This place has been closed since September 1, 2022, but is currently operating as a sublease at Standin bar en nearby! Located in Sakai-ku, Sakai-shi, Osaka Prefecture, 1-2-2 Higashi, 8080-9755-0477【Hankai Line, between Hanadaguchi and Ojokoji, right near Sugawara Shrine】Check the owner's Instagram @kanameoga for more information. I was invited by a friend to have breakfast together, and we headed towards Teraji Station on the Hankai Line, swaying on the rattling train... How peaceful~ I thought I should check the latest reviews, and when I did, I found information suggesting that the place might have moved. I quickly checked on Instagram and called the listed phone number, only to find out that the store has been closed since 9/1 and is currently operating as a sublease at a new location. It was a relief to have checked! I got off at Ojokoji Station, two stops before Teraji Station as planned, and walked about 3-4 minutes to the new location (^^) It's a bar located in the so-called back-alley drinking district, operating as a sublease. It was around 10:00 on a Sunday, and there were 2 groups waiting in line. Unfortunately, we had to wait for about 30 minutes. According to my friend, the previous location was larger with a wider variety of side dishes and hardly any waiting time, but due to the limited space at the new location, it couldn't be helped ^^; Rice is refillable for free, and prices are as follows: One cup of rice for 150 yen, miso soup for 100 yen, sashimi for 500 yen, grilled or boiled fish for 400 yen, small side dishes for 100-200 yen, rolled omelette for 150 yen, fried food for 300 yen, and each item in the oden for 100 yen. You can go all out or enjoy rice with just one dish! I wanted to enjoy the rice, so I chose a light meal of tofu, rolled omelette, raw egg, grilled mackerel with salt, clam soup, and rice (´∀`*) My husband and friend enjoyed oden and sashimi, among other dishes♪ The freshly cooked rice had each grain standing out, so delicious~☆ Yes, I recommend the style of enjoying rice with one dish! The sashimi was of surprisingly high quality considering the price of 500 yen♪ How you eat it is up to your preference o(^_^)o Thank you for the meal!
