The other day, I was torn between here and ended up visiting "Udon no Soumaya" restaurant. The next day, lunch was a must-have ramen here. When I entered the shop, the usual friendly service and quick serving from the brothers, with a stable feeling. When I sat down, the brother asked, "Black soy sauce?" I've only been ordering black soy sauce for the past few years, but I've been thinking about reviewing all the flavors someday, but in the end, it's always black soy sauce. Finally, I said, "Today, I'll have the shrimp and salt flavor!" "Shrimp and salt today???" was the brother's reaction. I asked for the usual small amount of rice for the service. Shortly after, the shrimp and salt ramen was served. The soup was a yellowish color with a light pink shrimp powder, it looked delicious. First, I tried the green onions and soup, it reminded me a bit of Yamakawa-san's tonkotsu salt flavor? It's delicious. Next, I slurped the noodles, they were tight and thin straight noodles with a low water content, oh, I love these noodles! The rice was cooked just the way I like it, the combination of noodles and rice was perfect. After that, as always, I couldn't resist ordering the rice with low-temperature cooked chashu and bamboo shoots, it's always a hit! I finished it all, it was delicious. Thank you very much! It was very delicious, but I still prefer black soy sauce. I was planning to try all the flavors, but next time, I feel like I might end up going with black soy sauce again. (I haven't reviewed them, but I've actually tried all 6 flavors other than miso.) Maybe I should think about it while eating black soy sauce ramen tomorrow?
