I went to Sapporo on a trip to Hokkaido and found this delicious restaurant. The seats were always full and the staff seemed busy, but the waitress was very skilled at managing the restaurant and worked efficiently. I couldn't help but admire her. As someone in the customer service industry, I tend to notice people's movements. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and it seems like a place I would visit regularly if it were in my neighborhood. I'm sure they have many regular customers. If you go to Sapporo, be sure to check it out!

I wanted to eat hot pot rice, so I went to Tabekotoya-san. I thought I could also enjoy delicious seafood, but the hokke had a bit of a smell, and it was quite expensive. The balance between the price and the food was a bit disappointing. It's not a restaurant I would visit specifically for a trip. Thank you for the meal.

I went to this restaurant because it was being featured on social media. I called about 30 minutes before opening time (5:00 PM) and was told that they had seats available until 6:30 PM. It seems to be quite popular, so making a reservation might be a good idea. Although some of the menu items I wanted to try were not available, all the dishes had a unique twist in ingredients and flavors, and were surprisingly delicious.

A local recommended this delicious restaurant to me, so I made a reservation and tried it out. Everything I ordered was delicious! Being in Hokkaido, the ingredients were naturally tasty, but what stood out even more was the careful attention to detail in every dish, both in presentation and flavor. It was a pleasant surprise with each bite. I definitely want to visit this restaurant again when I go to Sapporo.

The food was delicious, all of the staff were very friendly. The glasses for drinks were thin and had a great feel. The drink service was a bit slow, possibly due to the crowd. It was nice that they reminded us of the quantity of dishes when ordering for our family of five.

I made a reservation and visited on a Saturday in July. Reservations are essential as the place is always fully booked. I ordered a salad with chrysanthemum greens and grilled mackerel, a spring roll with sardines and myoga, a sashimi platter, and a clay pot rice with sweetfish and summer vegetables. We also had a toast with beer and 5 cups of sake. The menu offers dishes that can be enjoyed even if you are not in Hokkaido. The draft beer is priced similar to a medium-sized glass, and the sashimi platter, with 2 pieces of 5 varieties, is a bit expensive at 1800 yen. Among the dishes we ordered, I highly recommend the clay pot rice with summer vegetables and sweetfish. It is delicious, with corn and green peppers mixed into the rice cooked with grilled sweetfish, and you get to remove the heads and bones yourself. It's a generous portion, enough for about 2 servings, and it tastes great. It seems to be a seasonal dish, but it was really good. Although the restaurant uses Hokkaido ingredients, considering the cost performance, it fell slightly short of expectations this time. Thank you for the meal.

This day, there were three of us dining together. I was brought by my dining partner who had been here before. Reservations are a must. The place was already full at 6 pm. We were led to a simple private room separated by a curtain. We ordered the following: Asahi beer for 650 yen, today's special pot rice with sakura shrimp and scallop for 2400 yen (very delicious with the aroma of sakura shrimp), salted beef tendon stew for 700 yen (elegant stew with a light color due to the salt), octopus and avocado salad for 850 yen (the richness of avocado stands out), yellowtail sashimi with ponzu mousse for 950 yen (yellowtail wrapped in ponzu mousse, refreshing and tasty), three-leaf omelet for 750 yen (subtle flavor of three-leaf), and a creative dish called "Gagaku-shi" for 950 yen (enjoyable creative dish that changes with each visit). It seems like you can always encounter delicious food here. It was delicious. Thank you for the feast!

I made a reservation and visited on a regular night. The amberjack wrapped in mousse was exquisite. The famous mackerel sandwich was delicious as expected. The seriousness of the female chef making it right in front of me was conveyed through the taste. However, it was disappointing to see some of the staff at the counter chatting. It's a very delicious restaurant that I was looking forward to visiting, so I hope this can be improved.

The taste is delicious but the prices are slightly high. You can only order kamameshi for two people or more. It would be better if you could order for one person. The sashimi platter was disappointing as the portions were small for the price. Despite being in Hokkaido, the prices are similar to those in Tokyo. It's not a restaurant worth visiting all the way to Hokkaido for, so one visit is probably enough.

It was incredibly delicious. Everything I ate from the seafood menu was delicious. Especially, the kama-meshi was so tasty, I'm glad I ordered it! I will definitely order it again next time. I like that the menu changes depending on the season. I will definitely go back again.

During a business trip, I was wandering around alone late at night wondering what to eat when I stumbled upon this restaurant review. I tried calling a few times but couldn't get through, so I decided to go there. The restaurant had a welcoming atmosphere and seemed popular among regulars. The menu outside had "Fried Horse Mackerel with Pickled Vegetables and Tartar Sauce" written on it. Just those 9 words made me excited to try it. I have never been disappointed at a place like this before. When I entered, I was surprised by two things. Despite the atmosphere of the restaurant, it was quite lively. I was expecting a more subdued environment. Also, the kitchen staff were all quite young. I don't think there was anyone in their 30s. The presentation of the crab miso with cucumber was clearly using tube crab miso, which made me hesitate to order it. They also visibly took lemons from the wall for another dish. It was a bit disappointing for a small restaurant like this. However, when they asked if I wanted the Fried Horse Mackerel as a single serving, and answered my questions about the food ingredients politely, I realized that despite their youth, they were capable. The foam on the Yellowtail sashimi with ponzu sauce was light and delicious. The spinach and alcohol-stealing salad was perfect for bringing out the flavor of the alcohol, although it wasn't served with traditional Japanese sake. The Fried Horse Mackerel was excellent. I should try making my own tartar sauce with pickled vegetables at home. The variety of alcohol was decent, and I enjoyed a drink from Hokkaido.

Hidden gem in a back alley. I made a reservation quite a while ago, as this place is very popular and it was just in time to secure a booking. The atmosphere is great and suitable for gatherings or dates. We ordered a variety of dishes, all of which were delicious. There didn't seem to be any meat dishes on the menu, so we mainly went for seafood, especially the sashimi which was recommended. There were plenty of staff, so the service was quick. However, one of the dishes we ordered took about 50 minutes to arrive, which was a bit of a concern (it was a fried dish, so it seemed to take longer). Overall, it was a good experience. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the popular izakaya "It's a food shop" in Sapporo City, Hokkaido. The overall quality of the food was high, and everything I ordered, such as assorted sashimi, gratin, and fried horse mackerel, was delicious. The izakaya was quite crowded, so it could be a good option for a second stop late at night. I used this restaurant for the first stop on a Sapporo trip to celebrate a friend's job change. I had mistakenly booked the wrong date, but they welcomed us warmly when we arrived right at opening time. Thank you. They asked us if we wanted to order right away because the Kamameshi takes time. As you can see from the photos, it's worth ordering. We also ordered Oyster Gratin, a large Hokke fish, and a sashimi platter before the Kamameshi arrived, so I was worried if we could finish it all... but we did. I definitely want to go back again!

I thought I would just stop by for a quick drink, but ended up thoroughly enjoying each dish because they were all of high quality. I wish there was a restaurant like this nearby that I could visit often... The grilled sea bream with salt was thick and perfectly cooked, which can be difficult, but it was delicious. I will definitely come back.

On the first night in Sapporo, I went to a restaurant called Tabegoto-ya Gozaru. I was seated at the counter and we toasted with a highball. We ordered a salad with spring onions and grilled mackerel, grilled striped saury, cloud ham cutlet, and salmon and natto fresh spring rolls. The dishes were all creatively made with a strong salty flavor, catering more towards younger people.

After finishing fishing for rainbow trout in Niseko, I moved to Susukino. I found a restaurant that was open even after 9 pm. I made a reservation for one person on the same day and got a table easily. I ordered some local sake and a few dishes. The salted mackerel and shirasu (young sardines) in salted malt were a great match with the sake. I also ordered a sashimi platter. The seafood from Hokkaido was excellent. Despite it being summer, the shrimp miso didn't have any unpleasant smell. The texture of the sashimi was great, and even though the portions were small, I felt satisfied. I also ordered cold Chinese noodles, but they turned out to be cold Chinese-style noodles. The simple and light seasoning was refreshing. I also ordered 2 cups of sake, and the total bill was 4000 yen.

I was looking for a delicious restaurant in the Susukino area for my trip to Hokkaido and ended up here. Although the sashimi platter was ordinary, I tried a dish called "Samegarei" which I had never heard of before, and it was delicious with its fatty taste. I noticed they had a menu item called "Unzen Ham Katsu," I wonder if it's related to a certain shop? The slightly sweet dashimaki tamago was also delicious with its perfect cooking.

The menu is a basic daily special, and there was a menu with my name and the date on the table. Drinks are not all-you-can-drink, only single orders. A friend recommended the Mackerel Sandwich as a must-try, and it was indeed delicious.

Located a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of Susukino, this restaurant offers a serene atmosphere where you can truly enjoy the ambiance and flavors. While it falls under the category of izakaya, it exudes a sense of quality and simplicity. The dishes and drinks are carefully crafted, with a focus on detail. Enjoying a Rz50 with pickled ginger, savoring a meticulously prepared menchi katsu, and tasting the delicious simmered gyoza broth are all delightful experiences. The traditional Japanese decor and attentive service add to the charm. Whether for a business dinner, a date, or a special occasion, this place is perfect. Thank you for the wonderful meal! ※Due to certain circumstances, I will refrain from giving a numerical rating.

Third stop ❤️❤️❤️
Gonbe'e-san is full again today
Gozaru-san, a restaurant affiliated with Gonbe'e-san, is also popular among my favorite followers
Highly rated Gozaru-san ❤️ Great expectations ❤️ Exciting ❤️❤️❤️
It's so hot!! The staff in the hall, two boys and two girls, are all sweating profusely on their faces. No smiles. Well, the inside of the restaurant is hot... It's hard for them to come when called. They don't respond. The service is not great. Especially the girls seem irritated. Maybe they're tired from the busy restaurant? It was really disappointing...
No all-you-can-drink option
The dashimaki tamago was too sweet for me. The other dishes were delicious ❤️ I heard that the mackerel dishes are recommended, but my companion doesn't like mackerel, so we had to pass on that. Thank you for the meal ❤️
