The chicken motsu tsukemen had medium-thick straight noodles with a soy-based soup that was distinctively flavorful with no sourness, instead having a rich umami taste like a traditional Japanese broth. The chef's rice soup that followed was also incredibly delicious. The black ramen had medium-thick straight noodles cooked slightly firm, which I liked. The soup, while not particularly memorable, was tasty. The service was attentive and friendly, making it a pleasant dining experience.

This time, I visited a clean noodle shop at the southern end of Pombashio Road. They had announced the return of their "Cold Sudachi Soba," so I went to try it right away. It had been a year since they last offered it, and I was looking forward to it since it was delicious last time. When the dish arrived, the Sudachi Soba looked beautifully presented. It looked so delicious. I took a bite and found out that they had adjusted the amount of vinegar from last year, but it was still delicious. The combination of the tasty broth, the sourness, and the aroma of the sudachi was irresistible. I finished the noodles and then dove into the remaining broth with some grated yam rice as a finishing touch. The way they finish with the grated yam rice is just amazing. It was so delicious. I finally made my first visit to this place after wanting to go for a long time, pushing through the unique people walking the streets. I prefer ramen over tsukemen, so I intentionally purchased the meal ticket for the above dish. The bowl arrived promptly, and I really liked the appearance and taste! It used to be Kombu-infused Chicken Paitan Tsukemen, but this time, they increased the richness of the chicken paitan dipping broth and created a creamy version. When the dish arrived, the bowl was filled with rich chicken paitan dipping broth. A lemon was served on the side to add a hint of acidity. With the first bite, I was impressed. I decided to visit for the last time this season and try this special dish. This is my fourth time trying it overall, and my third time since its revival. This summer was hotter than expected, so this cold dish is perfect! When it arrived, I saw the beautiful bonito broth. The thin noodles paired perfectly with it, creating an exquisite dish. I visited the ramen shop to try their limited-time offer "Cold Katsuodashi Soba." The soup made from 100% animal-free bonito was delicious. The thin noodles from Ramenya Taikei, with a cutting edge of 20, paired well with the bonito-flavored oil. As the temperature of the soup rose, the umami and aroma became more pronounced. Perfect!

This dish was so popular that there were strong requests for it to be brought back this season, and finally, it is back on the menu. I tried it when it was first introduced in early summer, and I couldn't resist ordering it again this time. When it arrived, I added some seasoned egg as a topping. The first bite was amazing. The katsuobushi broth was even more flavorful than before. It was really delicious. The noodles were thin and perfectly complemented the broth. The balance of flavors was outstanding. I usually always order the chicken motsu tsukemen, but on this day, I decided to try the limited edition rich kombu water chicken paitan tsukemen. The taste was really delicious. However, I had never tried kombu water before and I didn't really like the slimy texture. But overall, the flavor was really good. Thank you for the meal!

Near Nihonbashi Otaku Road, there is a ramen shop that offers chicken and giblets dipping noodles. Although unfamiliar with the term, it seemed to be their specialty so I ordered without hesitation. The ticket machine did not accept high denomination bills, so I asked the staff to break it for me and purchased a ticket for the chicken and giblets dipping noodles with an additional topping of egg. I also decided to try the "Okami Zosui" which is a dipping noodle order exclusive. I opted for the 300g noodle portion as it was the same price as the 200g. After being seated at the counter, I waited for about 10 minutes. The noodles arrived. The dipping sauce appeared to be a clear soy-based broth. The noodles were medium-thick and straight. I dug in. The dipping sauce contained chunks of chicken, spreading its flavor throughout. The char siu was rare and full of meaty goodness. The noodles were smooth and plentiful. However, the egg topping was honestly not very tasty. It lacked flavor and was undercooked. After finishing the noodles, I called the staff to try the Okami Zosui. The soup was temporarily removed and after a short wait, a visually appealing zosui arrived. The combination of chicken and giblets broth with rice and egg was delicious. However, I believe it is more suitable for consumption in cold winter rather than hot summer. Thank you for the meal.

I visited right when they opened on a regular day. Only the first 2 customers were allowed in. The chicken motsu tsukemen is priced the same for both 200g and 300g. The noodles are really delicious. I personally wanted to give it a 4.0 rating, but I couldn't enjoy the full experience of the tsukemen soup splitting, so I gave it a 3.5.
