I waited in line outside and inside, and after a 40-minute wait, my food arrived. The Chicken Ramen (Salt) had medium-thin flat noodles and a light chicken broth that was creamy and flavorful, not too strong but with a nice depth. It was delicious and I understood why it's so popular. The Chicken Ramen Fromage had the same noodles but with a soup base similar to the previous menu, topped with cheese. I thought adding cheese to chicken broth was just a trendy twist, but it actually added a rich flavor that was super tasty! Many people recommended this dish, and now I understand why. Another impressive aspect was the owner or manager who efficiently managed the restaurant, cooking while keeping an eye on customers and the line outside, giving precise instructions to the staff. Their service was impeccable. Overall, it was a pleasant experience with great food and service.

Today's ramen!!! I tried Tori no Tori Tsukemen at Tori no Tori, priced at 980 yen. It was my first time trying tsukemen and it was quite good! You can also add soup to it, but the soup itself was just right so I didn't add any. I poured the free rice from the lunch set into the soup and it was delicious once again!

I waited in line for about 5 minutes and ordered the following: - Chicken soba (salt) for 880 yen - Rare chashu rice bowl set for an additional 400 yen The rich chicken broth was like a potage soup and very delicious. The rare chashu rice bowl is also popular and many people were ordering it. It was so good that I have to visit the other two affiliated restaurants in the same group as well.

There are always some points to criticize even at ramen shops with high Tabelog ratings, such as wanting the noodles a bit firmer or the soup less sweet. However, there is nothing to complain about at this ramen shop! The firmness of the noodles, the taste of the soup, the deliciousness of the chashu, everything is perfect. The noodles are slightly firm, the chicken broth soup is perfectly balanced, and the rare chashu is seasoned with just the right amount of salt. Everything was top-notch. The speed of service and customer service were also great, and I am extremely satisfied with everything besides the taste. Thank you for the meal.

Since I came all the way to Nakamozu, I feel like taking my time to have lunch. So, I lined up to eat chicken white broth. The soup is creamy and goes well with the rice. But what makes me happiest is the thickness of the chashu. Delicious!

I visited before 1:00 PM and the restaurant was full! There were two more groups waiting! After a 10-minute wait, we were seated! I ordered the chicken salt ramen! The soup was rich and flavorful, making you want to drink it all! The chashu was also big and satisfying to eat!

On Wednesday around 11:30 am during the Bon festival, I visited a ramen shop and found a line of 5 people outside, with 4 people waiting inside. Despite the direct sunlight, I decided to wait. There were more than 20 seats, so the wait time was surprisingly only about 15 minutes. I ordered chicken ramen with salt for 880 yen, and rice was free for lunch, so I got that too! There were other great value sets available, and many people around me were ordering the chashu rice bowl. As for the taste, the soup had a sweet flavor like potage with a deep chicken umami taste. It was light but had a rich flavor, and was incredibly delicious. It was by far the best chicken broth ramen I've had recently! I could easily drink it all up. The noodles were chewy with a good firmness, and the chashu was moist and delicious. I finished everything including the rice and soup, and I highly recommend trying this chicken broth ramen. I was very satisfied! Thank you for the meal! I will definitely go back again.

The interior of the store consists only of a counter. The turnover seems to be good. The clientele is mostly young. There were many groups of 4 people, with quick turnover. We were seated in about 15 minutes. Ordered the Chicken Ramen with salt. It arrived in about 5 minutes. Very fast! First, we tried the soup. It had a strong flavor but not too heavy, and we finished it in two sips. The noodles were thin, flat noodles. They were delicious when mixed with the soup. I thought flat noodles were rare. The noodles were also tasty. They were firm. The toppings included clams, white radish, and two slices of pork chashu, which seemed to be different cuts of meat. Probably. There was a slightly rare texture. It was light in flavor, which suited this ramen well. If you prefer chashu with a strong flavor, it might be a bit different. It was delicious!

I thought the interior of the restaurant was a bit small, but the taste of the noodles and soup was really good. Probably the best I've had so far. They have two types of soup, salt and soy sauce, so you can choose your favorite or even try both. If you're still a little hungry after eating, they also have rice dishes to fill you up. I arrived at Menya Tori no Toriji around 12 o'clock and had a hard time finding a parking spot due to the nearby parking lot being full. The restaurant was almost full inside, but I was able to get in without waiting. There were many female customers as well. I ordered the Toriji White Salt Ramen for 930 yen, and the Cha-mi Tonkotsu Shoyu with pork back fat. You can choose between salt and shoyu flavors. The creamy white soup had a strong chicken flavor and was not too heavy, reminiscent of cream-based pasta. It had a unique taste that stood out from other chicken white soups I've had before. It's no wonder there were many female customers. The slightly thick rare chashu had a satisfying texture and was delicious. Next time, I would like to try the Chicken Soba Fromage, which seems to have a stronger pasta-like flavor with Parmesan cheese and black pepper added.

Thank you as always. The food is still delicious as ever! I tried various dishes, but ended up enjoying the basic chicken soy sauce ramen the most. It's really tasty. Today, I suddenly thought it tastes similar to the rich flavor of Tenkaippin ramen. It must be simmered for quite a while. Despite the large number of staff, I think it's amazing how they manage to provide great service amidst this shortage of manpower.

This place is the best in terms of cost performance! I went on Sunday around 13:30 and there were high school students from a club lined up, but I was able to get in quickly! It's nice to have table seats even for two people. The most popular dish seems to be the chicken salt ramen. But what was even more delicious was the rare char siu rice bowl! It had an excellent compatibility with the sauce.

Everything looked delicious, but I like to try the signature dish of a restaurant on my first visit. So, I ordered the Chicken Soba with Soy Sauce and Rare Chashu Donburi Set, while my wife ordered the Chicken Soba with Salt and Dive Donburi Set. Our dishes arrived in about 5 minutes. First, I took a sip of the soup. Delicious! It was smooth like a potage soup with a strong chicken flavor. Then, a hint of soy sauce aroma came through. I could drink this soup all day. I slurped the noodles. The thickness of the noodles might be better if they were a bit thinner, but they were still tasty. I also tried my wife's soup, which was also delicious. It had a simple chicken flavor without the soy sauce. Next, I tried the chashu. It was huge! And there were two slices! They were thick and had a nice rare texture, which I enjoyed. I got so caught up in the ramen that I forgot about the donburi. Classic ramen experience. The donburi had diced rare chashu with a sauce, probably made with grated onions. This time, I tried their soy sauce chicken ramen with pure creamy chicken white broth. The soup, made only with chicken without any vegetables or seafood, was rich yet mild in flavor. The combination of soy sauce richness and chicken white broth made it delicious! Of course, their signature rare cooked chashu was also tasty. It was moist and tender, with a clear taste of the meat that goes well with rice. During lunchtime, they offer free white rice, but today I had to refrain from it due to the results of my health checkup. It's a shame because dipping the white rice in the soup is delicious!
