I was the only customer when I entered, but a young woman came in later. I tried the pudding, which was quite firm and had a taste I personally enjoyed. The caramel was jelly-like and delicious. Maron Standard's Midnight Pear Strawberry Shortcake, each priced at around 500 yen. Visited on a Sunday morning before noon, no waiting. Bought cakes to go. The cakes in the showcase were shiny and looked like real fruits, very beautiful and Instagrammable. The Midnight Pear cake had a gel-coated pear inside with smooth black tea sponge cake, and blueberry sauce in the middle. The Strawberry Shortcake had more strawberries hidden inside than it appeared, a sweet cake mainly focused on strawberries. Just as I was leaving, they restocked with promised apples. Couldn't eat everything, so will have to come back for more another time!

There are 5 counter seats available for eating in. Mont Blanc Framboise is their specialty, a freshly squeezed Mont Blanc with a raspberry version. The sweet and sour berry sauce with fluffy cream is delightful. Inside the apple framboise mousse, there are pieces of apple. The vibrant colors are so vivid that you might doubt if it's really edible, but it's quite delicious. At the bottom, there's a crispy chocolate crumble. The interior was cute, with a counter set up. Maybe because of the time, everything except the cakes in the showcase was sold out. It seems like the desserts you see on Instagram are gone if you don't go early. However, they had a limited-time Many Clouds Blue Parfait available, so I ordered that. It was a bit pricey at 900 yen, but it was surprisingly delicious! I usually don't like ice cream, but the blue part at the bottom was soda jelly, and the parfait had orange and grapefruit pulp, making it a refreshing treat. It was so tasty! It came with a cherry on top, which changes depending on the season. I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! They also had various kinds of Mont Blanc cakes that looked delicious. If I have the chance to visit Kyobashi again, I would love to go back.

Some customers also enjoy their treats outside on the chairs and tables in the corridor. The posters advertise the seasonal Premium Parfait, which currently seems to be a soda flavor. The bright blue color looks refreshing. Although tempted by the parfait, I opted for soft serve this time. They offer standard flavors as well as green tea, glamorous berry, chocolate, pistachio, and more. The chocolate mint is recommended for the hot season. My friend ordered the chocolate mint, but I chose the caramelized chestnut nuts. You can choose between a cone or a cup. The chestnut nuts I had were delicious, with a nice balance of the slightly bitter caramelized nuts topping, the smoothness of the soft serve, the crunchiness of the meringue, and a hint of sweetness that left a refreshing aftertaste.
