I went to the restaurant 10 minutes before opening on a normal day and was able to get in easily on the first round. Those who arrived at 11:00 seemed to have a tough time getting in on the first round, and those who came around 11:10 were told they would have to wait for an hour. It's incredibly popular. The sushi pieces are large, and you can choose a half portion of rice. The tuna sashimi was delicious and left a strong impression. There are waiting seats around the tables, so it doesn't have a calm dining atmosphere, but it's a good place to enjoy quick and delicious sushi.

Triton here, causing a fuss about the limited variety of sake, but still enjoying myself. I love the flounder fin. The dried kelp-marinated flounder is just right in terms of dehydration, with a nice chewy texture. The crab platter with 3 different types of crab and parts to taste is a delight. I like to try a variety of dishes, so I appreciate having options like this. The tobiko is always delicious, and the adult natto roll with wasabi is superb. The chicken karaage is undeniably the best in the revolving sushi world. Three beers down, another satisfying meal.

A very popular sushi restaurant. It's a conveyor belt sushi place, but instead of sushi, there are tags going around. You order from panels and they bring you freshly made sushi. All the toppings are big and delicious. It's a bit more expensive than places like Kura Sushi or Hamazushi, but the high-quality fish will satisfy you. It gets really crowded, so it's best to line up 30-60 minutes before opening.

This year, sea urchin is in abundance, so the sea urchin sushi rolls have been reduced in price from 780 yen to 580 yen. However, the amount of sea urchin was disappointingly small. I'm not sure if it was just a coincidence or if they reduced the amount to match the price drop. The other sushi toppings were delicious as usual. Triton keeps raising their prices, so compared to competing restaurants like Hanamaru or Nagoyakatei, Triton has become quite expensive. Thank you for the meal.

It seems to be famous among the locals in Sapporo. I was taken there to eat. The bill was on July 11, 2023, on the day of "Ichirin Manbai" at Kaiten Sushi Triton Hiragishi Store (Sapporo, Hokkaido) in Toyohira-ku, Sapporo City, Hokkaido. It is a 7-minute walk from the Nanpeikan Station on the Namboku Line. The restaurant is known for its large sushi toppings and I highly recommend it.

I often can't come during the day due to work, so I usually end up coming late at night, and many times the sushi I want is sold out. There is hardly any sea urchin, live scallops, or live scallops. It's understandable since it involves living organisms. However, the kombu-cured red snapper and flounder were incredibly delicious, so I am satisfied. It would be even better if I could drink something other than beer. Thank you for the meal.

I went to a revolving sushi restaurant, but it was closed for renovation, so I went to Triton instead. It had been a while. They told me there was about a 1-hour wait, but I was able to get in in less than 30 minutes. They used a call system with LINE, which was convenient. The menu seemed a bit limited overall. Despite that, I really wanted to eat crab, like Hanasaki crab. It was delicious. The Tekka maki had more tuna than rice. There were not many dessert options, but I had pudding and it was delicious! I visited in June 2023.

Whenever I come here, the quality is always stable. I usually start with the squid with yuzu salt, followed by scallops, surf clams, and flounder - mainly shellfish and white fish. The sea urchin in the sea urchin wrap was of very good quality. It is slightly more expensive compared to other major chains, but it was worth it. Thank you for the meal.

I heard it was a super popular restaurant, so I went to a location a little further away and was able to sit down right away when they opened. Before I knew it, there was a long line waiting. Since I had eaten a lot for breakfast, I ordered everything with half portions of rice. The fresh salmon was amazing!

A revolving sushi restaurant located about 500m southwest of Minami Hiragishi Station. It is along the national highway with a decently sized parking lot. I went there on a Saturday around 1 PM and had to wait in line, with 16 groups ahead of me. While waiting, I let my children play in the park behind the restaurant. By scanning the QR code with Line, I received a message when my turn was approaching. I was seated in less than an hour. I ordered using a tablet at a booth seat. Instead of a conveyor belt, I received the plates directly. The sushi was delicious and reasonably priced.

Triton is a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Hokkaido. Even though I went during off-peak hours on a weekday, I still had to wait a bit. I've been to the Skytree branch a few times, but the Hokkaido branch is definitely tastier. The scallops were stacked in two layers! Everything tasted really fresh. The prices are a bit high, but still cheaper than in Tokyo. Hokkaido is great.

On my birthday, I indulged a little at this restaurant in Hiragishi, which I hadn't visited much before, so I drove there! The staff were very kind and the experience was great. I enjoyed a variety of my favorite sushi toppings including conger eel, tuna trio (lean, medium fatty, fatty), surf clam, spear squid, sweet shrimp, chawanmushi, herring roe, live snow crab, snow crab legs, flying fish roe, octopus legs, octopus head, and seafood battleship sushi. Once again, I thoroughly enjoyed my favorite toppings. Thank you for the delicious meal.

In Hokkaido, spring is a season when seafood becomes scarce, but luckily there was still delicious anglerfish liver and flounder available in winter. The anglerfish liver was thickly sliced with no unpleasant smell, and tasted great with yuzu salt on the iron plate. The iron roll was also delicious. The flounder was marinated in kelp and just made it in time before the cold season ended. It was lightly cooked, maintaining its moisture and texture perfectly. The flying fish roe tasted the same as anywhere else. The steamed crab with crab meat was packed full. Although the crab was a bit plain, it was affordable and satisfying. The eel was served with warm rice, which was nice. It was great to visit before the season of spring fish starts. Thank you for the meal.

This season is great for all kinds of fish, and there are plenty of delicacies like tachiyaki and ankimo, which makes me happy. When I make tachipon or tachi gunkan at home, the quantity is too much and I get tired of it, but after a few days, I immediately crave it again. Tachi gunkan. The balance of flavors is good when made by a professional. Ankimo gunkan. If you don't prepare the ankimo properly, it can have a lingering smell, but this one is perfectly odorless and delicious. The fatty texture is good and tasty. Tekka maki. Always a reliable tekka maki. Chicken karaage. The best in the rotating sushi, both in taste and portion. Taraba crab chawanmushi. For an additional 200 yen, you get a lot of crab in a regular chawanmushi, which is great. Chef's recommended three-piece assortment. Fatty salmon, flounder, spear squid. A well-balanced lineup. Live scallop. The two-story scallop at Hanamaru may not match in cost-effectiveness or volume, but I can't resist ordering it if it's available. Sapporo Classic x2. I ordered a few other dishes but forgot to take pictures. By the way, the last photo of the tachi gunkan is the one I made myself. Thank you for the meal.

Today, due to the sleet since last night, the roads were slushy... It reminded me of the snowy roads in Niigata, which are really difficult to drive on... As usual, I had lunch with my colleagues at work today... We drove to what was supposed to be a tonkatsu restaurant, but the most important person said, "There's also a sushi restaurant attached to the tonkatsu place..." I responded, "Since it's a weekday lunchtime, we probably won't have to wait." So we arrived... There weren't many cars in the parking lot, so it seemed empty. The important person got out quickly and went inside... and we followed suit. There was a sign at the entrance advertising cold yellowtail... and we got excited... It was quite empty. We sat down immediately, but unfortunately, the cold yellowtail was not available!? They shouldn't advertise it if they don't have it! We had to settle for something else. First, we ordered tuna, but it wasn't as good as the other chain I usually go to... The sliced tuna sushi lacked the same dynamism. The mackerel and bonito were decent, and the saury and bintoro were good. The ankimo was not as good as expected, and the salmon was okay. The flounder was good... Overall, I felt like the quality had declined compared to before. I don't think this is specific to just this location.

During the autumn to winter season, seafood is particularly delicious, making a visit to the conveyor belt sushi restaurant more exciting than usual. The annual tradition of ordering Tachi sushi boats is always a highlight, although some days they may not have Tachi Pon available. Today, both were on the menu so I ordered both. They were delicious as always, with the usual tasty squid with yuzu salt and tekka maki. I often buy good quality Tachi from a nearby supermarket and make Tachi Pon or Tachi sushi boats at home, but even with a small quantity, around 150g, I tend to get bored halfway through. I find that these rare delicacies taste even better when enjoyed in small amounts occasionally. Another satisfying meal today.

Triton-san always visits, but the menu seems to have fewer options. I'm getting a bit tired of the usual soba, rolls, gunkan-maki. It's delicious, but starting to get boring. I'll probably order the same thing next time, right? It's a shame they didn't have fresh saury or yellowtail this time. It feels like the quality has slightly declined - maybe it's just me?

Visited at 8:00 p.m. on November 8, 2022. "Triton," a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant that is always crowded whenever you go. Last year, when I came to Sapporo with my beloved son, we visited "Triton" for the first time, even though we had never been there before. We had been to a few other conveyor belt sushi restaurants, but my son praised this one as the most delicious. I thought it might be less crowded today because it's a weekday, but when I entered, there were 11 groups waiting, even at this time on a weekday! To avoid crowds, those with cars received a call bell and waited in their cars. That's why it looked empty at first glance. After waiting in the car for 30 minutes, the bell rang, and we were called in at 8:30 p.m. We sat at the counter and looked at the order touch panel, but many popular and seasonal items were already sold out because it was one hour before the last order (crying). We had dishes like fried Pacific cod from Nemuro, satisfying salmon assortment, fresh amberjack from Ehime, seared mackerel with salt, kombu-cured flounder from Hokkaido, seafood bomb battleship roll, mountain wasabi cucumber roll, mackerel belly roll, tekkamaki, mackerel and shiso roll, salmon roll, thick tamago from Hokkaido (cold), thick tamago from Hokkaido (warm), and salmon head soup. We ate a lot of rice-heavy rolls, so our stomachs were filled and we were satisfied. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Before heading to Jozankei, my dining companion requested Triton's Chutoro, which is always a must-have for them! So, on this day, we ordered as shown in the picture. The total came to 5687 yen. My dining companion chose their favorite items, while I ordered the tachipon and beer. When it comes to Triton, there's no need to search for other restaurants as we always leave feeling satisfied. I never get tired of Triton! This time, I thought about trying something new, but ended up ordering my usual favorites. The sweet potato mochi dessert was a first for me, and I definitely want to have it again. This restaurant is very popular, so it's best to go early!
