Thank you for viewing Instagram pateknautilus40. I revisited "SATOBRIDA," a Tabelog Award 2022 Bronze winner and also one of the top 100 restaurants. The location is extremely close, just a 30-second walk from Asagaya Station, right below the station. The service is excellent, with owner Sato-san and staff being very kind and attentive, creating a comfortable atmosphere. The food was delicious, featuring various high-quality beef dishes. The beef tongue tasting, special sauces, salts, condiments, and more provided a delightful dining experience. The fillet sukiyaki was generously filled with matsutake mushrooms, and I also enjoyed the signature dishes, Uni-topped buri rice and exquisite buri cutlet. A highlight was the matsutake mushroom ramen made with beef fillet broth, using noodles from "Asakusa Kaikaro." It was a very enjoyable experience, and I look forward to visiting again. Thank you for the wonderful meal. The dishes I had on this day included kimchi, kakuteki, salted simmered beef cheek and daikon, Iwate beef five-star fillet roast beef with broccoli, Kagoshima beef tongue thick and regular cuts, Satsuma beef Gokumatsu with special spices and lemon mustard, Tamura beef tenderloin, salted cucumber tataki, Tamura beef shinsin with wasabi soy sauce, Miyazaki beef fillet suki, Miyazaki beef selected fillet (Chateaubriand) with Bhutanese matsutake and egg, rib roast, Miyazaki beef selected fillet suki with matsutake (Chateaubriand suki), Tamura beef buri cutlet sandwich, Tamura beef Chateaubriand buri rice, with added Uni from Hamanaka (Kiritappu Fisheries), chilled tomato slices, Kobe beef rib roast with Awaji seaweed salt, beef fillet broth matsutake ramen with noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro, pear sorbet and pear compote.
