To the bustling restaurant Ichifujisan, where you can smoke at your table! We started with a seaweed appetizer and a green highball for a toast. I was personally delighted to see meat sashimi like deer yukhoe and chicken tataki on the menu. They offer drink-all-you-can coupons, course discounts, and even half-price oyster coupons, so it's a good idea to make a reservation before going! They also have coupons for affordable second-party courses, making it a great option for student gatherings. Thank you for the meal!

During my visit in February 2021, the boiler in the building broke down during the coldest time of the year, making the restaurant colder than usual. The tsukune soup with meatballs was delicious, but I was unsure about the broth. The soy sauce-marinated nagaimo was too salty for my taste, but the cucumber pickles were tasty. The hormone karaage was also quite salty, but the main dish of motsu nabe was not salty and very delicious. The seating consisted of many sunken kotatsu tables and raised tatami seating areas, but I personally did not like the Totoro-themed decor.

The alcohol was delicious! The food was neither delicious nor bad, just average.

There were various menu options available! From cheese dishes to sashimi, but the thick and fresh oysters from Akkeshi were particularly noteworthy! Definitely worth a try!

The half-room was okay. It's available and the price is around 4000 yen per person.

The seasoning is quite salty, more suited for young people who like to drink a lot and smoke. It was a bit too strong for me as an older person.

It's seafood, but...

After enjoying a big meal of yakiniku, the young people wanted to have one more drink, so we headed to Gotagae Sann in Kotoni. Everyone was quite full, but we decided to have a little drink. These are the times when people usually have something on their minds and want to talk about it. It was already past 10 PM, but surprisingly, the place was crowded! It was a real hustle and bustle (laughs). We were shown to our seats and ordered white wine and shochu highball. We only ordered a few snacks... vegetables with raclette cheese, grilled local chicken, and assorted pickles. Since this place is known for its cheese, the raclette cheese was quite good. We chatted about various things and when our mouths felt empty, we ordered dessert. I had a vanilla chocolate parfait, one of the young people had a matcha white bean and red bean parfait, and the other one said he didn't need one anymore (laughs). Well, that's how it is at an izakaya away from the center. Thank you for the meal!

There is a sign on the second floor of a building at the intersection of Sakae Street that says "Sea Urchin Sashimi for 300 yen" at this restaurant. After checking carefully, it turns out they only serve the first 8 customers... It's Friday, it's already 6:30 pm, so I thought it would be impossible to get in. I was looking for another place to eat, but everywhere was full. I decided to give it a try and called the restaurant, and surprisingly, they had availability. When I entered the restaurant, it was surprisingly empty. I asked about the sea urchin sashimi, and to my surprise, they had it available. I thought I had missed out, but it turns out there was still some left. The sea urchin sashimi was served in a generous portion, and it was reasonably priced at 300 yen. The quality was good, with a nice sweetness to it, making it a satisfying dish to enjoy with drinks. The restaurant also offered a drink all-you-can for 1500 yen (excluding tax) with a decent selection. The appetizer, roasted duck meat with an Italian dressing-like flavor, was tasty. However, the plate had some dressing residue, making it a bit messy. Overall, the food menu was decent, with some delicious options like fresh oysters at a fair price. The service was excellent, with attentive staff checking on the customers regularly. By the time it got busier around 8 pm, the restaurant was almost full. The drink service was prompt, and the overall experience was enjoyable. The only downside was the slightly higher price for the drink all-you-can, which resulted in a bill of over 3000 yen per person due to ordering food as well. Despite this, the quality of service and food made it a worthwhile visit, and I would like to return when they have sea urchin sashimi available again.

Welcome. ---------- April 2016 ----------Located near the Kotoen subway station bus stop, you'll see a cow udder logo as soon as you go up the stairs to the 2nd floor from the entrance next to Kenta beside Kentucky Fried Chicken. The staff, dressed in black with black towels, are young but very polite and provide good service. Although you can't see everything from the counter, you can catch a glimpse of the chefs at work. The atmosphere is lively with many young people enjoying themselves in the sunken kotatsu seating area. I decided to start with a plum highball and ordered the smoked duck, which was thickly sliced and delicious. The sashimi today was thickly sliced herring, which melted in my mouth with its fatty texture. The recommended dish of Dashi Maki was also excellent. The fluffy and juicy texture, combined with the flavorful sauce, made it a delightful dish. The yakisoba, served on a long plate, had thick and chewy noodles with a generous amount of toppings. Overall, it was a great dining experience in a hidden gem of a restaurant. Thank you for the delicious meal.
