I wanted to go to a famous miso ramen shop in Sapporo, but the line was longer than I expected so I gave up. Instead, I went to this other shop that I had picked out. The parking lot in front of the shop was full, but there was space in the second parking lot across the street, so I parked there and visited the shop. The inside of the shop had a log cabin feel with a warm wooden atmosphere. I was seated on the second floor, but because of the high ceiling, the heat from the kitchen filled the second floor. I was planning to order miso ramen, but I was intrigued by the black eight miso ramen with extra white leeks, so I ordered that instead. I was also curious about the special spices on the table... The ramen arrived in about ten minutes and I started eating. The color was not very appealing, but the balance between the noodles and the soup was excellent. The noodles were medium-thin straight noodles, and the slightly sweet soup enhanced the deliciousness of the noodles. When I added the black eight special spices, it added a bit of spiciness and richness, which was good. The spices might have been sansho pepper? I was completely captivated and I definitely want to eat here again next time.

I had the spring miso ramen. I visited the restaurant while glancing at the long line of people waiting. It was also crowded inside. I received 2 free slices of chashu by adding the restaurant as a LINE friend. The soup, noodles, and chashu were all delicious. They have a variety of menu options, so I will definitely go back to try more.

I arrived at the Haru family's third-generation Ramen shop main store, where I ordered the spicy miso ramen with a spice level of 4. Let's meet the soup first! The rich and mild miso flavor matches well with the spiciness. There is a lingering tingling sensation in the mouth, but it's good. It's a must-try for those who love spicy miso. The noodles are homemade straight noodles. They are smooth and chewy! The firmness is also good. They go well with this soup! Slurp slurp slurp. The seasoned pork belly chashu is also tender and delicious. I like it. The finely chopped cabbage adds a nice touch. It was past 8 p.m. when we visited a famous ramen shop. I ordered the spicy miso ramen with a spice level of +4. The thin straight noodles were quite good. The spiciness level of 4 was fine for those who like it hot. The miso flavor was a bit subtle, but still delicious. My friend had the shrimp salt ramen, which had small fried shrimp scattered throughout, giving it a nice crunch. I happened to pass by and decided to try it out! They are particular about handmade ramen, and even make their own noodles... The first sip of the soup was full of shrimp flavor, which was surprising ᓫ(๑º꒳º๑)ꜝꜝ I usually don't prefer straight noodles, but at Shun Family, they went well with the soup and were delicious (๑´∀`๑) They provide paper aprons, disposable chopsticks, and hair ties upon request from the staff... I was impressed by the attentive and thoughtful customer service! Although the highly recommended limited 10 servings of Extreme Salt ramen was sold out... both the salt and spicy miso ramen were delicious (๑´∀`๑)

Located right near a famous ramen shop, this equally renowned restaurant is a must-visit. I ordered their most popular dish, the "Spring Spicy Miso Ramen," and was amazed from the first sip of the broth. The subtly charred chashu added a delicious flavor that spread throughout the soup. The homemade noodles were also exceptional, perfectly absorbing the broth. I also tried their gyoza, which was bursting with juicy filling that could cause burns if not careful. It was truly impressive. I will definitely be back for more.

Ultimate Salt Ramen with Homemade Gyoza I arrived just before 5 o'clock, so I was the first one there. I was thinking of getting the Black Miso, but decided to go for the limited 10 servings of the Ultimate ramen instead. The main reason for my revisit this time was to try the gyoza that I missed out on last time! First, the ramen arrived. Oh, the soup looks beautiful with a shimmering surface and plenty of collagen floating on top. The soup is smooth and deep in flavor, incredibly delicious. The harmony with the homemade noodles is just perfect. Soon after, the gyoza arrived. When I picked one up with my chopsticks, it felt heavier than it looked. After taking a bite, I understood why. It's packed full of ingredients, and the meat juices are amazing! No wonder it felt so substantial. The richness of the ingredients, the juiciness, the chewy texture of the skin, and the undeniable deliciousness. It's incredibly tasty even without dipping sauce. After a disappointing experience at another place yesterday, today I am completely satisfied!

Today was cool, so I was in the mood for spicy miso ramen. Since I enjoyed the Haruichimi miso ramen I had last time, I visited Haruichi again. The price of ramen is quite high. It's sneaky how the menu shows prices without tax. If you add toppings, it easily goes over 1000 yen. Ramen has become a luxury item. I used a coupon on Line and added two slices of chashu as toppings. The portion size was perfect. I also set the spiciness level to 1, which was just right. I'm curious about the Gokumi and Ebi ramen as well. Thank you for the delicious meal!

It's been about 8 years since my last visit. Today, my companion wanted to try the miso ramen at Ajisai, but they were closed. So, we decided to try Suikei, but they were closed as well. We ended up going to Haruikka nearby. I had the Haruikka miso ramen. It had a sweet miso flavor and was delicious. My companion, who loves miso ramen, was also satisfied. On a Monday around 8pm, I visited the restaurant with a colleague. We ordered the limited-time dish of Ebi Kakiage Miso Ramen, which is available only in the evenings and limited to 10 servings. We ordered the large size. Unfortunately, they were out of rice, which was a shame. The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The noodles were straight and smooth, a new discovery for me as I had only been eating curly egg noodles since coming to Sapporo. The soup had a strong shrimp flavor, and the kakiage was light and crispy. The chashu was also tender and delicious. Overall, the ramen had a good balance of flavors and was very tasty. My colleague ordered the tsukemen, which also looked delicious. The menu seems to have a variety of options, so I don't think I'll get tired of it. I would like to come back again. The top-notch salt ramen "Gokumoku" for 950 yen looks like it's flavored with Sansho pepper at first glance, but it actually has wolfberries on top. This pattern reminds me of something I've eaten before, but I can't quite remember. Sansho pepper is usually used, not wolfberries. Update on 3/22: I remembered. It was the ramen I had at Namihibuki in Shari and Kitami. When I tasted the soup, it had a bonito flavor. After the initial bonito taste, it had a tonkotsu salt ramen-like flavor, similar to Sansho pepper. I think I prefer this one. You can also change the flavor with wasabi (or something similar) halfway through. There's a second floor, so the capacity seems quite large. The staff were also very friendly. While shopping with a friend, we stumbled upon a popular restaurant during lunchtime, but luckily there was no one there. What great timing! I was feeling spicy today, so I decided to go for the super spicy ramen. They had spice levels from one to five, and since it was my first time, the staff recommended starting from level three. I opted for level three with extra green onions. The spicy ramen arrived in about 10 minutes, looking delicious. It had a good amount of spice, the noodles were smooth and satisfying, and the vegetables and green onions were tasty. I also enjoyed the bamboo shoots, and the soup was delicious. However, I wish it was even spicier! Next time, I'll take on the challenge of level five!

Premium Salt Ramen 950 yen I didn't quite feel the premium aspect, but it was tasty. Mini Chashu Don 390 yen The chashu and mayonnaise combination is delicious. The rice is cooked just right. On the table, there are special seasonings for Kurohachi, pepper, shichimi, tissues, chopsticks, a ladle, and a fan. When seated, you are served water with a pot. The service is good. Today, I have been refraining from eating ramen regularly, so it has been a week since my last visit. I arrived in the evening with plenty of time to sit comfortably. Lately, even popular restaurants are easy to find seats at night, so I highly recommend it! Today's order was a tough decision, but as a reviewer, I decided to go with the most popular items: Haru Ichimi Miso Ramen (910 yen), Jiyoko Tamago with a runny yolk (free with a coupon from Tabelog), and Char Mayo Don (390 yen). 【Soup】 This miso ramen is made by the owner who used to work at Shirakaba Sanso, and it has a mild and gentle soup. It lacks a strong punch but is easy to enjoy with its creamy chicken broth base. It may seem a bit old-fashioned now, but it has a nice depth of flavor with a balance of pork and chicken umami, a hint of bonito and aromatic vegetables. It is delicious! 【Noodles】 The homemade medium-thick straight noodles are a perfect match for this miso soup. They have a slightly lower water content than Sapporo-style egg noodles and are less curly, but they go well with the broth. They would go even better with shrimp. The portion of noodles is generous, and the firmness is standard. They are smooth, chewy, and delicious. Ramen restaurant located in the Misono area of Toyohira Ward, Sapporo City. It's a place I'm very familiar with. It had been a while since my last visit. I was surprised by the spicy aroma in the air, almost like a curry restaurant. It turns out they are collaborating with Eight Curry to offer a limited menu item! Of course, I had to try it. "Super Spicy Curry Ramen." I was expecting a light, soup curry-like broth, but it was surprisingly thick and more like a curry roux. The spiciness was quite intense, which I enjoyed, but it might be too much for those who can't handle spicy food. The spicy curry flavor combined with the rich soup was delicious. It paired well with the homemade noodles and overall, it was a very tasty curry ramen. It arrived in less than five minutes. It had a rich yet gentle salt flavor. The portion was on the smaller side, which was perfect for my stomach today, but it might not be enough for men, I think. They also provided wasabi as an accent, which was a nice touch for changing up the flavor! The homemade noodles were a highlight, with a delicious taste and a thin noodle type that I enjoyed. The price is also reasonable compared to other ramen shops nowadays. They also accept GOGO tickets, making it a convenient option. Next time, I'll come back to try the miso ramen!

The restaurant is located right next to Saimi. When you enter the shop, it has a cozy mountain hut-like atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. I ordered the most popular Haru Ichimi miso ramen. The soup is rich but has a mild flavor. The noodles are homemade and not the typical Sapporo style noodles. I prefer the type with less water content. The vegetable toppings included cabbage, which is rare in Hokkaido. Overall, the ramen had a unique taste. The only downside was that the soup portion was small and I wished it was a bit hotter.

It was a ramen with a taste I had never experienced before, but it was also a very well-balanced bowl. There was a special spice for Black Eight Ramen on the table, and when added, it increased the spiciness and fragrance, making it even more delicious. I want to go back again! The spicy miso ramen also looks delicious.
