Since I was alone, I avoided the sofa seats and the counter was full. I ended up at a table. The TV was playing a silent commercial and the background music was 80s Western music. The interior was clean and had a comfortable atmosphere. I ordered the Pakistani curry with no water, including a soft drink, for 1,000 yen using the touch screen. When I returned after a break, my order had arrived. The rice portion was generous. The curry wasn't very spicy. Breaking the soft-boiled egg made it even milder. The tender meat was delicious, and there was plenty of finely chopped ginger. The pickles were very cold. I wish they were a bit larger, as they added to the meal experience. Since I only had a spoon, it was a bit difficult to scoop up larger pieces. On top of the yogurt, there was pink pepper. I personally feel that the red pepper on top of the yogurt doesn't go well with it, so I don't need it. The pasta had plenty of ingredients and was surprisingly filling. Personally, I would have preferred soup or salad over the drink. Whether you can relax there or not depends on you, but getting a drink included for 700 yen is amazing.

The other day I had taco rice that was amazing, so I came here to try the taco rice as well! This place is known for their Pakistani curry, but I couldn't resist trying the taco rice haha. The taco rice was served pretty quickly, which surprised me. The rice wasn't very hot (a bit dry) which may have caused the cheese to not melt much. The flavor was very much like "this is how taco rice should taste!" The seasoning on the ground meat was strong and had a nice level of spiciness. Considering the location, the cost performance seems reasonable. However, the customer service didn't really suit my taste. I'm curious about the Pakistani curry, but I don't think I'll be coming back here again.

Although there was a 30-minute time limit due to a party reservation starting at 3 PM, I agreed and sat at the counter seat. The spacious interior with around 200 seats had both table and counter seating options. Looking at the menu, there were six one-coin lunch options available even on Sundays, and I chose the "Handmade Hamburg Lunch @500 yen" (tax included). In just 6 minutes, the plate arrived with rice, hamburg steak, salad, and diced fried potatoes (refer to the photo) ... I couldn't tell how much of the ingredients were commercial, but it was a generous portion that didn't seem like just one coin. The hamburg steak was a soft and fluffy type, with only ketchup sauce, and I wished it was a bit hotter. The salad had lettuce and a few slices of thinly cut paprika, which was acceptable for the price. The fried potatoes seemed like frozen ones, but they were crispy on the outside and fluffy inside, which was nice. The rice had the perfect firmness for my liking, and the quality of the Hokkaido-grown rice was not bad for the price. The overall one-coin lunch was quite a bargain and felt very cost-effective. I assume that during weekdays, this place must be crowded with nearby office workers. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the same building are off-track betting facilities, but it seemed not well-known as there were few people there. This establishment also offers betting machines for horse racing inside. On holidays, you can enjoy affordable lunches, all-you-can-drink options, big screen monitors showing horse racing broadcasts and odds, and even a stage for various uses like lunch, day drinking, casual drinking, early drinking, group parties, and wedding receptions. There were only reviews for daytime, so I will provide a review for nighttime. I was considering using this place for the first round, but the food seemed more suitable for a younger crowd, so I decided to use it for the second round instead. The restaurant is spacious with a stage where live performances are held on some days. There are also monitors and sofa seats where you can relax. You order food through a touch panel. I had chicken and french fries. I thought the portions were a bit small, but it was just right for the second round. They were very accommodating to our needs and I was very satisfied.

When I arrived right at noon, there were already several groups of people. Afterwards, more and more people came as it is located in a business district. It arrived in less than 10 minutes. Even though it's one coin, the hamburger is quite large. I quickly tasted it, and it was a tender hamburger. It already has flavor, so you can enjoy it with a little sauce. The rice might be a bit lacking for men, but considering it's one coin, it's sufficient. It also comes with potato fries and salad as sides. Being directly connected to Sapporo Station and offering a one-coin lunch is quite impressive. Next time, I want to try the Pakistani curry.

I paired the one-coin lunch with a Teriyaki Chicken Bagel Sandwich. It was quite filling and delicious. Perfect for snacking while having drinks with a friend (^^) The American-style atmosphere inside the restaurant is relaxing. However, the TV was showing horse racing and odds for each race (lol) There was even a machine to place bets! I found out that it's operated by Hokkaido Keiba, which explains why it's used for horse racing events (^_^) They offer all-day drink specials, making it very convenient. Thank you for the meal!

No restrictions either! You can just enjoy the all-you-can-drink! The interior is spacious and open. For some reason, horse racing is being shown on a big screen. There is also a stage, so they must have shows too. It seems like a place where you can have a lively time. Since it's a weekday afternoon, there are only about 3 people having lunch alone. It's quite peaceful. I'm already full from the first place, but I can't resist the dry Pakistani curry that is limited to 30 servings. It's only 980 yen, but I must try it! The dry Pakistani curry comes with pickles, onsen tamago, rice, and yogurt. There is plenty of shredded chili peppers on top of the rice. It has a nice level of spiciness. Yum! It's delicious! The pickles also add a nice touch. It's spicier than I expected with all those chili peppers. What a wonderful meal! The last order for drinks is 15 minutes before closing, and they don't rush you to leave even when it's time. The staff are all very friendly too! The one-coin lunch is great, and I would love to visit again even if it's not for drinking! They also have shows during lunchtime, which seems like a lot of fun. There are many food shops around here, but they are expensive (tears). As a business traveler on my own, I look for cheap places where I can kill time. In the midst of that, I happened to find this place. It's located right above the off-track betting site for Hokkaido horse racing. The atmosphere inside is very American, with even a stage (surprising). On the other hand, there are monitors showing regional horse racing on the walls. It's quite a chaotic space. I ordered the one-coin Napolitan, which tasted pretty normal. I also got a drink after the meal for an additional 200 yen. If I can have pasta for 700 yen around here, that's great. This restaurant is really appreciated. The lunch menu changes monthly, and they offer six one-coin menu items. I'm also curious about the 800 yen waterless Pakistani curry. I'll definitely stop by here more often in the future.

Four middle-aged men entered the shop around 4 pm, along with a few groups of young girls. The men sat in front of the big screen and seemed a bit out of place. The staff were friendly and frequently came to refill drinks, even though it was all-you-can-drink. The shop was almost empty, with about 5 staff members, so the labor cost seemed quite high. Perhaps profit is not a top priority for the management. The food mainly consisted of frozen items, but since the main focus is on enjoying drinks and watching the big screen, the quality of food didn't matter much. Additionally, there is a horse racing betting machine near the entrance, making it easy to place bets. The B3F of the same building is an off-track betting site, which is very convenient!
