I made a last-minute reservation on the same day! Only the counter was available, but I actually preferred sitting there! Despite not being too expensive, it had a luxurious feel! The sea urchin and oysters were delicious. The crab rice porridge was just okay - I wished it had more crab! Maybe because I had crab miso soup at the market the day before and it was too delicious! The mackerel was not as good as in Fukuoka - no surprise there. Even if there was a mistake in the order, the cost performance was good! My parents seemed to prefer the grilled hokke fish. I forgot to take photos, but it was definitely delicious! I would like to go again!

Starting with 5 types of appetizers and a 9-course meal, the crab meat mixed with crab miso and the simmered cherry salmon were delicious. The Hakkaku grilled dish and the grilled Shiraoi beef rib roast were also amazing. And of course, ending with sushi is a must. There's something about a well-prepared course meal that just feels right.

The location is great, right near Susukino Station. The atmosphere feels like a high-end restaurant. It's good for meetings or special occasions. The prices are on the higher side, such as 1500 yen for Tachipon vinegar, 4500 yen for 10 pieces of sushi, and 3000 yen for live squid, but you can enjoy the quality of the food. The drinks selection is also good. The Tachipon vinegar was especially delicious. I really enjoyed the taste and atmosphere. Thank you for the meal.

In the middle of Susukino, there is a fairly large izakaya with some interesting dishes. The grilled whole saury topped with autumn saury is delicious. The sushi has good toppings but the rice is just okay, at the level of an izakaya. The place is spacious and convenient to use.

We used the restaurant for a meal with six people, including guests from Tokyo. We chose the "Sushi Kaiseki Course (no refills)" for 5,000 yen per person with all-you-can-drink. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of a building near Susukino intersection, making it easy to find. The atmosphere of the restaurant is luxurious, and the staff's service is polite, making it suitable for entertaining guests. Although there is an option to add more money for unlimited sushi refills, we decided to go without refills this time since our group wasn't big eaters. The course provided was sufficient in volume, with delicious and elegant dishes. The drinks were served promptly after ordering, and the all-you-can-drink option even included local sake, making it a satisfying dining experience for the price.

In late January, during the coldest time of the year, I made a reservation and arrived around 6:00 PM. I had booked a kaiseki course with all-you-can-eat sushi and unlimited drinks for 6000 yen. There were a total of eight dishes, and you can order the sushi as many times as you want until you are full. I initially thought you could only get one refill, but when I asked the staff, they said you can order as many times as you like. Each time you order a refill, you get 5 different types of sushi, so you don't get tired of eating until you are full. With the unlimited drinks included, the cost performance is quite good at 6000 yen per person. I definitely want to revisit this restaurant next time I go to Sapporo.

Today I came to Sapporo for work and had a dinner meeting with a business partner. The hotel is located on the east side of Susukino. I walked to the building with the Nikka Whisky sign and arrived at Otaru-tei. As soon as I got off the elevator, I saw two fish tanks with squid and shellfish. I entered the restaurant and walked down the hallway towards the back. There were also counter seats and many private rooms. The banquet began with a toast of plum wine instead of beer, as I was waiting for the results of my stomach and colon examinations. The first course was a variety of appetizers served in small dishes, such as squid salted fish roe, herring, pumpkin with tofu, and more. It was enjoyable to try many different small dishes. I quickly finished the plum wine and switched to shochu with water. The second course was a small dish of crab meat with crab miso and lemon. It was a bit watery. The sashimi platter included a variety of seafood like thick tuna, salmon, octopus, sea urchin, and white fish. They were all fresh and had a nice texture. The shrimp was particularly delicious. The grilled dish included bamboo shoots, duck, and shellfish. Grilling dishes to bring out their unique flavors seemed simple but was actually quite challenging. After two shochu with water, I started feeling good, so I switched to sake. I enjoyed a variety of local Hokkaido sake and other sake from around Japan, poured from a one-liter bottle by a female staff member. I couldn't resist and ended up having about 7-8 cups. The meal continued with tempura, crab chawanmushi, and sushi consisting of five pieces - tuna, white fish, crab, squid, and salmon roe. The white fish and squid had a nice texture. I savored them slowly with the soup. Dessert was melon and jelly, a sweet ending to the meal. I was full and satisfied with the wonderful dinner in Sapporo. Thank you.

A grand boat dish appropriate for Hokkaido was a sight to behold. Without even thinking about how many varieties were included, I eagerly dug in. The sashimi platter was a common order, but at this size (serving 4 people), the impact was immense. And just when I was enjoying it, the famous second helping sushi arrived. It was chef's choice nigiri, but the easily eaten size and softly molded shari made me want seconds. However, as the course dishes kept coming, my fullness gradually increased. I shifted from Sapporo Classic to highball, but then changed to green tea highball to focus on eating. When the grilled chicken skewers arrived, I couldn't resist calling for another Sapporo Classic. With the thick asparagus tempura, I went back to highball... I was definitely getting caught up in the drinking. The spacious floor had many seats, and we were able to use a private room, so we could relax without feeling constrained. Despite the busy atmosphere with a constant flow of customers, the slightly delayed additional drink service was forgiven due to the charming and polite customer service. Oh, I ate too much of the second helping sushi... My stomach is full... It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line, connected underground from Susukino Station. Located on the 4th floor of Susukino Building. Today's menu is a banquet course. Upon being seated, you notice that it looks like a tatami room, but with tables and chairs. A paper with "Today's Menu" is placed on the table, consisting of 7 dishes. The first course is "Early Summer Assortment" with warm vegetables and egg dishes. The second course is "Assorted Seafood" including shrimp, tuna, and yellowtail. The third course is "Grilled Flounder with Miso Flavor," with a delicious taste of fish fat. The sushi course is "Chef's Choice Sushi" with a variety of different toppings that can be refilled once. The deep-fried course is "Seasonal Vegetable Tempura with Sea Urchin Batter," served with salt. The steamed course is "Otaro Tei Seafood Steamed Egg Custard," which is the most delicious dish in the course with a rich flavor of broth. The dessert course is "Today's Dessert" with a selection of fruits, jelly, and cake. The "All-You-Can-Drink Sushi Kaiseki Course" costs 5,000 yen and includes 7 dishes, with 8 photos provided, including 2 additional sushi refills.

In 10 days left in 2021?! I used this restaurant for my company's year-end party, and actually next week, I have another company's year-end party here as well. I have become a heavy user of the APR group. The restaurant is located on the 4th floor of the Susukino Building, directly connected from Susukino Station. When you get off the elevator, you are led to your seat as the reservation is made for a course. The spacious restaurant offers private rooms, booths, and a counter, making it versatile for various uses. Starting with the appetizers, the salted fish is delicious, and the rice sushi has a nice flavor. The cod roe is also delicious. The sashimi includes large sweet shrimp, fatty yellowtail, seared fatty tuna, salmon, lean tuna, flounder, octopus, and more. The sweet shrimp is served with its head removed and added to the hot pot. The hot pot is delicious, and the flavor of the broth with yuzu is exquisite. The grilled dish assortment includes carefully prepared buttered sweet potatoes, flavorful pork, silver cod marinated in miso, and more. The whale bacon vinegar miso salad in the small bowl has a nostalgic flavor. The steamed dish is a steamed egg custard that is not too sweet or too firm, highlighting the natural flavors of the ingredients. The pickled vegetable assortment is also delicious. The main dish is the sushi assortment, with perfectly balanced toppings and vinegared rice. We also ordered additional items like raw surf clam, sea urchin, and raw oysters. The seafood was delicious, highlighting the goodness of Hokkaido. We enjoyed a moment of bliss with the dessert before closing the meal. We will be back next week for more enjoyment. Thank you for the meal!

One week before New Year's Eve on January 1, 2020, I had a party with almost the same members. In the first week of the new year, we had a small party with the same group. I didn't understand the meaning of "Meal: All-you-can-eat sushi" listed on today's menu. There were six square sushi barrels lined up. What does "All-you-can-eat" mean? I didn't know that you could have "All-you-can-eat" as many times as you wanted. I had eaten a little too much at the pre-party... What a shame...

This is a restaurant located in the Nikka building at the Susukino intersection. The interior is spacious with private rooms separated by sliding doors, allowing for a relaxing dining experience. We opted for a course menu which included all-you-can-drink local sake and all-you-can-eat sushi, offering great value. The service was excellent, making it a satisfying dining experience.

I visited a certain airline company's hospitality event. The food was okay, but the service from the young ladies serving us was very good. They took our drink orders and although they didn't come out very quickly, they didn't make any unpleasant faces and took notes while assisting us. There was a replacement sushi dish on the menu (I forgot to take a picture), but I ended up getting the chef's recommendation, so I couldn't eat what I wanted. There were also various Hokkaido sake available for all-you-can-drink.

I think I first visited about 3 or 4 years ago. My child lives in Sapporo, so I visit Sapporo several times a year and choose restaurants in a familiar place that is not exactly for tourists. I've had my fair share of disappointments. The name of the restaurant, Otaru-Tei, and the entrance seemed more for tourists, so I didn't have high expectations on my first visit. However, the course menu (with all-you-can-drink option) was fantastic (great value for my family of heavy drinkers), and the selection of sake (being able to drink high-quality junmai sake on the all-you-can-drink menu) was impressive. The restaurant was clean and beautiful, without rowdy drunks, and the staff were friendly. It exceeded my expectations on my first visit. As I get older, I tend to avoid cheap and noisy places, but here I can enjoy a pleasant time with delicious food and drinks every time without any unpleasant experiences. I have visited many times whenever I go to Sapporo. It's a place for regular visits, but I reserve a private room for special occasions. When I went with a friend who lives in Hokkaido, they were impressed that such a great restaurant existed in Susukino. The Hokkaido course even includes hairy crab. I didn't have high expectations for the sushi refill course, but I ended up getting more refills than I expected. There are discount coupons available on early weekend visits, making it even more cost-effective. The delicious food, variety of sake, and the atmosphere of the restaurant, along with the friendly staff, always leave a lasting impression. I will definitely visit again!

I wanted to eat something that is typical of Hokkaido, so a local person made a reservation for me at this restaurant. I arrived at 18:00 on a weekday. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was more for local people entertaining guests rather than for tourists. The service for drinks was extremely slow. The staff were very polite, but the drink service was really slow, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The food was average. There wasn't anything particularly delicious from the sea, and the sashimi platter and sushi were below the quality of izakayas in Tokyo at the same price range. It might be better to go for a course menu. Overall, the cost performance was poor. However, the customer service was very good, and I felt that it was a good place for entertaining guests with private rooms.

I had only been posting photos, but let me try writing some text. The last course was sushi. You could have seconds!! I don't think you could choose the toppings, but you should have been able to have seconds forever. It was delicious and satisfying. Even now, maybe??

Last year, when I went, the price of "Okawari Sushi" had gone up. Furthermore, it was now called "Omakase Okawari Sushi," even though it was not mentioned on the website. When you ask for seconds, the restaurant serves a set of inari sushi and nori rolls without asking for your preference. The quality has dropped significantly, and I was disappointed. The sushi used to have good toppings and small, enjoyable pieces, but now...
