They offer a unique hand-rolled dish with carefully selected lean meat and shrimp☆ The caviar and smoked wagyu tartare is a one-bite entertainment (laughs). The seasonal selection of six types of vegetables is very healthy(^◇^). The ultimate black tongue is served in a thick-cut style(^^♪ with a crispy texture that's great!! The premium harami oozes with juicy flavor in your mouth. The Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich is a delight with summer truffle(^u^) The wagyu fillet sukiyaki is incredibly tender and rich, perfect when mixed with the rich egg yolk. This is one of my favorite restaurants with a hidden gem-like ambiance in Nishi-Azabu! While I usually go to the regular Ushigoro, the atmosphere, private room decor, service, and hospitality at Es are top-notch and wonderful!

I finally got to go to the restaurant I wanted to visit the most in Tokyo! They celebrated my birthday, and the staff was very attentive with perfect timing and great conversation. My favorite was the truffle katsu sandwich because I love truffles. I definitely want to go back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

All seats are private rooms, and they specialize in the highest quality brand "Ushigoro" with attention to every detail! I love Ushigoro, but I really wanted to try the top quality ☺️ There were many foreign customers. When I asked the staff, they mentioned that there has been a significant increase in inbound customers! Each table is assigned a dedicated server! The hospitality was exceptional in every way!! USHIGORO S.NISHIAZABU offers a luxurious yakiniku experience with full service in private rooms, each with a dedicated grill master. I visited for an important meeting and had the K course. The meal included truffle and softshell turtle beef consommé, selected lean meat and cherry shrimp hand rolls, caviar and smoked wagyu tartare, thinly sliced premium cuts with squid and sea urchin, seasonal vegetables, ultimate black tongue (Saga beef), premium harami, salad, Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich with truffle, premium lean meat shabu-shabu, Zabuton sukiyaki with truffle, fresh cheese ice cream with blueberry sauce, and warm tea for dessert. The drink selection was impressive, even for a non-alcoholic option. The meal was delightful, and I look forward to trying their summer menu next month, featuring eel in the rice dish. I had a great time and would love to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I went to USHIGORO S Nishi-Azabu today! It's been a while since I visited Ushigoro S, but it was delicious as always!! The atmosphere, interior, and service of the restaurant are fantastic! Highly recommended for dates. The K course includes truffle and softshell turtle beef consommé, selected lean meat and cherry shrimp hand rolls, caviar and smoked wagyu tartare, selected cuts and thinly sliced firefly squid with sea urchin, seasonal vegetables, ultimate black tongue, selected harami salad, Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich, selected lean meat shabu-shabu, truffle, palate cleanser, rice cooked in a clay pot with bamboo shoots and selected cuts, rare cheese ice cream with blueberry.

It's always a great restaurant to visit on weekday nights! We were a party of two and had the K course. The food was delicious from start to finish. The ingredients change with the seasons, and this time we enjoyed dishes with white shrimp and squid, all of which were delicious. I always look forward to the fillet cutlet sandwich, and it was amazing this time as well. They also recommended a wine, and the staff provided detailed explanations, making the experience enjoyable. Although we had a lot of leftover rice in the clay pot at the end, they were flexible and allowed us to take it home. There are many high-end yakiniku restaurants in Tokyo, but choosing Ushigoro S gives a sense of security. I will continue to visit regularly.

First time visiting. All private rooms. Busy with customers from overseas. Focus is on presentation. The taste was delicious, but personally I would be happier if it had a bit more punch. In any case, the quality is high. Having Royal Blue Tea as a non-alcoholic option is a plus.

From the truffle and softshell turtle soup to the carefully selected cuts and thinly sliced firefly squid, it was more unusual than delicious! The yellowtail cutlet sandwich had a strong truffle flavor and was delicious. I'm not usually a fan of beef skirt steak, but the exquisite cooking and combination with mountain vegetables were very tasty! I went to the restaurant "O-Niku Ojisan" with 6 people after a long time. We could only make a reservation for 5:30 PM, so we started early. It went by quickly from the beef soup to the finishing cold noodles and ice cream. Each dish is small, so you can enjoy various flavors. For the final rice dish, you can choose between clam broth ramen, curry, and cold noodles for an additional fee, and you can choose 2 or 3 items.

As usual, when it comes to courses at this price point, I think it doesn't really matter if it's extremely bad or extremely delicious unless it's exceptional. Well, it was over 30,000 yen, so it was delicious. From tongue to sirloin, harami, and so on. Extremely delicious. The cooking was skillful, with perfect combinations of meat and crab, meat and truffle, katsu sandwich. The service was impeccable. The person grilling the meat was very kind and flexible in English service. This is probably a matter of perspective... After all, I couldn't eat much... I could still have ramen on the way home. I understand that the ingredients are very expensive. Having one griller per group is costly. I understand the concept of serving the best ingredients in the best condition. The ambiance was also wonderful. But... I couldn't eat much. Definitely, one person could eat two portions. Even so, it's not the kind of place where you eat aggressively. If you adjust for appetite, it will definitely exceed 50,000 yen. When you think about it that way, you start thinking, "If I'm spending this much, I might as well go a bit further." It's tough. In this genre of yakiniku or meat cuisine, there are many options, but it's hard to find one that stands out. So, at this price point, I think this is the standard for taste and quantity. Well... despite everything, it was a delicious and wonderful restaurant.

I was looking forward to it because it looked beautiful, but the price of the course menu is not cheap at all, so I think it would be nice to have more innovative flavors. I mistakenly went to a yakiniku restaurant instead of the upscale brand S of the Ushigoro Group. I realized my mistake while heading downstairs. I ordered the K course and a bottle of Burgundy wine for 12,000 yen. The sushi was all delicious! The wagyu cutlet sandwich was amazing! Next was the dashi shabu-shabu! A dedicated chef is provided for each dish for a completely full-service experience.
