The shop operates in two sessions, starting at 17:30 and 20:45. The elegant and kind-hearted owner, Yuji Kasahara, has a deep love for yakitori✨ They use rare Kishu Binchotan charcoal for grilling, and the serious look on their face while grilling with a large fan is truly impressive. The skewers are mostly made of iron (or maybe aluminum) so you won't burn your mouth even if you touch them♪ The grilled chicken on iron skewers is a work of art✨ The shop has become extremely difficult to reserve, with the next available booking being one year later.
