⭐️Akasaka Station, next to TBS⭐️⭐️Famous Crab Restaurant⭐️⭐️Today's course: Crab and Sea Urchin⭐️ When it comes to crab in Tokyo, Kita Fuku is the place to go. We enjoyed a course featuring the king of crabs, Taraba crab, and sea urchin. The amount of food was so generous that we had to stop taking pictures halfway through. The sōmen noodles served with uni and jun-sai appetizer had a surprisingly strong texture. The subtle broth paired with the sweet saltwater uni was a delightful new taste experience. The tempura made with generous amounts of uni had a unique deliciousness with the crispy seaweed adding a hint of sweetness. The crab served was a massive 2.2kg king crab. Each person was served three legs: sashimi, lightly boiled rare, half-boiled, and fully boiled, with the chef skillfully preparing and serving the grilled crab right in front of us. We could enjoy trying different condiments like salt, yuzu, crab vinegar, and soy sauce. The entertainment value was so high that we found ourselves speechless at times. The meal was filled with various parts of the crab, including the rare delicacy "fundoshi" and "heart." The uni rice dish came with beef shigureni, a large amount of ikura, and was incredibly filling. Lastly, the mango shaved ice prepared with a retro ice shaver right in front of us was outstanding. It was a memorable experience with an abundance of food. Thank you for the feast.

We made a reservation for 2 people at 18:00. We went to eat snow crabs. The day before, we were informed that there might not be any snow crabs available, but we could still enjoy delicious hairy crabs as it was the season for them. On the day of our reservation, they had managed to get a few snow crabs, so we were able to have them as planned. However, they mentioned that they could only serve them to the first few customers. We were lucky to get them. The chef skillfully prepared the snow crabs in front of us, and we enjoyed the performance. We had sashimi, shabu-shabu, grilled snow crabs, and snow crab rice, it was all amazing. The unlimited ikura topping for the snow crab rice was almost like an ikura don. We splurged a bit, but the food was worth it. I want to save up money to visit again. It motivated me to work hard. Laugh.

I had always longed to visit this restaurant in Tokyo, where they skillfully prepare crab right in front of you! It's one of the best crab restaurants in the city, and for my birthday every year, I make it a tradition to go there for seafood. This year, I celebrated my birthday at Kita Fuku, and it was pure happiness. The menu was amazing, starting with the appetizers that were incredibly delicious even before the main crab dish arrived. And when the live crab was brought to our table, I was shocked! Each person had their own crab prepared for them, which felt incredibly luxurious. The chef expertly cooked the crab in front of us, from sashimi to medium rare to grilled to tempura, all served at the perfect timing. I learned that crab becomes sweeter when heat is applied, changing my favorite from sashimi to crab tempura. With only three private rooms available, reservations are a must, but it's worth it for a luxurious crab dining experience. We indulged in a full meal and drinks for two, which cost around 74,000 yen. Considering the live crab being expertly cooked by the chef, it felt like a good value. It was like going on a trip while staying in Tokyo, enjoying a luxurious time at Kita Fuku. The chef's entertaining conversation added to the experience, and when we mentioned it was my birthday, they even celebrated with a special dessert. I'll work hard this year so I can come back to Kita Fuku again! Overall rating: Value for money: ★★★★★, Deliciousness: ★★★★★★, Overall: ★★★★★★. Full of crab! The best! I enjoyed the different flavors of raw crab, lightly boiled crab, and thoroughly boiled crab to fully appreciate the charm of crab. The tempura was also incredibly delicious. I received crab dumplings as a souvenir, and they were also the best! They were almost all crab.

Mitomi Emon's gourmet site has started. Homepage "https://blog.33inc.jp/" Instagram "@mitomi_emon" If you're in Tokyo and craving crab, you must visit Kitafuku. It's no exaggeration to say that Kitafuku has a charm that cannot be denied. Since the opening of the Akasaka store in 2012, they have expanded to three stores including Ginza and Shintomi. Their biggest feature is the way they prepare live crabs right in front of you. Even in Tokyo, this is quite a sight. On this day, live crabs from Sakaiminato, Tottori, just 1.2 kilometers away, were delivered to us. And each person got their own portion. Talk about hospitality! While snow crabs and horsehair crabs can be enjoyed all year round, the king of crabs, the snow crab, is a winter delicacy. Kitafuku offers a variety of cooking methods to fully enjoy this delicacy. Snow crab's potential to shine in any dish is truly surprising. Starting with a simple sashimi to greet us. The clear, fresh taste without any fishy smell confirms the high quality of the crab. It's packed with flavor. It's hard to come across crab of this quality in Tokyo. From "shabu-shabu" to boiled, grilled, tempura, and a mix of crab miso and crab meat, followed by a porridge made using the crab shell. The star of the seasoning is the crab miso. Such a luxurious finish. With unlimited toppings of sea urchin and salmon roe, it's a real treat. Other dishes that complement the course include clam chawanmushi, steamed white fish, and a dish with young shoots, bamboo shoots, and abalone.

I had the opportunity to enjoy some snow crab at Akasaka! They skillfully prepared the live crab right in front of us, which made for a very entertaining dinner experience. It was truly satisfying to eat the crab to the fullest. Not only the crab, but also the blowfish tempura was the best I've ever had! The restaurant has a somewhat old-fashioned atmosphere, but the staff were very nice. I highly recommend this restaurant for a family outing. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I also go to the shop in Sapporo! I have been going there since the opening in Akasaka. It's a reliable place to bring anyone. The performances, atmosphere, cleanliness, food, drinks, and space are all perfect. The only downside is that it has become popular and regular customers find it harder to go, but I will continue to go without hesitation.

Wow, I was so moved, it was my first time feeling this way. At first, I ordered a course to compare Taraba and Kegani crabs, but when I heard that I could add Matsuba crab for an extra 2000 yen, I changed my order. I was surprised. We had Perrier and draft beer, oolong tea, and the course for 99,000 yen (for 2 people). I couldn't believe I could eat Matsuba crab at this price. As you can see in the photos, it was a splendid Tottori product. We started with sashimi, then lightly boiled, gradually becoming sweeter. And then grilled crab, tempura. The peak of sweetness was in the tempura. And then grilling the miso and plenty of meat on the shell. Peak. And then a porridge. They added sea urchin with just one word saying I like it. It was amazing. And when the salmon roe was not enough, they said to let them know. It was overflowing haha. The chefs skillfully cooked the dishes one after another, changing tactics. I was speechless. Did you know? Even though we touched and ate the fresh crab with our hands, it didn't smell. That was also amazing. I promised to come back for the Taraba and Kegani crab course next time. Thank you for the feast.

Kitafuku-san has shops in Akasaka and Ginza in Tokyo. I have visited the Ginza shop before, but this time I went to the Akasaka shop. The seats are in private rooms where they prepare live Echizen crabs right in front of you, giving it a live cooking experience. The private rooms are spacious, making it a great place for important meetings or gatherings with friends. The prices vary depending on the rank of the crab, but being able to eat live Zuwai crabs such as Matsuba, Echizen, and Kanou in Tokyo is worth it. Instead of traveling all the way to San'in or Hokuriku regions, this is the best option. They focus on the freshness of the crabs and the chef's skills in bringing out the best flavors, rather than relying on typical regional cooking. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I visited the Tabelog Award 2022 Bronze-winning restaurant "Akasaka Kitafuku". It is located about a 3-minute walk from Akasaka Station. I have been to Kitafuku in Ginza a few times, but this was my first time in Akasaka. I had actually requested to eat the golden crab on this day, but due to the typhoon, the golden crab was not available, so I opted for a course with snow crab and king crab instead. Before the crab, we were served a small dish, and then we were shown the snow crab and king crab. I was thrilled to see the extra-large king crab! The live crab was expertly prepared in front of us! We started with the king crab and then moved on to the snow crab. Both were served as sashimi, tempura, grilled, and we enjoyed plenty of crab miso and meat from the shell! For the finale, we had "ikura" (salmon roe) rice, "gyuniku no shigureni" (simmered beef), pickles, white rice, and red miso soup. The ikura rice was all-you-can-eat, and I was extremely satisfied! (laughs) For dessert, they made shaved ice right in front of us with a shaved ice machine, which was enjoyable! I hope to visit during the season for Matsuba crab next time! Thank you for reading until the end! If you could give a 'like', 'follow', or 'save the restaurant', it would be encouraging for me in the future, so thank you in advance!

I visited Kitafuku in Akasaka for the first time. It is a renowned crab restaurant in Tokyo with branches in Ginza and Akasaka. Kitafuku is known for its high-quality crab dishes, and it is a popular choice for those who want to enjoy crab without traveling to places like Hokkaido. Unfortunately, due to the impact of this year's typhoons, the special "golden crab" was not available, so we had a course featuring taraba crab and kegani crab instead. The meal included dishes using crab in various ways such as raw, boiled, tempura, and crab shell sake. The highlight was the "mawashi" of the taraba crab, which is the soft part that is usually too tough to eat. It had a unique and delicious flavor. The unlimited ikura topping at the end was a nice bonus. It was a luxurious and indulgent crab feast, and I hope to come back next time for the golden crab. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I really wanted to try the kani (crab) at Akasaka Kitafuku! If you want to eat it, this is the place to go! On this day, I had the full course meal featuring live hairy crab from Hokkaido, a special 800g giant crab. The room was a private room, like a mini-van from a traditional Japanese restaurant. They prepare the crab right in front of you! And most importantly, the taste is amazing! The three appetizers were all delicious! And the crab, it was so flavorful! I enjoyed the crab shabu-shabu and boiled crab. Thank you for the feast! I'm looking forward to the winter snow crab!

Meal: This time, I chose the crab and softshell turtle course. It was my first time trying softshell turtle, and it was surprisingly mild and not as strong as I expected. The crab was prepared right in front of me while still alive. They served it rare at first, then gradually cooked it, keeping the flavors interesting. The seating was in private sunken kotatsu-style rooms, which was very calming and perfect for a gathering.

Crab feast!! It was my first time visiting, and it was a lovely space with delicious food. I heard that Yamagata was also there recently, maybe in the same room? I enjoyed imagining that. I want to go again and also visit the Ginza branch.

I suddenly felt like eating crab, so I made a reservation and requested the Matsuba crab course. Number of people: 2 Drinks: 1 beer, 2 highballs, 3 bottles of sake Food: Matsuba crab course Bill: Approximately 120,000 yen We each had a serving of Matsuba crab, from sashimi to half-cooked, grilled, and tempura. The amount was plentiful and we couldn't enjoy the porridge as much. The spring vegetables and dashi were delicious, and we could truly savor the pleasure of eating crab. The atmosphere created by the owner was very pleasant and welcoming. I thought it would be nice if we could take the porridge home. I feel like visiting this restaurant again with each changing season. It's a great place for business entertainment or just a regular meal. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I was extremely lucky to be able to visit this restaurant on a rainy day when I called on the off chance and managed to get a reservation. This place is so luxurious that each person gets a whole crab to themselves. I was amazed to see crabs of such a size being prepared live! We enjoyed the crab as sashimi, in shabu-shabu, tempura, and finally in a hot pot with crab miso and shredded meat. To finish, we had a luxurious porridge with plenty of crab broth, topped with salmon roe and sea urchin. It was such a blissful experience, I felt like I was in heaven. While this restaurant may not be affordable for frequent visits, I definitely want to come back when crab season comes around again. It was a wonderful time. Thank you for the meal! ^ ^
