I received a surprise gift✨ It's even more exciting to receive items from a shop that I wouldn't normally visit. I would only buy about 4 to 6 items for myself, but receiving so many items makes me really happy! The canelés have a short expiration date, so I savored them slowly on the day I received them. Every flavor is delicious, but the plain one has a simple and delicious taste that I love! Thank you for the feast♩

The perfect size for two bites, these canelés offer a variety of flavors to enjoy. The seasonal limited edition flavors always make me excited whenever I visit. Despite being small, they have a rich taste and the dough is soft and chewy.

I bought an 8-piece set of small and cute canelés for a reasonable price of 1,320 yen. There were 8 different flavors: plain, matcha red bean, hojicha, black sugar walnut, black bean kinako, apricot, yuzu, and corn yuzu (a summer limited flavor). I also got a special matcha flavor instead of the regular matcha red bean. The canelé crust was crispy while the inside was chewy. Despite their small size, they were quite satisfying to eat!

I visited Canule-do, which was participating in the underground event at Hankyu Department Store. I purchased the spring set of 8 flavors and enjoyed them at home. I had tried their canelés before when they were at Hanshin Department Store, and they were so delicious that I wanted to have them again. The regular 6 flavors plus the 2 limited-time flavors were all really tasty. I have tried canelés from multiple shops, but personally, this one is my favorite! The outside is crispy, while the inside is soft and chewy, and all the flavors really bring out the quality of the ingredients. They have stores in Sakuragawa, Nagahoribashi, and Tanimachi Yonchome, so I will definitely go back if I happen to be nearby.

Canele, the famous store in Kanto, usually has a denser texture, but these ones are cute and bite-sized with a variety of flavors. They are crispy and light, perfect to enjoy with coffee. They only last for 3 days, but I would love to buy them as souvenirs.

It was a small canelé! When I go to unfamiliar places, I search for canelé shops, and when I searched in Namba, this shop came up. It's a small, cute shop with charming staff. After some hesitation, I chose vanilla, matcha red bean, coffee, and berry flavors. When I tasted it, the canelé was crispy but not too hard, with a soft inside. It's easy to eat because it's not too dense. The coffee had a strong aroma as soon as I tasted it, and the nutty flavor of the beans was delicious. Even though they were small, they made me happy! Thank you for the meal!

I came to Sakura Chaya to buy canelés - I love their canelés because the texture of the crust is crispy and crunchy! What I noticed this time is that everything is very cheap, with all items priced at 200 yen or less, which is rare in the world of canelés! I got carried away and ended up buying 8 of them (lol). One thing worth mentioning is the rum raisin canelé! This one is incredibly delicious, so everyone should try it out.

I went to buy canelés as souvenirs. Despite the rain, there were already about 10 people waiting, but surprisingly, it was my turn in about 5 minutes. The cute canelés were well received by the person I gave them to.

Sakuragawa's Canule Do Japon Sakura River Store is a specialty shop for canelés, which are also found in French entremets and pâtisseries. This was my first time visiting as I usually just receive them as gifts. The shop is small and focused on take-out. There are 8 different flavors to choose from, so you can enjoy a variety of options. The canelé, officially known as Canelé Do Bordeaux, is said to have originated from Bordeaux, where it was first made using the leftover egg yolks from wine production (as only egg whites were used in wine clarification).

Visited on Friday around 6 pm. The shop is quite small, probably only fits one customer at a time. By this time, three types of pastries were already sold out. It was my first time trying canelés, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The size seems small, so I'll have to try a regular-sized one from another place to compare.

My favorite canelé I've ever eaten ♡♡♡ I waited outside because the store has a one-person entry policy. There were 3 people ahead of me when they opened, but the wait wasn't long. The canelé was filled with delicious filling all the way through, and the crispy exterior was irresistible! It had a Japanese twist, making it easy to eat and I couldn't stop munching on them!

I suddenly felt like eating canelés because they have been trending lately. The place might be a bit hard to find, but it's about a 10-minute walk from OCAT in Namba. The shop is really small but very cute. The staff are also very friendly. I went around 4 pm on a weekday and there was only one other customer, so they still had all flavors of canelés available! The outside is crispy while the inside is soft. They also have seasonal canelés, like the November special with black tea and white chocolate. The price is 180 yen for the seasonal ones and 130 yen for the plain ones. Canelés are small but they tend to be a bit pricey at most places. This might be my favorite place for canelés!

I had tried to visit the store several times, but it was always closed, so I finally managed to visit. My friend and husband both love canelés, so they went to buy some together. They ended up buying all the different flavors, so I couldn't tell which was which. I tried a simple canelé myself. Hmm, it was just okay. This is just my personal opinion, so take it as a reference. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Sakuragawa, a renovated old house has been transformed into a small, cute takeout-only shop specializing in canelés called "CANELÉduJAPON". Look for the curtain with a picture of a canelé and a small sign that says "CANELÉduJAPON". The shop is known for its popular canelés in various flavors, perfect for enjoying at home. The shop is tiny and can only fit about two people, so it's common to see a line outside. I purchased six different canelés, including classic flavors. I can't wait to enjoy them at home! The canelés are traditional pastries from the Bordeaux region in France, with a crunchy exterior and a soft, moist inside. Each flavor offers a unique taste experience, making them a great gift or treat. Delicious!

I was walking to have curry at Magic Spice and found this shop. It was my first time trying canelé. I had heard the name before but never tried it. Based on its appearance, I thought it would be hard around the edges, but it was actually fluffy and delicious. Since it is bite-sized, it is easy to eat and it also looks good, making it perfect as a souvenir. Thank you for the meal.

I received a cute canelé with white bean paste and matcha. It was the softest canelé I've ever had. I've only had crunchy and hard canelés before, so I was a bit surprised when I took a bite! The outside and inside were soft and moist, and very delicious. The size was also small, making it easy to eat and I really liked it. Thank you for the meal!

I visited a specialty store for canelés, a type of French pastry, called "Canelé-dō Canelé du Japon" in Sakuragawa, Osaka. They offer "Japanese canelés" that combine Japanese flavors and seasonal ingredients. Their menu includes:
- Shiro (120 yen): A standard canelé with rum and vanilla flavors.
- Anzu (150 yen): An apricot topping wrapped in white bean paste.
- Black bean kinako (150 yen): Large black beans wrapped in kinako-flavored dough.
- Houjicha (140 yen): Dough with houjicha tea flavor topped with organic tea leaves.
- Matcha anko (140 yen): Matcha-flavored dough filled with sweet red bean paste.
- Kokuto kurumi (140 yen): Enjoy the sweetness of black sugar and the flavor and texture of walnuts.
- Coconut (170 yen)
- Passion fruit (180 yen): Limited edition canelés for July with a summer vibe.
The canelés should be consumed by the day after purchase. They make great gifts due to their nostalgic appeal. The charming atmosphere of the store adds to the overall experience.

Canale is a trend right now. I happened to have some errands at JR Namba Station, so I decided to take a little walk and found some quite a distance away haha. It was a well-known shop, so I went in and it turned out to be a small shop ⭐️❗️ They sell face-to-face in a very small space. There wasn't much of a line, but just as I arrived, a group of high school girls came... haha Each of them bought a small amount one by one, so I waited patiently. After them, there was one more person waiting behind me. The canales here are usually priced at around 400 yen each, but these are small! So the price is limited to around 150 yen! Affordable~ ❤️ They advised not to freeze them, but I got greedy and ended up buying a pack of 12. The seasonal flavors were baked corn and plum, with plain, matcha red bean, black sugar walnut, hojicha, apricot, and black soybean kinako as the regular flavors. There's nothing particularly different about these canales, but because they are small, they are firm yet the taste of each ingredient shines through ⭐️ I liked the apricot and plum, they were sweet and sour. The baked corn was surprisingly good, and the matcha with red bean did a great job, while the black soybean had a strong presence and was delicious. If only it was closer to the station, it would be easier to buy~ (´∀`) I thoroughly enjoyed the canales! Thank you for the meal♪
