I visited a café for some tea time. This time, I ordered a strawberry juice soft serve. The strawberry juice is made fresh in a blender after ordering, and it looks like it's just strawberries and ice. The sweetness and slight tartness of the strawberries are really delicious. It was unusual so I bought it and tried it in the car. Maybe eating it as is was a mistake... It was quite bitter... The sourness was addictive, but maybe it wasn't ripe yet. They say it's good for your body so I tried my best to eat it. - Soybean Bread 250 yen Bought at Senka Wheat Workshop. Waited in line for about 20 minutes. Rusk and others seem to be popular too. The corn bread is famous at the New Chitose store. My companion picked this soybean bread, which unexpectedly became breakfast at a hotel near the airport the next day. The black beans were cooked plumply. It was subtly sweet and filling.

I want to give a rating of 4.0 when considering the number of times I have drunk strawberry juice. However, I hesitated whether I could rate strawberry juice that high, and this is the result. I was captivated by strawberry juice, but from November 2021 to March 2022, I couldn't drink it due to a break. Soft serve ice cream that I got hooked on from 2022 is also recommended, as well as other menu items like bread. Everything is good, but please try the strawberry juice. The black bean bread available only at the Biei store is amazing. Made with the finest red beans, this red bean bread is a masterpiece that will move you! The large group of black beans may be scary for those with a fear of clusters, but not only on the outside, there are also black beans inside. Truly, there are too many black beans! Is it a black bean bread or a bread black bean? But it was very delicious! The red bean bread is shaped like a full and fluffy Mt. Fuji, with plenty of red bean paste that is not too sweet, allowing the natural flavor of the red beans to shine through.

The corn soup was rich and delicious! We bought lots of bread from the bakery attached to the restaurant and enjoyed it on the outdoor terrace. The bread from the bakery is amazing, especially the white bread! It was so delicious that we even had it as a snack during our trip (laughs).

I stopped by during a day trip station tour. There was plenty of parking space in front of the shop, and it was just a short walk from there. Since it was late, the variety was limited, but I bought two items and enjoyed them in the car right away. I forgot to take a photo of the salt bread, but it had a crispy surface and a chewy inside, and it was delicious. The bean bread in the photo was also full of plump beans, and the bread dough was moist and soft, giving it a satisfying texture. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to stop by again. Visited in December 2022 during a trip to Sapporo, I decided to drive 150km from Sapporo to the main store of the bakery known for its freshly baked bread, as the airport store always had long lines. The modern-looking building of the main store stood out, and the taste did not disappoint. Due to heavy snowfall, the store was empty during my visit, with only a few locals stopping by. The Butter Roll (2 for 250 yen), Red Bean Bun (250 yen), Black Bean Bread (250 yen), Milk Bread (400 yen), and Raclette Cheese Bread (400 yen) were purchased. Each bread had a satisfying volume and a rich, substantial flavor. The dough was firm and substantial, made from locally sourced ingredients from Hokkaido. With prices ranging from 250 to 400 yen, it felt like a great value for such high-quality bread.

I purchased souvenirs such as melon and corn. The shop was clean and had a sense of cleanliness.

I bought shokupan, baguette, anpan, and kuromame pan at the outlet store and it was good. They were delicious, but not worth waiting for hours at the airport.
