Thank you for viewing Instagram pateknautilus40. I revisited "SATOBRIDA," a Tabelog Award 2022 Bronze winner and also one of the top 100 restaurants. The location is extremely close, just a 30-second walk from Asagaya Station, right below the station. The service is excellent, with owner Sato-san and staff being very kind and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, featuring various high-quality beef dishes. The beef tongue tasting, special sauces, salts, condiments, and more provided a delightful dining experience. The fillet sukiyaki was generously filled with matsutake mushrooms, and I also enjoyed the signature dishes, Uni-topped buri rice and exquisite buri cutlet. A highlight was the matsutake mushroom ramen made with beef fillet broth, using noodles from "Asakusa Kaikaro." It was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the wonderful meal. The dishes I had on this day included kimchi, kakuteki, salted simmered beef cheek and daikon, Iwate beef five-star fillet roast beef with broccoli, Kagoshima beef tongue thick and regular cuts, Satsuma beef Gokumatsu with special spices and lemon mustard, Tamura beef tenderloin, salted cucumber tataki, Tamura beef shinsin with wasabi soy sauce, Miyazaki beef fillet suki, Miyazaki beef selected fillet (Chateaubriand) with Bhutanese matsutake and egg, rib roast, Miyazaki beef selected fillet suki with matsutake (Chateaubriand suki), Tamura beef buri cutlet sandwich, Tamura beef Chateaubriand buri rice, with added Uni from Hamanaka (Kiritappu Fisheries), chilled tomato slices, Kobe beef rib roast with Awaji seaweed salt, beef fillet broth matsutake ramen with noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro, pear sorbet and pear compote.

I visited the restaurant "Satoburi DA" in Asagaya, which is a well-known yakiniku spot in Tokyo. The exterior features a wooden sign that says "Niku-beya" (meat room), and the interior has only one table in a private room by reservation only. This place is part of the Satoburian chain, known for its high-quality meats. The menu includes kimchi, harami (skirt steak), daikon stew, roast beef, gyutan (beef tongue), kainomi (short rib), shinsin (tenderloin), rib roast, brikatsu sandwich, and the signature buri rice with chateaubriand. The flavors are outstanding, and the experience is truly remarkable. It's definitely a great restaurant worth visiting.

Delicious but too much in quantity. It's definitely tasty but as someone who isn't good at eating a lot of meat, it was quite heavy for me. However, for meat lovers, it must be irresistible. Surprisingly, the cucumbers were a utopia. Maybe it was good that there was no sea urchin at the end... The amount in the photo is for three people, so maybe I just have a small appetite. I might try going again.

I was invited to Satoburi for the first time. All the meats were delicious. Kimchi, Kakuteki Hile Mimi, Daikon simmered in salt, Iwate beef five-star filet roast beef, Broccoli Kagoshima beef tongue, thick and thin slices of Tamura beef sirloin with salt sauce, cucumber Tamura beef shinsin wasabi soy sauce, Miyazaki beef filet suki, Miyazaki beef special filet (Chateaubriand), Bhutanese matsutake mushrooms, Tamura beef katsu sandwich, Tamura beef Chateaubriand fried rice * Hokkaido (Kiritappu fisheries) sea urchin added chilled tomato slices, Kobe beef rib roast, Awaji seaweed salt beef fillet dashi matsutake ramen, Asakusa Kaika-rou pear sorbet and pear compote.

In one course, we had Iwate Beef, Miyazaki Beef, Saga Beef, and Tamura Beef Chateaubriand - a gathering of branded beef. And to top it off, we got to taste all the Chateaubriand cuts from each beef. Such a luxurious tasting experience can only be had at this restaurant. Beyond the valuable experience, every type of meat was incredibly delicious and left us fully satisfied. The Chateaubriand, known for its fine texture and high fat content, surprisingly did not cause any indigestion. If possible, we would definitely love to revisit this restaurant. At this restaurant with only 6 seats side by side, there is a limit of one group per day! It was a luxurious time with owner Mr. Sato attending to us and grilling. The seating arrangement is quite innovative, but with the side-by-side setup, you can really focus on the meat right in front of you, which may be a good thing. The quality of the meat used was truly outstanding! Comparing four types of Chateaubriand made from Iwate beef, Miyazaki beef, Saga beef, and Tamura beef was another luxurious treat. Matsutake mushrooms were also used abundantly on this day, and it was amazing. From appetizers to fillet and daikon stew, Chateaubriand roast beef, it was truly a fillet feast. Not just fillet, but also the tongue, divine tongue was used, and all the meats were delicious! Even the minced meat in the Bolognese at the end was made with fillet meat, showing the thoroughness of it all! I also went to the exclusive meat room restaurant, Satoburi DA for regular customers! I had been to the main store and the third store before, but this was my first time at this restaurant. It was so exciting to join the regular customers' gathering. Satoburi in Asagaya has become so famous that Satoburi DA being located almost directly connected to the station made me wonder if it's good for a limited regular customer restaurant to be so visible. The restaurant underwent a renovation in 2021 and was reborn with a row of sofas. Although it was a bit difficult to talk to others when sitting at the end, Satoburi DA is not about talking but about everyone enjoying the performance of Mr. Sato grilling meat right in front of them, which is the most important thing. The regular customer course included various dishes such as stewed beef ear, premium skirt steak, premium tongue, Kagoshima tongue, Miyazaki beef Chateaubriand roast beef, beef sirloin sukiyaki, Miyazaki beef Chateaubriand rice, Miyazaki beef Chateaubriand katsu sandwich, beef mince sandwich, cold noodles, and mango. The power of the regular customer menu was truly amazing! From the traditional menu to even more enhanced dishes, it was the best Satoburi course I had ever experienced. The stewed beef ear melted perfectly, showcasing the appeal of Satoburi DA. And the thick beef tongue was so juicy that once you've tried it here, you won't be able to order it at a regular restaurant. They even used Chateaubriand in the salad! The double beef sirloin sukiyaki, katsu sandwich, and corn beef rice were a meat lover's dream come true. Even when my stomach was full, I couldn't stop eating because it was so delicious. I even had seconds of the corn beef rice. Witnessing Mr. Sato and a famous wagyu reviewer grilling Chateaubriand together was a premium experience. I would be shaking if I had to grill the meat myself! Despite feeling quite full at this point, the luxurious course continued with a new menu item - a mince cutlet sandwich on a choux bun. It's so extravagant! Every time I eat here, I think about wanting to have yakiniku at this place at least once a year. At the same time, I'm worried that regular customers who come here about once a month might not be satisfied with other yakiniku restaurants anymore!

The title might anger the pun king of Tabelog, Supremacy-san, but haha. In April, Satoburi DA was renovated and reborn as a meat room. Previously, the second floor of Nigou was the meat room, a sacred place for yakiniku. The seating now consists of sofas lined up in a row, allowing for a theater-style experience to enjoy President Sato's performance up close. This is refreshing and nice! I still remember the shock of being invited to the meat room for the first time by Quattro-san, who has since retired, back when I was just starting out on Tabelog. Since then, I have been regularly invited by friendly fellow reviewers to Satoburi. The meat room event celebrating President Sato's 10th anniversary in June was truly impressive. Leaving aside personal emotions, the course composition was amazing. This day brought together renowned meat reviewers like Wagyu Journal-san, Riehime-san, Tamabob7-san, and Gori_log-san, surpassing even famous Tabelog personalities with thousands of Instagram followers. The conclusion: the best ever. Starting with a salad followed by Chateaubriand - a luxurious touch using tender Chateaubriand in a salad. Two types of tongue, harami, and then a flurry of meat dishes! From double fillet sukiyaki to Brikatsu sandwich, and then to Cornburi rice - the three divine tools of Satoburi. Perfect! Just when you think it couldn't get any better, they introduced a new Menchi Katsu sandwich sandwiched in a Shukurukuru bread! I thought I wouldn't be able to walk out due to being so full haha. Truly, this place is a one-of-a-kind yakiniku restaurant. The bill was unbelievably satisfying again haha. Congratulations on the 10th anniversary!

SATO BRI Group, which has a unique and overwhelming presence along the Chuo Line. This yakiniku restaurant is loved by many for its punchy courses centered around Kyushu wagyu fillet and excellent cost performance. The restaurant has the main branch, Nigou, Sangou, and Hiru Buri, and this is the DA branch. DA recently renovated into a meat room with a row of 7 seats next to the counter for regular customers only. The location is a 1-minute walk from Asagaya Station, almost directly connected to the station building. It's amazing that they can open a store in such a location. The regular customer course at DA is amazing. In addition to the traditional menu, there are new dishes using fillet such as Chateaubriand roast beef, simmered fillet ears, and fillet cutlet sandwich, all of which are incredibly delicious. I visited the newly opened Nikubeya. The unexpected appearance of Nikubeya in the middle of the station was a yakiniku restaurant with 6 counter seats. It was a blissful time to fully enjoy and savor Sato-san's grilling. On this day, focusing on fillet meat, we had the specialty brikatsu and buri meshi, menchi katsu koppe pan, cold noodles, ensuring a full stomach with both meat and carbohydrates. Since it was found that meat tastes better when grilled by others rather than grilling it yourself, waiting for the yakiniku time became inevitable.

I visited Satoburi for the first time in a while. I forgot my camera this time, so the picture quality is not good. I couldn't really tell the difference between Da, the main store, No. 2, and No. 3. Maybe I'm just a casual customer... I'll study more and give it another try.

I wanted to try this famous yakiniku restaurant. The portion size is quite generous, so it might be more suitable for younger people... I couldn't finish it all, so I ate a little katsu sandwich and brought the rest home. When I reheated and ate it at home, I was surprised by how tender it still was. The quality of the meat is good though. Personally, I still prefer the style of yakiniku restaurants like Stamina En.

I visited Sato Buriyan in Da. I ordered the straightforward course. The taste is consistently delicious. The flavors of the buri cutlet sandwich and buri meshi are addictive once you try them. Moreover, the tongue, harami, lean meat, and fatty meat are all delicious. The staff carefully prepares each type of meat.

I visited this restaurant for the first time after a friend made a reservation for us. I'm not sure about the details of the reservation, but we were served enough food to fill us up with a course menu. Each dish was carefully presented and explained to us, making the dining experience enjoyable. The tonkatsu sandwich was especially delicious. The tonkatsu was very tender and juicy, and the bread had a crispy texture. This is a must-try dish.

I tried to go to Yuuji in Shibuya with my colleagues, but couldn't get a reservation, so we ended up here. Unlike Yuuji, the air conditioning here is perfect. The meat was as perfect as others have written. What surprised me was that the drinks were more reasonably priced than I had thought. There were wines available starting from the 3000 yen range.

This was my first visit to DA. We had the straightforward course for 14,000 yen. The staff cooks everything for you. There are 8 types of meat, all thick and delicious, though not thick-cut. The portions are generous. The lamp sirloin was especially delicious! The cucumber and tomato palate cleansers were also tasty. The meal ended with matsutake rice and plenty of garlic soy sauce with meat, a dish that makes you want more rice. It's not the best value for the price, as delicious food is expected at this price point. It's more about the Satoburi brand fee.

Sato Burianguru Group, a yakiniku restaurant with difficult reservations. It was delicious as rumored. The staff, mostly young people, were friendly. The prices seemed reasonable for the quality. However, I don't think it's so hard to make a reservation... There really aren't many affordable and tasty yakiniku places in Tokyo, so it's understandable. I will definitely go again.

The yakiniku here is always delicious and satisfying despite being affordable, so we wanted to experience the feeling of "even if it's expensive, it's worth it for this quality!" with our family. The conclusion was that this place truly lived up to our expectations. The taste of the meat and the service from the staff were both excellent! If I had to mention a downside, it would be that the portions were too generous... We were already full before finishing the Uni Buri rice. They offer a plan where you can multiply the amount of meat and the price by 8, and I thought maybe they could offer a bit more variety in terms of drinks. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I visited a Satoburi-affiliated restaurant that I had assumed was difficult to make a reservation at. I noticed that I could now make a web reservation, so I visited for a family celebration. We were able to make a reservation for 3 people, so naturally we chose this place. Our reservation was at 8 o'clock. When we entered the restaurant at the designated time, the interior was simple with only three tables. We were served the promised beef stew as an appetizer. The meat was all thickly sliced and satisfying to eat. We had started late due to having a drink at another place beforehand, so I started feeling quite full halfway through. While I managed to finish the buri cutlet and buri rice, the women in our group were defeated by the last bite. It's a restaurant worth going to even if you have to go hungry until the last minute.
