I decided to visit for a late dinner. I was intrigued by the name "Dark Black" and ordered it. The ramen that was served shortly after was not completely black as the name suggests, but more like a dark soy sauce color. When I tried it, I found it to be quite delicious. The chashu had a nice firm texture, which I enjoyed. The soup, despite its appearance, had a strong umami flavor. They also serve alcohol and other food besides ramen, so it seems like a fun place for a casual drink. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.
