I got off at a station called Souen for the first time. I was reading it as "Kuwasano" without knowing the correct pronunciation, but it is actually read as "Soen". It's quite a walk from the station. You should be able to see the shops from the back, but when you go to the nearby park, you can guess, "Is it there?" I purchased three items. (1) Quiche - Even when placed on the table before eating, the quiche aroma can be smelled outside the bag. The tart base was made of pie crust, so I initially felt like, "Huh!" in a not-so-delicious pattern (I already reviewed it, reminiscent of Alkaic-san). However, the pie crust was well made, so it turned out to be quite delicious. The filling was made by cooking onions until they became sweet. The sweetness of the onions is prominent and delicious, but personally, I felt that a little more salt and pepper would be desirable. When you think of a quiche with a tart base of onion gratin soup, you can imagine the taste. Probably inspired by French onion soup. I think surpassing a quiche with a crispy tart base made of pie crust is quite a challenge, but overall, it was a quiche that I could appreciate. (2) Croissant - It may not reach the level of authentic croissants, but as a Japanese croissant, it is quite delicious. The taste of the crust is close to the flavor of the crust, and the butter aroma is also present. If the dough was a bit firmer, the impression would be even better. I can feel the dedication put into each item. I also felt good about this croissant. (3) Cinnamon roll (forgot to take a photo) - Just placing it on the table did not give off the scent of cinnamon, but when I picked up the bag to open it, I could smell the cinnamon. They use a considerable amount of cinnamon, so the balance of cinnamon and white sugar tastes good, and the bread dough is decent, making it a delicious cinnamon roll. After walking and getting tired, I accidentally took the wrong train on the way back and got off at Yakken station, worrying if I would make it to dinner at 5:00 (I already reviewed it, Mr. Miyagawa). But in the end, everything turned out fine. When I was in a rush due to taking the wrong train on the way back, I asked a young woman who happened to be there, "What time is the next train?" and that led to a conversation. She was also in a hurry to make it to work on time, and we ended up encouraging each other, having a friendly conversation until we each reached our destinations. I was saved by that person, and in the end, it all turned out well. Seeking delicious food leads to various experiences. Before visiting, check http://www.kokopelli-bread.com. Customers are not necessarily more important than the shop staff; they are equal. (Let's step out into the world a bit more and learn things that are necessary. Even simple gestures that are acceptable in Japan can be quite offensive in a French shop.) Since people are risking their lives to run a shop, the shop name also reflects their feelings. Unfortunately, there are indeed troublesome people, but there are also good people. Even within one person, there are good and bad aspects. There are spiritualists who say, "This world is a training ground where various souls coexist and polish each other's souls." Those who do terrible things will always receive their comeuppance. This time, there were various incidents, and I felt grateful for being helped by others. I received the products with gratitude. Thank you for the meal. I believe that this review is also contributing to making the world a slightly better place.
