It's delicious! You will be impressed by the punch of the first bite. The noodles are medium-thick curly noodles. Mix the dandan on top of the soup, enjoy it with thin slices of pork and thick pieces of meat. The noodles smoothly transport the soup and noodles to your mouth, so you end up eating it all up quickly.・And then, the remaining sea bream rice. This is also very delicious.・With the ramen, you will receive a small booklet on "delicious ways to eat sea bream rice".①First, try the rice that has absorbed the flavor of sea bream as it is!→Yes, that's right, the rice that subtly captures the flavor of sea bream is full of gentle Japanese umami.→Personally, I thought it would be better to enjoy a bite of this rice before savoring the richness of the ramen.②Pour the sea bream dandan soup over the rice for a "risotto-style rice".→Of the three ways to eat, this was my favorite.
