Entered the restaurant during a weekday blizzard at 12:30. The parking lot next to the restaurant had space for 5 cars, with 2 designated for compact cars. Upon entering, I purchased a food ticket first. The seating area consisted of a counter with 7 seats and 2 tables. It was almost full, but luckily a person finished their meal and I was directed to a seat after disinfection. In front of me, there were numerous jars of dried fruits, creating an unexpected atmosphere for a ramen shop. The staff, consisting of 2 people, seemed friendly. While waiting, I noticed that the person next to me was asked about rice when they ordered "miso". Could this be a lunch set? I felt like I might have missed out on something, as I didn't know the price. The pressure to quickly decide on a food ticket type started to build up. Next time, I should take my time to carefully choose. After about 7 minutes of feeling restless, my ramen arrived. The presentation was beautiful, and there was a hidden Mickey instead of chashu. I took a sip of the soup first. Delicious! The flavor was enhanced by the power of the meatball. The broth was flavorful, with a subtle sweetness that surpassed the saltiness. I couldn't help but drink it without fear of burning my tongue. The meatball, although slightly overshadowed by the broth, was tasty. The noodles were thick and cooked perfectly, intertwining with the broth. I really liked them. Oh, when the ramen arrived, I was informed that "flavor-changing oil is a complimentary service," so I looked at the recommended oils while eating. There were oils like strawberry and mango, which seemed unbelievable, but being a first-timer, I played it safe and chose "mushroom and ginger." Halfway through the noodles, I placed an order and took another bite!... and at that moment, I saw something in the top right corner of my vision. Oh, grated ginger! The ginger was also hidden (it was perfectly captured in the photo I later saw). Today, my field of vision seemed narrow. I added all the grated ginger and took a sip of the soup. Ah, delicious! It warmed me up. Right after that, the mushroom and ginger arrived. ... Mistake! I realized I added the grated ginger too late, and I couldn't really taste the flavor-changing oil. Next time, I'll add the grated ginger after taking a bite. That way, I can enjoy 3 variations with flavor-changing and combining the grated ginger. That's the plan I made. Ultimately, I finished the soup. I ate the dried ginger at the bottom to complete the meal. Finally, amidst the busy atmosphere, they opened the door for me and bid me farewell. Thank you very much. I wonder what kind of changes flavor-changing would bring to the original taste. The ramen's basic taste was so good that I couldn't help but want to try various things. The basic taste, types of flavor-changing oils, timing of adding them, (timing of adding grated ginger), how many times do I need to visit to find the best combination...
