On that day, I arrived at around 12:30 on a Saturday. It was already too late... There was a line of about 30 people waiting. After waiting for 2 hours, it felt like waiting in line at Disneyland. Finally, it was time to enter. There were 8 counter seats neatly arranged in front. I caught a glimpse of table seats for about 4 people in the back. There was no noisy atmosphere, everyone quietly slurping their ramen was quite impressive. I ordered the "Porcini Shoyu Ramen for 1,800 yen" + "Rich egg over rice with truffle for 400 yen". I didn't look up the chef's background, but I think they might have a French background! The meticulous work left a strong impression. I was surprised to see tweezers being used for plating in the ramen industry now. I took a sip of the soup. The deep, rich flavor spread throughout my mouth. I added the elegantly placed porcini mushrooms on the spoon. The noble aroma added to the already delicious soup. It was surprising that the soup was made without any artificial seasonings. The toppings included chicken chashu, pork, and duck meat. The duck meat was cooked at a low temperature, resulting in a tender and juicy finish that seemed to be done using French techniques. Of course, the seasoned egg was delicious too. The truffle rice I had with it was also prepared with great attention to detail. Every grain was coated with egg and sauce, concentrating the deliciousness. If it was my first visit, I would give it a perfect score of 5. But to save some energy for trying the Yuzu Salt Ramen next time, I'll give it a 4.8 this time. Although I only stayed for about 15 minutes due to my upcoming schedule, I could feel the chef's hospitality in their farewell greeting. Oh, I still can't figure out why it's called "Nyujika" though! Thank you for the meal! Phew~.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, as I have been a fan of their ramen for a while. It is located one block away from Roppongi Midtown towards the intersection. I arrived on a rainy weekday afternoon at 3 pm and was able to enter without any wait. I purchased the special Porcini soy sauce ramen and the Kujyo negi meat miso rice. The staff was very friendly. The ramen had rectangular noodles with a nice chewy texture and a fragrant wheat aroma. The clear soy sauce broth was natural and flavorful. The meatballs were soft with bits of cartilage for added texture. The char siu was moist and soaked in the soup. The duck was tender and delicious. The seasoned egg had a deep flavor that was satisfying. Adding Porcini mushrooms to the soup with truffle oil was a tasty touch. I didn't get tired of the flavors until the end. The Kujyo negi meat miso rice had rich flavors from the green onions and meat miso, creating a nice contrast. The rice itself was also full of umami. It was truly delicious. I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the meal.

It was delicious. I went around 9:00 and there were about 6 or 7 people lined up in front of me, but I was able to enter the restaurant in about 20 minutes. It's fun to focus on tasting each type of broth. The ingredients are also plentiful, so I like to enjoy the simple white rice with toppings. It was so delicious that I want to try the salt flavor next time.

Located at the corner of a narrow alley in front of Midtown. It's Inakaya Tokyo Roppongi. With a rating of 3.91 on Tabelog and being a Michelin-starred ramen shop, my expectations were quite high for this visit. Upon arriving at the restaurant, I noticed 13 foreign customers outside. I guess they wait until the next set of customers is ready before seating them, as I waited for about 30 minutes. Luckily, I was seated at a spacious table instead of the counter. I ordered the Shoyu Ramen for 1200 yen and the Meat Rice Bowl for 400 yen. The presentation was beautiful, and the food was delicious. The chashu was tender, the soup was elegant and tasty, and the noodles were excellent. Despite the price of 1600 yen, the portion size was generous, making it very cost-effective. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Thank you for the feast.

I always see a long line at this ramen shop, but I couldn't wait due to my work schedule. I decided to give it another try later, thinking maybe at 3:00 pm it would be less crowded, but nope, still a line haha. The shop is called Irakusa, a highly acclaimed ramen shop in Roppongi Midtown that has even won a Michelin star. I waited for 30 minutes and finally got in. The staff's customer service and smiles were fantastic, even though they were all young. The interior had a counter and one private room for four people, and this time I got the private room! The recommended dish was the porcini ramen, but I went for the salt ramen with a side of meat and rice, and an extra seasoned egg topping. The ramen was served with each ingredient beautifully arranged, and the soup was elegant yet flavorful, and the noodles were delicious! The toppings were all tasty as well. The side of rice was generous in portion and very tasty too haha. The taste, portion size, and price were all great! I hesitated a bit at the price of the porcini ramen, but after trying this, I know I'll definitely go for it next time. It was a very fulfilling and satisfying experience at this restaurant. I think it's a great place to visit. I may be biased, but I really enjoyed it, so I hope this review is helpful for others haha.

On a typical day at 18:25, I arrived at the restaurant with 5 people and waited for a little over 10 minutes before being seated. I ordered the soy sauce ramen. According to the description of the ingredients used, the soup is made from a quartet of broth extracted from chicken, pork, shrimp, and clams, resulting in a very flavorful soup. I couldn't quite understand the intricacies of the toppings (pork, chicken, and green onions) served on a separate plate. The simple and clean interior of the restaurant, with a white wooden counter, lacquered trays, and chopsticks held together with paper bands, created an atmosphere reminiscent of a traditional Japanese restaurant. It was a bit intimidating to enjoy a bowl of ramen in such an elegant setting, but it made the experience unique and memorable.

Visited "Nyuka TOKYO Roppongi" in Minato-ku Roppongi. Located next to Midtown. Arrived at 10:45, 15 minutes before opening, but there was already a line. Waited for about an hour, around 3 rotations. Ordered the Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen. The soup was a blend of chicken, pork, shrimp, and shellfish, called Quartet Soup. The noodles were a blend similar to Haruyo Koi, with medium thickness. Toppings included Kyoto's Kujo Negi and Hida Bijidori chicken. Honestly, it wasn't incredibly delicious, so I might not go back if there's a long line. However, I could feel their dedication. The staff were also very friendly. Note: More than half of the customers were foreigners.

I always feel discouraged when I have to wait in a long line for a mediocre amount of time, so this time I decided to wake up early and line up before the restaurant opened. It paid off, as I secured the 6th spot in line for the first round. While waiting, they distributed menus in different languages, and the last page had job recruitment information. The young and friendly staff efficiently handled the customers. The special dish was a rich egg over rice with truffle-infused soy sauce ramen, topped with porcini mushrooms. The menu had an exclusive egg sandwich which was not available outside. The restaurant had many notices in English, but the food descriptions and instructions were only in Japanese. Each dish was carefully prepared and served with a polite "Thank you for waiting" gesture. Although the service was a bit slow, the staff's attitude was commendable. When I left, the person in the 8th position was still waiting for their ramen. The line had even grown longer by then.

I lined up at Inoshika TOKYO in Ramen Hyakumeiten Roppongi around 7 PM and waited for about an hour. About 80% of the people waiting were foreigners. Luckily, I was guided to a private room. I ordered the Porcini Shoyu Ramen Special for ¥1,800. When it comes to ramen, the cost performance is not necessarily great, but they use high-quality ingredients such as Nagoya Cochin chicken, duck breast, and Kagoshima black pork, and the soup is completely free of chemical seasonings. The spoonfuls of ingredients perfectly complement each other, and the clear soup is so delicious that you can finish it all. Thank you for the delicious meal!

I visited around 6 pm on a weekend, coming from the Midtown side exit of Roppongi Station, about a 1-minute walk away. There were about 20 people in line, so I waited for about 50 minutes. The soup made with chicken, pork, shrimp, and clams was full of umami and delicious. Melting the truffle and mushroom paste brought out a change in flavor that was very tasty. The toppings of chashu, fish cakes, and seasoned egg were also very delicious. Porcini soy sauce ramen, special meat dish, rice, and beer.

It was the best ramen. I waited in line for about 30 minutes on a weekday night to get in. I could feel the dedication put into each component - the soup, noodles, and toppings. I usually get tired of eating shoyu ramen halfway through, but thanks to the mushroom paste with a kick of black pepper, flavorful Kujo green onions, and yuzu-flavored chashu, I was satisfied until the end. The truffle egg rice bowl also had just the right amount of truffle aroma and was delicious. Highly recommended.

I finally visited this place that I've been curious about because it's close by! I arrived around 10:30 and there were already 4 people ahead of me in line. I was wondering if I should have come around 45 minutes earlier to get in on the first round... By 11 o'clock, there were 12-13 people lined up behind me! I was surprised when I entered the shop to see that all the staff were young! I couldn't believe that they were able to achieve a Michelin star at such a young age. I watched them make the ramen and they were very meticulous in their roles, making each bowl with care. The ramen itself was made by mixing 4 types of soup, resulting in a light yet satisfying flavor that was of a very high quality. Mixing in the mushroom-flavored topping on the spoon added a nice touch to the taste. The noodles were thin and firm, and you could really taste the flavor of the noodles. The chicken meatballs were good but not as special as I had imagined. However, the duck chashu was truly amazing! A must-try! Even when leaving, they thanked me for coming early in the morning, showing excellent customer service. This ramen truly lives up to its Michelin star!

After having dinner, I stopped by a ramen shop right next to Midtown on my way home. Although I wasn't very hungry, I decided to wait in line with about 12 other people outside, hoping to digest a bit while waiting. There were also a few foreign customers in line. After about 30 minutes, we were able to go inside. The menu was handed out outside, so we chose our order from there and then purchased it from a ticket machine inside. There were 8 seats at the counter and a semi-private 4-person booth. Even though there were only two of us, we were lucky enough to be seated in the semi-private booth. I ordered the Yuzu Salt Ramen since I wasn't very hungry and thought something light would be good. The ramen arrived in about 5-6 minutes, with clear soup and shiny noodles. It looked beautiful. The rich and flavorful soup was delicious. There were separate plates with thinly sliced rare pork, chicken breast meat, Kyo-negi (Japanese green onion), and yuzu as toppings. The thinly sliced pork was easy to eat, and dipping it in the soup made it even more delicious. Adding the yuzu and green onion toppings halfway through enhanced the aroma and added a nice touch to the flavor. The straight noodles with a good chew paired well with the soup, making it a perfect way to end the meal.

I visited this restaurant during my trip to Tokyo because it looked very delicious when I researched it. In conclusion, it was incredibly delicious! However, there was a long line during lunch peak time (around 1 pm), so I had to wait quite a bit. I ordered the Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen Special (¥1,800) and the Rich Egg Rice with Truffles (¥400) this time. Both dishes were full of truffle flavor, creating a sense of luxury with a subtle and elegant truffle aroma as a nice accent. The toppings such as seasoned egg, tsukune (chicken meatball), duck breast, and pork chashu were all delicious, and despite the high prices, the quality was worth it. I would love to visit this restaurant again when I go to Tokyo.

The Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen Special for 1800 yen was worth it! The soup had a clear soy sauce flavor with the umami of the ingredients. The highlight was the noodles - chewy and flat, with a great texture. The toppings were all high-quality, especially the duck which had a rich and flavorful fat that exceeded expectations!

The next day, I happened to have a paid holiday so I drank until noon and then lined up. We waited for about 30 minutes before getting seated at a table with 4 people. They offered pork, chicken, shellfish, and shrimp soup. I chose the Porcini soy sauce ramen from the top left of the menu. I also ordered a rich truffle-topped egg over rice. It was worth the wait! I really enjoyed the soy sauce ramen. I definitely want to go back again!

The ramen was richer in flavor than it looked, costing 2,200 yen with an egg over rice. I waited in line for about 30 minutes at the popular ramen shop. The tsukune and negi had distinct and delicious flavors. Considering the price, I might not be able to go frequently.

- [Shop Name] Iruka TOKYO Roppongi Store
- [Nearest Station] 3 minutes walk from Roppongi Station
- [Budget] 1800 yen
Located near Roppongi Station. The way to line up is clearly stated on the wall. Color cone A (in front of the store) Color cone B (across the street). Before 12:00 on weekdays, there was quite a line. The wait time can be 30 minutes to as long as 80 minutes. Many foreigners also visit! The customer service is very polite. If it starts raining, they will provide you with an umbrella. The special Porcini soy sauce ramen costs 1800 yen. It is in the upper price range. I probably won't visit again, so I ordered the special Porcini soy sauce ramen.
- [Ordered Menu]
- Special Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen 1800 yen
Ramen industry's first quartet soup
- Chicken soup: Nagoya Cochin, Black Satsuma chicken, Hichinai chicken, Yamasu chicken
- Pork soup: Kagoshima black pork
- Shrimp soup: Ise shrimp, white wine
- Shellfish soup: Oysters from Lake Shinji, Mussels from Miyajima
Four types of soup are cooked separately and blended into one. This is the quartet soup!! Completely free of chemical seasonings!!! The water used is π water. The hot water for boiling noodles is filtered through a special activated carbon cleaner (Super Carbon Filter), which is closer to pure water than π water. The ramen served has a subtle aroma. The black Duxelle paste is provided on a small spoon. Truffles and several types of mushrooms are mixed in the second half. It is an item for changing the taste. Toppings include Kujo green onions, Hichinai chicken simmered egg, chicken dumplings, shrimp dumplings, pork, chicken, and duck chashu, all carefully cooked at low temperatures. They are all elegant. The noodles are thin noodles with low water content. They are slightly firm and have a gentle texture. They are chewy. The rice dishes are also famous. Everyone else ordered them except for me. I can get full with just one bowl of ramen, so I didn't order it. The rice dish costs 400 yen, and it is recommended as it is generously topped with ingredients. The ramen was perfect and ultimate. Thank you for the meal!

I had some errands in Roppongi and happened to pass by this restaurant that I had been curious about for a while. Despite the cool weather, the line was short, with about 16 people in front of me, mostly from Chinese-speaking countries. I waited for about 45 minutes before getting a seat. I ordered the special Porcini Soy Sauce Ramen (1800 yen). It seems like they have raised their prices quite a bit, but oh well. The soup had a rich umami flavor with a hint of sweetness and a nice kick. The straight noodles had a good chew to them, and the crispy leeks, bouncy egg, and flavorful chashu pork all added their own unique tastes, but somehow everything came together perfectly. Even when mixed with the strong porcini sauce, the individual ingredients still shined through. It reminded me of Tsuta. Personally, I'm not a fan of undercooked meat, but other than that, everything was perfectly balanced. The Yuzu Salt Ramen that my companion ordered had such a strong yuzu fragrance that it felt like biting into a yuzu fruit. I'll have to try something with yuzu next time. The rice dishes also looked delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Tonight, I went to Roppongi to find a place with delicious food nearby. It was lucky to come across this ramen shop with a long line. Please look at the situation of the line. When I went outside the shop, there were more than 10 people waiting, and I was able to enter in about 30 minutes. The shop is not very spacious, with only about 8 seats, so once you purchase your meal ticket, you wait at your designated seat for your food. The chef serves freshly made ramen right in front of you, and just the appearance alone was very appealing. It is a clear broth with duck meat, shrimp, pork, and noodles. It has a refreshing taste that is completely different from regular tonkotsu ramen.
