I made a reservation this year as well because the food was delicious when I went last year, but it has changed a lot in a year. I trusted the restaurant and ordered the course menu for 12,000 yen. It included shark fin, so I asked if it was shark fin soup, but they said it was shark fin stew. The menu had shark fin stew as a single item for around 15,000 yen, so I thought something different would come. And my guess was exactly right. I felt bad for the restaurant, but I didn't find the other dishes tasty. However, the restaurant was crowded.

It is a shop located on the basement floor near Tanuki Koji. There is a counter, making it easy for solo diners. I made a reservation in advance and chose the 7-course meal for 5500 yen. The portion size was sufficient. The white fish in ankake sauce was a bit bland for my taste, but the rest of the dishes were meticulously prepared and delicious. The fried rice, in particular, was exceptional. The owner, who cooks alone, took a bit of time in between dishes. Next time, I will try ordering a la carte.

I haven't been to many high-end Chinese restaurants, so I was a bit confused looking at the menu, but everything that was served was delicious and exciting! It was fun and impressive to see them preparing the food at the counter. I highly recommend it!! Next time, I think I'll try ordering a course meal.

I had a business trip and decided to try some Chinese food in Sapporo. I made a reservation for one person at the counter, and I was happy that they can make half portions of dishes. The assorted appetizer plate was recommended and it was great to be able to try a variety of delicious dishes. Each dish was carefully made and you could really taste the quality. The crab fried rice at the end was incredibly delicious with a nice crispy texture. I would like to invite someone next time I visit!

I had always wanted to visit this slightly expensive Chinese restaurant. It was my first time there. Starting with the simmered oysters, followed by jumbo shumai, spring rolls, and simmered dishes, everything was delicious. I enjoyed the appetizers and side dishes, and then devoured the main dishes of mapo tofu and crab fried rice. It was the best dinner. It's hard to choose an MVP because everything was so delicious, but maybe the crab fried rice? No, maybe the spring rolls? No, maybe the mapo tofu? Anyway, everything was delicious, the plate designs were cute, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was great. I love Chinese food. I will definitely go back.

Susukino area. This restaurant was selected as one of the top 100 Chinese restaurants in 2023. I heard mixed reviews about this place, but decided to give it a try for the first time today. It's our second stop of the day. My wife will join us here to start. The clientele is mostly adults and the atmosphere is quite lively. There are 15 customers in the restaurant, with one chef in the kitchen. There is also a sommelier and a server, but the service is quite slow. We ordered the Chef's assorted appetizers (3000 yen), Tan Tan Men (1700 yen), almond jelly (600 yen), glass of wine (3100 yen), and Dong Ding Oolong tea.
The Chef's assorted appetizers had 6 different dishes, all with bold flavors. Overall, the dishes were carefully prepared, but the clams were not properly cleaned. The Tan Tan Men was delicious, with thin and short noodles that had a rich wheat flavor. The spiciness was just right, but unfortunately, the minced meat had a slightly burnt smell, which was a disappointment. The almond jelly was firm and tasty, but nothing extraordinary. As for the Bianco white wine, we didn't have high expectations since we only ordered a glass, so we won't evaluate it. The sommelier explained the characteristics of the wine, which had a strong acidity and orange aroma.
Overall, it was a bit disappointing. It seems like what my acquaintance said was true. Perhaps they were busy due to being on the top 100 list. Thank you for the meal.

BamBam Bungee is so delicious...! I will definitely order it again. The chicken is very moist. I wonder how they make such a delicious sauce. It has no off-flavors and I finished it in no time. The shumai is excellent, I'm not sure if it's a specialty but it's undeniably tasty. Makes me want to eat rice, haha. It also goes well with Japanese sake. Thank you for the meal! ★

I made a reservation online for dinner on Saturday the day before. It was fully booked with reserved customers. The location is between Odori and Susukino, and the stylish space of the restaurant with a clean interior and music gave me high expectations. I ordered a la carte (I think others also ordered a la carte rather than a course) and the food was delicious, but it was somewhat expensive. Thank you for the meal.

Susukino Tsukajo-san. This is a restaurant that serves Chinese course dishes with wine. It seems like there are many Chinese + wine restaurants in Sapporo. Is it a recent trend? Located on the 1st floor of the G Dining building which houses various types of restaurants. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere and offers Chinese course dishes with gentle service. It's a bit on the pricey side in terms of cost performance. Credit cards are accepted. Non-smoking.

Excellent appetizer set. Just with this, you can drink so many cups of alcohol. They also have a nice selection of wines. If you tell them your preference, they will select for you. They understand the characteristics of each dish and it's interesting just to hear their explanations. Lastly, we had crab fried rice. The chef made a variety of dishes for us after consulting with us. We also had spring rolls, dumplings, and more, but everything was delicious...

I visited for the first time the other day. It was a Friday evening, and the restaurant wasn't too crowded, so we were able to get in without a reservation. We ordered a variety of dishes and toasted with some wine. They had a good selection of wines and other drinks. The food was delicious overall, but I felt that it was a bit pricey.

The 5,500 yen course was delicious, especially the Tachi and pork shin meat. The additional spring rolls were also tasty. The dishes included spicy Tachi with mala sauce, wood ear fungus and cabbage salad, smoked dried tofu with celery, beef-wrapped mountain burdock, clams and shepherd's purse in broth, tripe and lotus root simmered in soy sauce, stir-fried daikon radish and yuba, pork and black soybean shumai, shrimp and ginkgo nut spring rolls, pork shin meat with lily root and pickled greens stew, steamed Spanish mackerel and turnip, crab fried rice, almond jelly, plum wine, and jasmine tea (although it didn't taste much like jasmine tea). Everything was delicious!

A well-known restaurant located in the basement of a building, with reservations required for entry on Monday evenings at 6 pm when it opens. I was alone for a while, but by 7 pm, it was fully booked! The food is reasonably priced for the quality. Although the Shanghai crab is also reasonably priced, I had to resist as I had other plans. The restaurant's specialty is wine, but they also have a great selection of Shaoxing wine and yellow wine. You can't find such a variety in mainland China, so it's worth trying (laughs).

On a holiday at 6 pm, I made a reservation for the ¥5,500 course in advance the day before via the internet. I was originally planning to order a la carte, but I wanted to try a variety of dishes first, so I opted for the most affordable course. I forgot to take a few photos, but all the dishes from the appetizers were delicious. The assorted appetizers, in particular, were so tasty that I wanted to eat more of each. Also, the Mapo Tofu that the person next to me ordered looked delicious, so I want to try ordering it a la carte next time. I came here after seeing a review saying it's the most delicious in Sapporo, and I think it might be true. It was high-level Chinese cuisine. The atmosphere of the restaurant is dim, but the counter seats are spaced out enough that you can't hear the conversation next to you, making it a comfortable place to dine.

I heard rumors that the food here is delicious, so I decided to visit for the first time! Even though I often go to Ji Dining Building, I didn't know about this place! I went with one other person and ordered a la carte. We ordered the chef's choice of 6 appetizers and the dumplings. Every dish was delicious and we were impressed! The appetizers included spicy green peppers, smoked eel, liver, some kind of vegetable, yuba with something (I forgot one dish), and white fish with pine nut sauce. Everything was so tasty that I almost wanted to order another round of appetizers! I was fascinated by the chef's beautiful work. The service staff, possibly a sommelier, explained and served the wine very carefully. The wine pairings with the dishes were excellent, and we enjoyed every wine we tried! This restaurant has a great combination of Chinese food and wine, and personally, I recommend enjoying the food with wine. Both the food and service were fantastic at this place! I will definitely come back again!

The interior of the restaurant was smaller than expected and it was full. The dishes and small items were cute. Everything from the appetizers was delicious. The alcohol goes down smoothly. The sweet and sour pork had strawberries... and it was a good match! The mapo tofu was spicy and delicious with a strong flavor of Sichuan pepper. I want to try dishes I didn't have this time next time. The chef works alone, but is efficient in both speed and taste of the dishes, and the cost performance is good.

Located on the basement floor of the popular dining building G DINING SAPPORO in Sapporo, I had the opportunity to try the Chinese cuisine at Gekkasen. Since I didn't do any research beforehand, I opted for the 6000 yen course with Mapo Tofu and added Crab Fried Rice. The meal started with an assorted appetizer plate which went well with drinks. The stir-fried Chijimi Horsetail and Bamboo Shoots had an amazing depth of flavor and crispiness. The grilled dumplings made with Hokkaido pork and black soybeans were the best I've ever had. The spicy stir-fried venison with Ishikawa potatoes was surprisingly delicious, with just the right amount of heat. The steamed dish of Kasube and yellow-stemmed Chinese cabbage was tender and flavorful down to the bone. The Mapo Tofu was the best I've ever had in my life! And to top it off, the Crab Fried Rice was the best I've ever had as well! I will definitely be revisiting this place. It was incredibly delicious! #Hokkaido #Sapporo #Tanukikoji #ChineseCuisine #Gekkasen

The flavors of the season are highlighted, along with organic and low-pesticide vegetables from Hokkaido, consciously incorporated for a healthier dining experience. The wine cellar boasts a variety of natural wines made using organic farming methods, with grapes cultivated using organic practices and natural yeast. The atmosphere is quiet and suitable for adults to enjoy drinks and food peacefully. The dishes are served in cute small plates, and the spring rolls are filled with shrimp and seasonal ingredients like edamame, served with a salt and pepper seasoning. The vinegar pork dish is served with strawberries, creating a delicious sweet and sour flavor. The fish dish with plenty of green peas is incredibly tasty. The crab fried rice is generously filled with crab meat. Overall, the food is delicious and well-paired with the wine selection.

Everything I ate was delicious. I absolutely love the spring rolls here, with their innovative combinations of ingredients. The Bang Bang Chicken is a must-try, it was surprisingly tasty. The sweet and sour pork with black vinegar is also a favorite of mine. The beef fried rice is amazing. The crab fried rice is average. The black bean shumai is heavenly, I could eat them all day. The mapo tofu is extremely spicy, but despite not liking spicy food, I still found it very delicious. Thank you for the meal! ★

A couple's date. Couldn't decide on a course so went a la carte. The sommelier provided great service, allowing us to enjoy a wonderful combination of Chinese cuisine and wine. The orange wine recommended to pair with the drunken crab and the red wine recommended to pair with the sweet and sour pork were both amazing choices. The shark fin soup was delicious, and the spring rolls with shrimp and ginkgo nuts were surprisingly tasty. Next time, I would like to try a more casual course.
