It's been a while since I visited Tangin. It has now become one of the top Chinese restaurants. It has been delicious for over 10 years. It was crowded on the day I visited. I had never tried Qingjiao Rousi before, so I ordered the Qingjiao Rousi set meal and a side of Mapo Tofu. Instead of bamboo shoots, they used bean sprouts in the Qingjiao Rousi. Hmm, I'm not sure about this, but it's really delicious. It's lighter than regular Qingjiao Rousi, but the sweet sauce is just right and very tasty. The two pieces of fried chicken seemed a bit tough, but the meat was tender. The sweet and sour sauce complemented it well, much better than typical sweet and sour sauce. The egg drop soup was thick and tasty, and the almond jelly had a rich flavor like milk pudding. Of course, the Mapo Tofu was delicious as always. Ah, I'm satisfied.

I went to this restaurant after a long time. I used to like it before. They had switched to a QR code ordering system. The tragedy begins here. When the order page appeared, some images were missing. I added yakisoba with sauce and 6 dumplings (ordered in sets of 4) to the cart. The number at the bottom of the screen showed 7. But when I checked the cart, it showed "0". I tried adding them to the cart again. The number at the bottom showed 13 (´・ω`・ ) huh? But the cart only had 1 yakisoba with sauce and 1 dumpling. It was frustrating. In the end, I had to order verbally. The yakisoba with sauce arrived in about 20 minutes. A little late but still acceptable. But the dumplings never came. Despite repeated reminders, I was told "Please wait" and "They are being cooked now." The dumplings that were finally served after 40 minutes were piping hot. They definitely forgot about it and made it just now. "Wasn't it crowded?" you might think. When I ordered, there were only 2-3 people in a group and a couple of two. The water came in tiny plastic cups that smelled like plastic. Another downgrade. The taste was not bad, but it's goodbye for me.

I ordered the Chinese set (black vinegar sweet and sour pork) and 4 dumplings at Bion. I made a reservation using Tabelog points and walked from Shiroishi, which was quite a distance. When I arrived, there were 3 other groups of customers. I thought it would be more crowded. I chose the sweet and sour pork because it looked delicious, but the set also came with fried chicken, so it ended up being a lot of fried food. The sweet and sour pork had onions, broccoli, and fried Chinese yam, and it was delicious - not too sweet or sour. The fried chicken was large and came with sauce at the bottom. It was tasty, but a bit heavy for me. The dumplings were juicy and delicious. I took a break with the dumplings. Thank you for the meal. I used points and paid the rest with PayPay.

Visited this Chinese restaurant in town with high reviews. The seafood salt yakisoba had a strong salty taste rather than umami, maybe my expectations were too high... The gyoza wasn't very hot, so I was a little worried it might be undercooked. The best part was the fried chicken that came with my husband's set meal. It was delicious when eaten with the fresh vegetables and slightly tangy sauce. It was refreshing and juicy. Thank you for the meal.

We came with four colleagues from work on a regular night. We added all-you-can-drink to the course for an old man's banquet. It started with chicken and tomato oyster sauce stir-fry, followed by Peking duck which got everyone excited and the beer flowing. The xiaolongbao and braised pork were delicious! The mapo tofu was extremely spicy, making us sweat even though we were drunk, but it had an addictive flavor. By this point, we were already full, but we couldn't resist the delicious smell of the ankake yakisoba for the finale, and the four old men competed to finish it. It was a very satisfying banquet.

Around 12:30 on Saturday, I thought it would be crowded, but about half of the seats were empty. Maybe because it was a hot day? I ordered the Five Ingredient Yakisoba with Ankake Sauce for 830 yen, 6 gyoza for 600 yen, and a Chinese set for 1080 yen along with a draft beer. There are many solo diners here. Most of the customers seem to be regulars. While enjoying my draft beer, I waited for my order to be ready. The Five Ingredient Yakisoba arrived first. It tasted a bit lighter than before, but still delicious. Next, the gyoza arrived. The filling was well-balanced and not too overpowering. The Chinese set for 1080 yen comes with fried chicken and a choice of 6 dishes. This time, I chose the Black Vinegar Sweet and Sour Pork. It also came with rice, soup, and almond jelly. The two pieces of fried chicken were served with a dipping sauce. The sweet and sour pork was also delicious. Every dish was tasty. Overall, it's a highly satisfying Chinese restaurant.

Maybe I had too high expectations... I came here specifically for the mapo tofu because I saw good reviews, but it looked different than I thought. When I tried it, it was a bit salty but lacked flavor... I only felt the spiciness of the chili peppers. Looking at other reviews again, my mapo tofu seemed a bit different from theirs... Maybe it's not Sichuan-style mapo tofu? I used to eat mapo tofu 5-6 times a week at one point, but this kind of mapo tofu is new to me and I was a bit surprised. The shrimp chili dish also seemed a bit lacking. There might have been a mistake when I visited, so I'll give it another try!

I visited a restaurant in search of a place that is cheap and delicious. Today I was in the mood for Chinese food. The daily special was stir-fried greens and pork with black pepper for 660 yen, which was very affordable so I added some spring rolls and steamed shrimp dumplings. It took about 8 minutes for each dish to arrive. First, I tried the hot spring rolls, which were a bit small but had a delicious filling. Next, I took a bite of the daily special, which had a flavor that all Japanese people love and was delicious. Finally, I tried the steamed shrimp dumplings, which were also excellent. Everything I ate was delicious.

Cantonese Noodles 830 yen A gentle soy sauce ramen. Goes well with pepper. Plenty of ingredients. The noodles are smooth and easy to eat. Fried Rice 790 yen Delicious, but the flavor is quite strong. There are some parts that are very strong in flavor, creating some inconsistency in taste. Sweet and Sour Pork 790 yen It's on the rich side with a strong miso flavor, but it can make you thirsty. Takeout Fried Chicken 640 yen Simply delicious. Sichuan Mapo Tofu 750 yen A bit spicy. There is not much meat in it, and the meat is not pork ground meat, so it feels a bit lacking. Shredded Pork with Green Pepper 830 yen Simply delicious. Braised Pork Belly and Daikon Radish 1100 yen The star anise is a bit overpowering. The braised dish is very rich in flavor, but it's a bit too strong. Stir-fried Liver and Leeks 770 yen Simply delicious. Recommended Vegetable Stir-fry (Stir-fried Water Spinach) 880 yen Simply delicious, but not really to my liking. Chinese Meat Pie (2 pieces) 360 yen Can be eaten as a snack. Dumplings (4 pieces) 400 yen Simply delicious. Half-size Shrimp Chili 640 yen The shrimp is plump and this was my favorite among the dishes I bought this time. There are tissues, chopsticks, spoons, toothpicks, small plates, and soy sauce dishes on the table. You will be served water and a wet towel when you are seated. The service is average.

For lunch today, I visited a Chinese restaurant called Tangin in Misono, Toyohira-ku for the first time. I ordered the set menu of "Five-ingredient sauce yakisoba and half-fried rice" for 970 yen. The interior of the restaurant has a slightly Chinese-style decor with 9 four-person tables. The food arrived in just over 5 minutes (as expected from a Chinese restaurant, they work fast). The set menu was quite generous in portion size, with the main dish of sauce yakisoba being particularly filling. I was surprised by the amount of food, as the half-fried rice was the size of a regular ramen portion! I enjoyed the meal with gusto. Restaurant Name: Chinese Cuisine Tangin Location: 7-5-1 Misono 4-jo, Toyohira-ku Menu Item: Sauce Yakisoba + Half-Fried Rice Set Price: 970 yen

I visited here because I wanted to eat Ankake Yakisoba. I chose Ankake Yakisoba and gyoza (100 yen each, can be ordered from 4 pieces). First, the gyoza arrived. They had a round shape and the taste was to my liking. While I was eating, the Ankake Yakisoba arrived. It had a good amount of volume. The taste was not particularly distinctive, more on the bland side. I added vinegar to change the flavor and finished it. Next time, I would like to try a different menu.

Our youngest daughter requested Chinese food for dinner, or rather, Tangyin. We successfully avenged our previous failed attempt due to the parking lot being full. I'm so happy! We started with beer, and I'm extremely grateful to my partner for always driving. Even though they probably won't see this, thank you so much. We shared two Chinese sets with Qingjiao Rousi and Shrimp Chili, each set comes with 4 pieces of Zangi for sharing, hehe♡ Additionally, we ordered Mapo Tofu as a side dish, and Five-Ingredient Ankake Yakisoba as well as 2 spring rolls as individual items. We greeted the owner, Wang-san, and heard that they will be opening a new branch in Moyuku Sapporo in the new building on Tanuki Street. Congratulations! I love the crispy texture of the Qingjiao Rousi, the juicy shrimp in the Shrimp Chili, the crispy spring rolls, and the delicious Five-Ingredient Ankake Yakisoba. As for the Mapo Tofu, our daughter found it too spicy, but the adults loved it. Please refer to my previous review for the menu. Oh, it was so delicious, almost too delicious! We will definitely be coming back as a family. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

"Visited 'Chuka Ryori Tangyun' for lunch after a long time. Around 11:30 on a weekday, the place was quite busy with 7 groups of customers before us and many more after us, showing its popularity. They have lunch set menus which are quite a good deal. The daily special set meal is 660 yen, which includes rice, soup, small side dishes, and salad, mostly priced under 1,000 yen, which is wallet-friendly. I ordered the 'Ankake Yakisoba and Half Fried Rice @970 yen.' The sound of the kitchen staff cooking in the back was comforting. The ankake yakisoba had a rich flavor that I enjoyed, with plenty of ingredients like pork, shrimp, cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, and more. The noodles were thick and delicious. The fried rice was on the lighter side with less oil. The quality of the rice wasn't as good as before, but it was still decent. Overall, the ankake yakisoba was one of the best I've had recently, and it was a satisfying meal with a good portion size. I've been coming here for over 10 years, and I noticed that the staff on the floor has changed. I won't go into details, but the customer service feels a bit like a seedy bar, which is a bit disappointing. Even though the food is good, I think they should have more professional staff. It was a good meal overall. ========="

When asking my daughter what she wants for dinner, she used to say "yakiniku, sushi, or pasta," but recently she has added Chinese food to her list. She's at an age where she wants to be able to eat spicy Chinese food, haha. On a day when the parking lot was full, we had to change our plans and go to a conveyor belt sushi restaurant instead. Tonight, I'm dining alone, so it's time for some Chinese food at Toh In. I walked from Misono Station to the restaurant. The temperature around 7 pm in this season is perfect for a pleasant walk. I arrived at 6:45 pm and there were no other customers. I chose a table for four with a view of the entire restaurant. The service was very friendly, which I appreciated. When it comes to ordering Chinese food, I always go for the shredded pork with green peppers, along with a draft Asahi Super Dry beer. You can order gyoza in sets of four and xiaolongbao in sets of two, so I opted for the smallest portion of xiaolongbao. The food was served promptly, including fried chicken on a bed of vegetables, egg drop soup, and plenty of almond jelly for dessert. If it came with pickled vegetables, it would have been perfect. Now, let's dig into the shredded pork with green peppers. It's delicious! The thinly sliced meat with green peppers and bean sprouts instead of bamboo shoots goes perfectly with rice. I love it! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a unique flavor from Toh In. The xiaolongbao arrived later, and I enjoyed them with black vinegar and ginger. They were tasty, but within my expectations. The almond jelly dessert was also delicious, creamy and rich. Truly a satisfying meal at this longstanding Chinese restaurant in Misono. It was so delicious! Thank you for the meal! I look forward to coming back with my family to share and enjoy a variety of dishes. Next time, I want to try the mapo tofu and gyoza!

I noticed this restaurant along the national highway and finally had the chance to visit. The interior was surprisingly small, but the food was served quickly and had a good atmosphere of a local Chinese restaurant. It was delicious, and I would like to go back to try different menu items.

This time it's Chinese cuisine, a popular restaurant featured on TV. Choice course: 2,200 yen (tax included) with 6 choices + dessert. It includes: "Gyoza" vs "Harumaki", "Shrimp Chili" vs "Shrimp Mayonnaise", "Sweet and Sour Pork" vs "Stir-fried Pork, Egg, and Vegetables in Soy Sauce", "Fried Chicken" vs "Stir-fried Chicken in Oyster Sauce", "Mapo Tofu" vs "Stir-fried Pork and Tofu in Oyster Sauce", "Fried Rice" vs "Yakisoba". It's an interesting course that offers 2 choices 6 times, so be careful not to argue with the person you go with. Mapo Tofu is quite spicy, so be cautious, but all dishes are deliciously seasoned. The portions are quite generous, so you'll be satisfied. The interior of the restaurant is clean and the service is good. Other menu options to consider are the 4,400 yen course and the 6,600 yen course.

This place was introduced in the 10th anniversary of "Onigiri Atatamemasuka". I had tried it once before when it had just opened. My friend wanted to go after seeing the program, so we visited this time. I had the ankake yakisoba and half fried rice set, along with some fried dumplings, which was just right for the two of us. The ankake yakisoba had perfectly cooked noodles and the sauce remained thick until the end. The flavor was not too strong and very delicious. The fried rice, although a bit plain on its own, was a good addition to the set with the yakisoba. The dumplings had a chewy skin and a generous filling, making them satisfying and tasty. And the prices were very affordable. I plan to visit occasionally from now on.

First visit, my daughter requested "ramen!" and considering my wife's preference for set meals, we decided on Karain-san. It was a great choice. The Canton noodles for 830 yen were surprisingly refreshing until the end! The seasoning or base had a lightness to it that made it easy to eat. And yet, it maintained a thick consistency throughout. It was thick and smooth without being heavy, delicious. The Chinese set for 1,080 yen (black vinegar sweet and sour pork) was also not heavy, but full of flavor. It's not that it's not heavy because of the "vinegar," it's a different feeling, delicious and not heavy. I understand why customers come and go. It was a great find. I definitely want to try the weekday lunch set next time. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I felt like eating rice so I decided to have Chinese lunch at a Chinese restaurant called Tangin. I arrived at the restaurant almost at opening time, but there were already two groups of customers inside. It seems to be a popular spot in the area. The restaurant is not very spacious, but it has a high ceiling and a calm atmosphere. Since it didn't seem like they had a lunch menu, I ordered fried rice, spring rolls (2 pieces), and dumplings (2 pieces). Normally, when it comes to Chinese restaurants, dishes like seafood stir-fried noodles or seafood rice bowls are the default choices, but I saw the fried rice here on the internet and it looked really delicious, so I came here specifically for that. After about 15 minutes, the fried rice was served first. It was a bit cold and not as flavorful as I had imagined. It was quite light and lacked the umami flavor I was expecting. The texture was not as fluffy as I had hoped for, and it felt a bit moist, more like a simple homemade fried rice. Later, the dumplings and spring rolls arrived. The spring rolls were crispy and the filling was very tasty, enjoyable even on its own. I should have ordered one or two more. The dumplings were average, neither good nor bad.

I stopped by this Chinese restaurant after seeing it on a TV show and because it was close to my destination. Since it was the weekend, they didn't have a lunch set, so I ordered a safe option, the Chinese set. The mapo tofu was delicious with just the right amount of spiciness! It wasn't too spicy like Sichuan style with overpowering Sichuan peppercorn, and it seemed to be seasoned more towards Japanese taste. It was so tasty that I could eat as much as I wanted. What was interesting was that it had chunks of meat instead of minced meat. It went really well with the rice. The disappointing part was that the Chinese soup tasted burnt and the fried chicken was cold, giving off a sense of being left out for a while. Overall, I think the cost performance is good. The almond jelly was extremely delicious.

Ankake yakisoba with soup included, priced at 720 yen including tax! The texture of the noodles is soft with a light char, and the overall taste is gentle and delicious. The special clam broth soup base is not very noticeable, but it has a comforting home-cooked flavor that doesn't get boring. Definitely worth another visit! ❤️
