Today for lunch, I originally planned to order the standard lunch course, but when I saw the daily special menu, everything looked so delicious that I couldn't resist adding some extra dishes. Here is today's menu:
- Truffle Creme Brulee: Chiffon cake with truffle mixed in
- Live lobster and turnip pairing: Sherry vinegar flavored vermouth sauce, lobster coral, romanesco, fruit tomato, truffle dressing, sprout cabbage, sweet potato, cauliflower, edible flowers
- Black truffle sauce abalone risotto: Bamboo shoot, sprout cabbage, mini tomato
- Daikon foam: Chrysanthemum sauce, red core daikon, daikon cooked in consomme, yuzu jam
- Roasted lamb loin: Thyme sauce, lamb cooked with tomato, potatoes, lotus root, burdock, sweet potato, black pepper
- Milk gelato, black pepper strawberry tart, kumquat compote, banana cake, pear mousse, almond and chocolate brownie, strawberry creme brulee, tiramisu, fruit (kiwi, apple, orange) jelly with yogurt gelato, pistachio
- Coffee
Ah, it was so delicious! The chef's thoughtful dessert platter at the end was really heartwarming. I can't wait to visit again soon! This place is highly recommended for a girls' lunch outing.
