Moreover, at the highest rank of USHIGORO S., we had the top-tier K course. We could enjoy a superb meal in the best atmosphere, with excellent service. USHIGORO S. is the oldest establishment in Nishi-Azabu. All rooms are private, with only 5 rooms, and full attention is given to each room by the staff, cooking the meat in the best condition right in front of you. The atmosphere is great, the service is excellent, and most importantly, the meat is incredibly delicious. I was amazed by how delicious the meat became when cooked by the person grilling it! Since we visited during the New Year, we received champagne for a toast and a masu cup with the store's logo as a gift. How delightful! ---------------------------------------- - Carefully selected lean meat and hairy crab hand rolls: The sweetness of the lean meat and crab is amazing! The texture and flavor of the seaweed are excellent accents that make this dish very exciting from the start. - Seasonal vegetables (6 types): The colors are beautiful, and the natural sweetness and umami of the vegetables are delicious. Especially, the one with persimmon topped with Echire butter, honey, and walnuts (bottom right) was delicious. - Caviar and Wagyu smoked tartare: The sweetness of the meat is very - Ultimate black tongue: The carefully cooked meat has a crispy texture on the surface and is juicy and tender inside. The meat fat is sweet and pairs very well with the acidity of the lemon. - Select harami salad: The surface is well-seared, resulting in a juicy and tender meat with rich flavor locked in. The meat itself is sweet, so it goes well with lemon too. - Chateaubriand cutlet sandwich: A famous dish. It was the most delicious dish I have ever eaten. The carefully fried cutlet is turned into a sandwich right in front of you. It is topped with truffle butter and thinly shaved white truffle on a sauce made with wine, miso, and fond de veau. It looks beautiful and tastes delicious. - Select cut grilled shabu-shabu: The meat was quickly seared and served with a special sauce. The sauce is very refreshing, making it very light. The meat is tender and juicy as it is only lightly seared. - White truffle and zabuton sukiyaki: There's no way the rich egg, sauce, and zabuton don't go well together. The meat is incredibly tender, and delicious meat juices come out with every bite. I wanted seconds! - Black truffle and select cut rice in a pot: A luxurious ending dish. Mix the cooked rice and lean meat well, let it steam for a while, and it's perfect. Finally, have plenty of black truffle shaved on top, it smells incredibly good and tastes delicious. They said we could take the leftovers home, but it was so delicious that we ended up eating it all. I wonder if there are people who can resist taking it home? haha.
