After finishing a meeting with a client and having lunch, I decided to visit Fuuraido-san for the first time in a long time. Although I arrived shortly after opening, the parking lot was almost full, showing that the restaurant is still very popular. It has been over a year since my last visit. I was tempted to have the soy sauce tsukemen for the third time, but today I ordered the new rich miso tsukemen (large serving). It was brought to me in about 7-8 minutes after ordering. The presentation was as beautiful as ever. I restrained my excitement and started with the noodles. The firm texture of the noodles, not too thick but with a great crunch, was still amazing. Kobayashi Seimen does a great job. It's not extremely thick, but the crunchy texture of these noodles is really good. I could feel the texture while eating. I dipped a bite into the miso dipping sauce. I couldn't quite distinguish between "rich" and "intense," but the sauce had a sophisticated and citrusy flavor. I once again enjoyed the deliciousness of Fuuraido-san's tsukemen.

I went there for the first time and had the hiyamori. The flavor of the noodles was good, and the dipping soup had grilled vegetables in it, giving it a unique and delicious aroma. The staff's attentiveness in reheating the soup was also very good.

Thick Miso Tsukemen for 1,000 yen (tax included) [Noodles] When I handed over the food ticket, the staff asked me, "Would you like the noodles cold or warm?" I chose warm noodles. The noodles were slightly thick and firm. Even though I chose warm noodles, they were only slightly warm. [Soup] As the name suggests, the soup was rich and full of miso flavor! It was packed with green onions, onions, leeks, bean sprouts, and plenty of vegetables! When dipped in the soup, it felt like eating a rich miso ramen. There were bottles of beer and juice in the fridge, but I couldn't find any instructions on the food ticket machine, on the wall, or on the table. I wonder how I can order them?

"Sapporo Tsukemen Sapporo Ramen Furai-do" has been my recent little obsession with "tsukemen" (dipping noodles) (^ω^) ... I visited here after a long time in search of delicious "tsukemen". I arrived at the restaurant around 11:30 on Saturday afternoon. There wasn't a long line, so I was able to enter surprisingly smoothly (*´ω`). There are three types of tsukemen: - "Rich Miso Tsukemen @ 1,000 yen" - "Salt / Soy Sauce Tsukemen @ 1,000 yen" - "Spicy Miso Tsukemen @ 1,100 yen" I was in the mood for something spicy, so I chose the "Spicy Miso Tsukemen"! The tsukemen here has a Japanese-style broth underneath the noodles, which allows for dipping directly into the broth or using it as a soup base, making it quite enjoyable. The noodles have a good firmness and excellent texture with the dipping sauce! The dipping sauce is flavorful, with a good punch and a strong spiciness that I like, making it delicious. The white bamboo shoot has a subtle yuzu flavor, and the char siu is tender and flavorful, making it all perfect (^ω^) ... It was truly delicious tsukemen that lives up to the name "Sapporo Tsukemen"!! This was my first time trying tsukemen here, and it's no wonder it has been popular since opening, given its high quality!! Thank you for the delicious meal!!

Famous shop in Hiragishi. A Sapporo tsukemen shop. They use pork bones and pig feet as a base to bring out a rich flavor. I ordered the rich miso tsukemen with flavored egg. The dipping sauce is rich in pork bone and seafood flavors, with not much miso taste, but it's delicious. The noodles are made using a single-grind method. They are tasty on their own, but personally, I feel that the noodles and dipping sauce don't quite match. There's not much dipping sauce, and the noodles are soaked in a weak dashi broth, which causes the dipping sauce to become diluted as you eat. Additionally, the soup for dipping is a bit disappointing, being weaker than the main broth. They offer to reheat the dipping sauce, but I wonder if they do the same after you've already mixed it. Each component seemed high quality, but overall it was just okay. Also, the portion size is small. Not sure if the large serving has 250g of noodles. #ramen #ramennoodles #ramenlover #tsukemen #miso-tsukemen #Furai-do

The concept of tsukemen has changed for me, it was incredibly delicious. The most popular flavor is miso, but I chose soy sauce. I usually don't like fish-based tsukemen, but this one was delicious! The noodles were beautiful and tasty. What is this white thing? Is it Chinese? Breaking the soup under the noodles at the end? The dipping sauce was so delicious! The chashu was melt-in-your-mouth tender. It was delicious from start to finish. I'm curious about the other flavors here.

On a certain holiday, lunch was at [Furai-do]! It had been a few years since my eldest daughter's request. We arrived at 12:20. There were many customers already, and after us, there were 6 groups of 13 people, making it a full house. We waited for 35 minutes before being seated. There were 3 male staff members working. Today's orders were: - Miso tsukemen 1,000 yen (me) - Miso ramen 950 yen (eldest daughter) - Half fried rice 380 yen (shared) We received our orders in 8-9 minutes. The miso tsukemen had neatly arranged noodles, which made it even more delicious! Before dipping the noodles in the sauce, they recommended "enjoying the broth first," but I couldn't resist dipping the noodles right away. The rich fish broth sauce paired with the thick, chewy straight noodles was excellent! The quality of the chashu was high, and the bamboo shoots were delicious too. The miso ramen, with medium curly noodles, had a fish-based miso soup that looked rich but was surprisingly light. The chashu was really to my liking. The half fried rice, although light, had just the right amount of salt and was unexpectedly delicious. I tried ramen and fried rice for the first time, and they were both delicious! It was a tasty meal. Thank you, and I will definitely come back!

The restaurant opens at 5:30 in the evening and quickly becomes full. They serve food promptly, so the turnover is surprisingly fast. The most popular dish, miso tsukemen, has a rich soup that pairs well with the chewy noodles. The crunchy bamboo shoots have a hint of yuzu flavor, which is delicious. The melt-in-your-mouth chashu is also delicious. The miso ramen with curly noodles and rich soup is tasty as well. They have a parking lot available.

I tried the number one popular miso tsukemen. There was also soup in the noodle bowl, which was the first time I had tsukemen. There was an eating manual provided. 1. Eat the noodles without dipping them in the sauce. 2. Dip the noodles in the sauce and eat normally. 3. After finishing eating, mix the soup with the sauce and eat it. The sauce was described as rich, but it seemed a bit thin and lacking punch. It didn't have a distinctive taste and felt quite ordinary.

Spicy miso dipping noodles for 1,100 yen. It had a strong Sichuan pepper spiciness. It was delicious, but I still prefer the regular miso flavor. The dipping sauce was quite thick, so when you mix it well with the noodles, it feels like there's not enough sauce. The noodles were tasty on their own, so you could just eat them by themselves.

Shortly after opening, it was empty, but after 15 minutes there was a line of customers waiting. The rich dipping sauce was easy to drink, the fragrant noodles, and the refreshing Japanese-style broth all matched perfectly and were very delicious. As a miso-flavored dipping noodle, it was at a level that could be considered the best in Sapporo.

I ordered the Rich Miso Tsukemen (950 yen) and the Soft-boiled Salted Egg (120 yen) for a total of 1,070 yen. The tsukemen had broth underneath the noodles, which was a great idea to drink after finishing the noodles. Adding a fifth of the table condiment's spiciness gave it a nice punch and the perfect level of heat. Yeah, it was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

This is a ramen shop near Hokkai Gakuen University in Toyohira Ward, Sapporo City. I came here on Monday aiming for Kitajima, who operates on the second floor, but they were temporarily closed, so I visited here after a long time. I ordered the menu item that caught my eye, the green chili miso ramen, with medium spiciness. The flavor of the green chili is good, and there is also something red in it that makes it quite spicy. It's even spicier than it tastes in the mouth, my body is reacting with sweat. The miso soup has a colorful taste. The flavor of the Japanese broth is quite nice too. The noodles are aged yellow Sapporo noodles, and even though I ordered them soft, they are quite springy. I don't usually like this type of noodles, but they seem to go well with the soup. I didn't like the noodles, but the soup and spiciness make this ramen quite delicious. Thank you for the meal!

Rich Miso Tsukemen for 950 yen Half-fried rice for 350 yen Total: 1,300 yen This is definitely delicious. Amazing richness and balance. Despite looking oily, it doesn't make you feel heavy. Really delicious. The half-fried rice is also quite tasty. Good richness and moistness. A must-order. The soy sauce tsukemen that my companion was eating was also very delicious.

This is my third visit. I love Asahikawa ramen and I really enjoy the delicious Asahikawa ramen here in Sapporo. The soy sauce broth is light but full of flavor and richness, without the dryness of artificial seasonings, so I always end up finishing it all. This time, I tried the limited edition tsukemen. At first, I thought I wanted the large portion, but after seeing the amount served to other customers, I changed it to a regular size. I also added a flavored egg. The noodles are also seasoned with broth and go perfectly with the dipping sauce. What's most delightful is that they warm up the entire pot when you ask for soup refills. Even though they seem busy and washing the pot every time must be a hassle, I appreciate it. My wife had the niboshi ramen, and my child had the regular ramen, both priced at 750 yen, which is cheap, so we will definitely visit again.

I had miso dipping noodles. The medium-thick noodles have a subtle wheat flavor and are easy to eat. The soup is rich but not too salty, with just the right amount of umami. However, the chashu was a bit salty and felt a bit out of place, but overall, it's a delicious dipping noodle dish!

Rich Miso Tsukemen: 950 yen (tax included) It's a popular restaurant with lots of signatures. I always go there to eat tsukemen. The noodles are thick and chewy, the soup is rich miso, and the chashu is flavorful and tender, very delicious. I went there for the first time in a few years, and the taste hasn't changed, still delicious. One thing that seems different from before (from what I remember) is that there is hot water under the noodles for soup refills, which I don't think was there before. It's probably easier for the restaurant to provide hot water, but the noodles don't drain completely, so the soup gets thinner towards the end. Also, by the time I wanted to add soup, the hot water had cooled down, so I didn't end up using it for soup refills. If they provided hot water when requested, it would be +0.2. ... My memory is a bit vague. Other menu items that caught my attention are: - Rich Miso Ramen: 900 yen (tax included) - Spicy Miso Tsukemen: 1,050 yen (tax included)

I ordered the Spicy Miso Tsukemen with half Chahan. The Spicy Miso Tsukemen was a version of the Miso Tsukemen I had last time with added spicy oil. The Chahan was a bit disappointing as the seasoning was strong and salty, but I managed to finish it. It might have just been a one-time thing, so I will try ordering the Chahan again next time. Chahan - 0.1 out of 3.7.

Second time having the rich miso dipping noodles (served hot) with half fried rice. The temperature seems a bit low. The dipping sauce is also somewhat lukewarm. It's disappointing that they are not managing the temperature well for ramen. The taste is okay, nothing special. There's nothing noteworthy about the fried rice. I might not come back next time. I hope they improve their temperature management.

It's my first visit to this ramen shop that I checked out after a long time. I ordered the tsukemen with extra noodles, miso, and egg topping. The beautiful presentation really whets the appetite. Following the recommended way to eat, I took a bite of the noodles which had a firm texture. I ordered the cold dipping style, but it didn't feel like it was firmly chilled with cold water, more like it was just cooled down. The bamboo shoots had a slightly raw feel, adding to its unique taste. The soup wasn't as thick as it looked. Perhaps this is to bring out the flavor of the noodles? The soup base was stored at the bottom of the bowl, to be added to the soup at the end, which was a first for me. Overall, it was a well-thought-out tsukemen. Thank you for the meal.

Furaido-san's rich miso tsukemen at Furaido-do on Hiragishi Beach is 950 yen, with a large serving for an extra 120 yen. The soft-boiled salted egg is an additional 120 yen. I always find myself coming back for more. It was lunchtime, so there were plenty of parking spaces, but even before 12 o'clock, it was full and I had to wait a bit. It's definitely a place where you need a car. Be careful during lunchtime.
