I was invited by a Chinese friend to a hot pot restaurant that has just opened in Japan, and we went there. They have two types of soup: spicy and mushroom. There are regular options like beef, pork, and chicken, but also duck intestines and pork kidneys... I was able to eat the duck, but the pork kidneys had a bit of a strong odor, which made them difficult to enjoy. However, the mushroom soup was delicious, so I thought I could have a good meal by choosing the right ingredients. Since it's a new restaurant, it wasn't as crowded as Hai Di Lao. I was surprised to see so many authentic Chinese restaurants in Ueno.

It was a hot pot meal on a rainy day. I highly recommend the thick yam noodles. The sauce bar is well-stocked, and the cost performance is excellent.
