This is a tempura restaurant located in the center of Sapporo. I had the course prepared by the second chef on this day. They pay attention to the way they cut the ingredients, so you can experience a new texture of familiar foods. The shrimp tempura appetizer had a gentle and delicious taste that warms you up on a cold day. When I put the sandfish in the tempura soup, it made a sizzling sound and lifted my mood! I topped the sandfish with grated radish on the curved part and enjoyed its refreshing taste. I was surprised by the lotus root. Since it was cut vertically, the fibers were still there, making it fluffy and stretchy like natto! The long green pepper was grown by a contracted farmer. It's a food I usually don't like, but this one was sweet and delicious. For the finale, you can choose from tempura rice bowl, tempura bowl, or tempura tea. They are all made with the same tempura, but the way you eat them is different. I chose the tempura bowl. I broke the tempura into pieces and ate it with seaweed and sesame salt. It was very refreshing and easy to eat! I usually get stomachache from fried foods, but I enjoyed this one until the end. The staff at the restaurant are very friendly, so even though it's a high-class counter-style place, you can feel comfortable. I recommend using it with close friends!
