was incredibly tasty. The food was very satisfying. For dessert, you can choose what you want to eat. It's true that there's always room for dessert. And unexpectedly, they offered a special local liquor, which was surprisingly delicious! Thank you for the meal!

I have started a gourmet website. Homepage "https://blog.33inc.jp/" Instagram "@mitomi_emon" In the Ginza area, there are many high-end steak restaurants such as IDEA, Westa, KOKO Ro, and Ichinomiya. These four restaurants are actually connected to one steak restaurant in Ginza Hacchome called "TROIS FLECHES". The chef of Ichinomiya was one of the founding members of this restaurant, and later was involved in the opening of Westa and IDEA. The chef of KOKO Ro is a former member of the same restaurant and was part of the opening team of IDEA. This restaurant is an important place in the Ginza steak world. The presentation of stacked meat is a staple of steak restaurants in this area, and it's hard not to get excited. They offer a variety of Japanese beef such as Kagoshima fillet and sirloin, aged Omi beef, and Iwate Tanagyu. Cooked in the familiar oven, the surface is crispy and fragrant, while the inside is full of umami. Japanese beef has its pros and cons, but sometimes the fat can be a bit heavy. It's a matter of preference, but I recommend choosing cuts with more lean meat. While the main focus is on the meat, the appetizers are also of high quality with a wide selection. I will introduce the lineup with photos. "Golden Sea Bream" - Shallots are arranged on the rice like chirashi sushi, with added umami from clam jelly. "Smoked Salmon" - A classic dish with irresistible aroma. "Hamburger" - A hamburger made from Bungo beef, a luxurious adult western dish. "Shirako Croquette" - The creamy texture is similar to a crab cream croquette, but the filling is only shirako, the height of luxury.

I was invited for the first time and visited the restaurant. To start, there were over 10 types of appetizers to choose from. It seemed like they focused on seafood, but there were also options like hamburgers and lamb. I chose a dish that used five ingredients: shrimp, sea urchin, crab, shirako, and a large clam. These ingredients were creatively prepared and served. For the main course, I chose three types of lean red meats from various regions, such as tenderloin, sirloin, and lamb. They were cooked perfectly - crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Personally, I found that even without any sauce, the tenderloin was exceptionally delicious. For dessert, I chose a variety including pudding, gateau chocolat, shine muscat jelly, Jersey milk ice cream, truffle ice cream, watermelon sherbet, and fig compote shaved ice. I may have been a bit greedy with my choices, haha. The bread that came out was also delicious - moist inside and crispy outside, so be careful not to eat too much. Everything was delicious, but the dish that stood out the most for me was the risotto wrapped in crab and yuba. It was shockingly delicious. Thank you for the meal.

"Tabelog Bronze Ranking" Rating: 4.11 "2021 Tabelog Bronze Award" This is a restaurant specializing in beef. Recently celebrating its 10th anniversary, I was excited to try the course menu today. It is located near Shinbashi Station, an area known for many famous restaurants and bars. The exterior of the building looks modern, but once you enter the restaurant, it's no longer modern! The restaurant has a total of 18 seats, with 4-6 private rooms available. I was able to order the omakase course menu for about 13 courses at 18,000 yen. ⚫Uni, okra, seaweed ⚫Horse mackerel ⚫Potato soup ⚫Sardine ⚫Tsubugai ⚫Harumaki: shark fin ⚫Conger eel, beurre blanc sauce ⚫Bonito, pistachio sauce ⚫Crab risotto ⚫Egg appetizer ⚫Tandoori lamb ⚫Kagoshima sirloin, truffle slices, egg yolk ⚫Tenderloin, Tajima Wagyu sirloin steak ⚫Dessert Although it is a beef specialty shop, there are many appetizer courses before the main dish. I was pleased that each dish was not too large, otherwise I would have been too full. Overall, the food was good. The risotto was very enjoyable, and the Kagoshima sirloin was delicious. The truffle was very fragrant, and the egg yolk was sublime! The service level exceeded average, and I also enjoyed the wine selection. Overall, I think the meal exceeded average. The cost performance is okay, but I enjoyed my time at this restaurant.

Recently, I've been going to Kawamura-san's steakhouse a lot, so I wanted to "cheat" on them and try a different steak place. I was recommended this restaurant, which is run by someone who used to work at Aragawa. It's a famous place, and aside from us, everyone else there seemed to be regular customers. It's truly the atmosphere of Ginza 8-chome. It's like COVID doesn't even exist here! It was a feast for the eyes!
I ordered the salmon edamame risotto with two types of foie gras salad steak. The salmon was supposed to be seasonal salmon, but it wasn't juicy or flavorful, and I regretted ordering it. The risotto also lacked flavor, but the foie gras on top was elegant and delicious, so I'll give it a pass. The gold leaf on top is so Ginza 8-chome, isn't it?
As for the steak, I got the sirloin and fillet. The sirloin was honestly tough, so much so that I couldn't even cut it with a knife. My partner was struggling with their knife, which was quite amusing. It felt like a family restaurant. The fillet, on the other hand, was excellent. The surface was crispy, and the inside was a beautiful pink, juicy and delicious. If it was just this, I would give it around 3.8 points. It was quite a feat.
The dessert was just average. The best part was the butter. It made me realize how great the steakhouse I usually go to is.

This is a steakhouse I've always wanted to visit. It's a recipient of "The Tabelog Award 2021 Bronze". The restaurant was full with table seating, not counter seating. There are course options available, but the main meat dishes are the highlight, so it's suggested to have around 2 appetizers to enjoy the main meat dishes. The sommelier, Mr. Fukao, made a great suggestion. There were about 14 different appetizers to choose from, including a sea urchin cocktail and shabu-shabu with flower pepper and sirloin. The presentation of the meat dishes was impressive, with filet, sirloin, ribeye, and short rib. We shared a 300g filet for two people, as my mother prefers tender meat. The meat was charcoal-grilled in a brick oven and was beautifully cooked with a simple seasoning of salt and wasabi. It was tender, lean, and delicious. There were also about 14 dessert options, and I chose the cheesecake, which was rich and satisfying. The service was excellent, and overall, it's a great restaurant that I would love to visit again. Total cost: 26,000 yen. Rating: 4.5 stars. 5 stars: Definitely want to visit again! 4 stars: Would revisit if given the chance. 3 stars: Would consider revisiting. 2 stars: Once is enough. 1 star: No need to visit.
