As soon as you see it, you're left speechless and then just have to laugh. My husband bought it and bumped into someone on the train, and this happened. The pear mousse is upside down. The pumpkin one is cracked. The taste remains the same though. The correct names and prices are unknown. The correct visuals are also unknown. The pumpkin and cinnamon Halloween one are similar, I guess. Inside is a pumpkin jelly-like puree. The cinnamon mousse embracing it is almost like cream. The base has a strong spice flavor, maybe nutmeg. The crunchy texture is probably finely crushed walnuts. Adding chocolate in between and as decoration is good for the taste. The base is quite firm, making it a bit difficult to eat. The taste is straightforward and quite likeable. The pear mousse seems to have originally been shaped like a pear. It's soft, so the top got squashed when flipped over. Inside is a red wine jelly with pear compote. The compote is also made with red wine, and it's wrapped in a soft vanilla mousse. The base is biscuit-like with no particular feature. The surrounding white chocolate adds a subtle sweetness. It has a nice aroma too, doing a good job. The key is the red wine jelly part. Overall, there are no elements to dislike, making it likable to everyone. I can't comment on the tiramisu as I didn't eat it myself. It seems to maintain a certain level and should be reasonably delicious for anyone who tries it. It's a hotel dessert, so while there may not be any surprises, deliciousness is a must. Breaking the slightly firm, thin shell reveals something soft inside, a trend seen in such sweets. Overall, it was delicious, but I still think the fresh mango pudding is the best here. Perhaps due to the long weekend, the popular mango pudding was sold out by the morning (which was the goal). It's possible to make reservations in advance through TableCheck, so it's wise to use it if you definitely want it. The cafe is still closed, just in case.

I visited The Peninsula Boutique & Café located in the Peninsula Hotel in Yurakucho. It is located in the basement of the hotel. They used to have dine-in options, but now it is takeout only. They had a variety of products on display, including baked goods. On this day, I tried the grape cake. It had a sophisticated flavor, just as you would expect from a hotel patisserie. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal.

"The Peninsula Boutique & Café" is located in the basement of The Peninsula Tokyo in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, and is easily accessible from Yurakucho Station, Ginza Station, and Hibiya Station, all just a few minutes' walk away. It has been selected as one of the "Sweets TOKYO Top 100 Shops". After having lunch at SALONE TOKYO on this day, I felt like having mango pudding and decided to visit. The hotel lobby was lively with beautiful brides, grooms, and guests. I heard that the café space was temporarily closed, and it was still not reopened on this day. This time, I got two servings of "Mango Pudding" (880 yen) to go. The combination of fruity mango and moist pudding was impressively delicious. The glass container added a luxurious touch. It's not easy to come across such a beautiful and delicious mango pudding. I couldn't resist and ended up eating both servings right away. I wish I had bought more. I look forward to enjoying the café atmosphere next time."

When it comes to The Peninsula Hotel, their afternoon tea is famous for offering exquisite and high-quality sweets. The quality of the sweets overall is top-notch! The mango pudding and mango tart are popular choices, but during this season, the mooncakes are also a big hit! However, I highly recommend the Mont Blanc as well! The Mont Blanc with pear jelly inside offers a sophisticated twist with its subtly sweet cinnamon cream and the perfect harmony of Mont Blanc paste, making it a unique dessert for adults! The classic cakes are also impressively well-crafted, truly living up to their reputation! I look forward to treating myself or bringing a little gift to this place in the future and continuing to explore their offerings.

At Peninsula Hotel Heifun Terrace, I have been longing for the delicious mooncakes I had in Hong Kong in the past. When autumn came, I wondered if there was anything similar to that taste. On social media, a friend wrote about Heifun Terrace's mooncakes, so I decided to go shopping when I was nearby. Luckily, I was able to purchase a box of 4 mooncakes for 3800 yen, which reminded me of the delicious mooncakes that cost around 800 to 1000 yen each. I remember they were large with a whole egg inside. The packaging was luxurious and lovely, making it hard to throw away. When I opened Heifun Terrace's mooncakes at home, they were very small. The design on the surface with the bird motif was beautiful. They suggested warming them up in the microwave as if everything tastes better that way, but it still wasn't the taste I longed for. I will continue my search. When cut, they revealed a vibrant orange color! They were soft and delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I stopped by while in Hibiya (not the place to enter a luxury hotel in casual attire). The fresh mango pudding I wanted was already sold out, but I bought pear mousse, apple mousse, (long-lasting) mango pudding, and almond tofu. There were also cookies, financiers, and limited-time chestnut Danish pastries, all sweets and foods worthy of a place like the Peninsula. The sweets I received were all exquisite, not just in taste, but also in appearance, texture, and aroma, offering enjoyment from various angles. I hope to have afternoon tea at a place like this someday. Thank you for the meal.

This year's Mid-Autumn Festival's full moon falls on September 29th. I realized in early August that reservations for the mooncakes at the Henhun Palace started on July 19th. From August 30th to September 30th, mooncakes were available in sets of 2, 4, and 8 last year, but this year the 2-piece set is no longer available, so I reserved two 4-piece sets online. The day before pick-up, I received a notification online. The staff members had lovely smiles when I went to pick up the mooncakes. I also purchased plain scones, which had a shelf life until the 18th when refrigerated. There was no delivery service, so the next day I warmed them in the microwave for about 15 seconds (it said to open for 6 minutes and microwave for 20 seconds). I remembered overheating them last year, so I paid attention this time. The rich aroma from the microwave filled the room, and the mooncakes were warm with a slight juiciness. The filling had a salted duck egg custard, and the crust was made of wheat flour. They were about 5 cm in diameter and 2.5 cm in height, warm and soft. The salted duck egg custard filling was gentle and rich, but the crust was slightly harder, maybe due to the method of heating. I preferred last year's version. Mooncakes have been made and packaged in luxurious boxes for a long time. The salted duck egg symbolizes the full moon and gold, so the mooncakes were available in sets of 1, 2, 3, or 4, and they were quite large and had a long shelf life by default. After eating, warming them up brought out a different deliciousness. I was impressed when I tried them for the first time last year, and this year they were also delicious. Although they are small, they provide a high level of satisfaction. Warming them up is recommended, and they last for just under two weeks. The staff members were friendly with lovely smiles and were kind. The customers behind me were also kind and recommended bread. Next time, I would like to try that too. The box was heavy and the mooncakes were ideal for gifts. I would like a simpler box for home use, but this box was well-received, and although small and expensive, it provided a high level of satisfaction. Reservations can still be made at this store at The Peninsula Tokyo. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The Peninsula Hotel in Hibiya. The colorful and vibrant sweets lined up in the basement boutique are truly exquisite, living up to the world-class hotel quality! Mango Pudding (tax included 880 yen), Peach (tax included 920 yen), Melon Duck Wafers (tax included 920 yen). The most famous "Mango Pudding" is visually appealing with plenty of mango fruit on top. Although I only got a bite of the pudding part and not the fruit part, it was delicious with a rich and moist texture. "Peach" is a peach dessert as its name and appearance suggest, with a pink outer layer covered in white chocolate and a unique caramel sauce inside. "Melon Duck Wafers" feature plenty of melon slices resembling Shine Muscat, with a passion fruit accent and pistachio chocolate inside. These original and delicious sweets are hard to come by, truly living up to the Peninsula's reputation!

Top 100 sweets shops in Tokyo in 2022 and 2023. Visited because the cream bread looked delicious on Instagram. Visited around 12:40 on Saturday. Located on B1F of The Peninsula Tokyo. It was a very beautiful hotel. The interior of the store was of course beautiful. All the sweets looked delicious, but they were priced accordingly. This time, I only got the bread I was after. Brioche Custard 430 yen. I shared it with my family after returning home. Contrary to its appearance, it was quite heavy. The whipped cream and custard were neatly filled inside. The cream was rich yet had a good aftertaste. Truly felt like a bread from a luxury hotel! Thank you for the meal.

①In the Ginza and Yurakucho area, if we limit it to ¥2000 or less, there are mostly cafes, sweets, and noodle shops. So, if we focus on places with high ratings, Peninsula Pâtisserie & Café stands out. ②According to reviews, their mango pudding seems to be overwhelmingly delicious. There are luxurious and long-lasting versions available, but I'm not particularly interested in those. The luxurious version doesn't seem to justify the price difference in terms of taste improvement, and the simple long-lasting version, while a bit cheaper, might compromise on flavor. So, the middle-ground option seems to be the best value at ¥880 for the mango pudding. ③A lovely lady served us while maintaining eye contact the whole time. It seems that Peninsula places a strong emphasis on good service. ④When we took it home, the fresh mango on top was ripe and delicious. If they're using this level of quality all around, the cost of the fruits must be quite high, right? The sauce on top is rich and even sweeter, but the pudding at the bottom didn't evoke the same level of excitement. So, it might be better to mix the middle sauce with the bottom pudding for a more enjoyable experience.

Located a 3-5 minute walk from Hibiya Station, Patisserie The Peninsula Boutique & Cafe is a popular pastry shop situated on the basement floor of the world-renowned luxury hotel, The Peninsula. It was selected as one of the top 100 sweets shops in Tokyo in 2022. In addition to cakes, they offer a variety of products such as chocolates, baked goods, and souvenirs, making it versatile for different occasions. I tried the Mango Tart this time. The ripe, soft mango that melts in your mouth is refreshing and spreads a unique sweetness. The crispy tart crust complements the mango and cream perfectly, without getting soggy from the mango's moisture, showing the careful craftsmanship in each piece! While the cakes are priced at around 900 yen each, the taste and beautiful appearance make it worth it. I highly recommend visiting to enjoy these delightful sweets. Thank you for the meal!

Located near Yurakucho Station, there is a restaurant in the basement of the Peninsula Hotel. The hotel is situated in a somewhat bustling area, so preferences may vary for accommodation purposes. In any case, it is apparent that the hotel's boutique is crowded, indicating its popularity among external customers. Items ordered: Mango Pudding 880 yen, Tiramisu 870 yen. The signature dish of this restaurant, the Mango Pudding, is truly delicious, as expected from its popularity. The balance between the mango's acidity and the cream sauce is perfect, melting in your mouth. The Tiramisu also has a unique taste different from the typical Tiramisu, with a creamy chocolate mousse that complements it well. Considering the price, it is reasonably priced for hotel desserts, so I would like to purchase it again when I am in the area.

Tokyo Metro lines "Hibiya Station" and "Yurakucho Station" are directly connected to A6 and A7 on the JR Yamanote Line and Keihin-Tohoku Line at "Yurakucho Station." It is a 2-minute walk from the Hibiya exit and a 3-minute walk from exit C4 of Tokyo Metro's "Ginza Station." I went shopping at The Peninsula Boutique. I received jelly as a gift in the past. It was a jelly assortment with two pieces each of three flavors: grapefruit mango, passion fruit strawberry, and lychee mango pudding. I felt like eating them at The Peninsula. I remembered the wonderful breakfast and eating too much mango when I stayed at The Peninsula Bangkok. After a full lunch, I bought bread for tomorrow's breakfast. Hard Toast 480 yen, Choco Bread 770 yen, I was surprised by how reasonable they were. Thank you for slicing them for me.

I had some errands in Hibiya, so after finishing them, I walked around. Ignoring those enjoying afternoon tea, I headed downstairs. Since my errands were done, I didn't buy the mango pudding and instead got a few cakes just for myself. The mango tart had chunks of fruit on top, giving it a unique appearance. When I took a bite, it was different than expected. The not-too-rich real mango flavor of the éclair was also delightful, with a fun variation in texture. The cream on top was made with mango, adding to the deliciousness. They provided forks and large, sturdy napkins for each cake I took home, which was a nice touch. It's a bit pricey at 900 yen per piece, but that includes the name, so it's understandable.

When you mention the Peninsula Hotel, even if you haven't stayed there, many people have received their mango pudding. Somehow, the eat-in option seems to have disappeared. Since there was a gap in time until they handed it over at closing time at 6 p.m., I opted for the mango pudding set that can be kept at room temperature. The staff here is always calm and helpful, making it a nice place.

I bought some souvenirs. It was around 11 in the morning, so there weren't many options available yet, probably because it's summer. There were a lot of items with mango in them. The ones that look like muscat grapes are actually melon. Everything was delicious and well-received. I definitely want to go buy more when the season changes.

- Mango Pudding 4.0 A very smooth and soft pudding with mango inside, adding a fresh and juicy texture. The fresh mango flavor is well utilized, making it very delicious. The tapioca pearls seem to have no clear purpose, as I've only had them a few times. This mango pudding is definitely one of the best I've ever had. - Vahine 4.0 There is no description, so it's unclear what it's made of. The outer layer seems to be white chocolate, while the inside is a vanilla-flavored mousse with a slightly crunchy fruit compote texture, like plum or pineapple. It has a refreshing taste and a complex flavor. - Tiramisu 4.5 Despite being called tiramisu, it has a clean round shape with chocolate balls on top. The inside is a cheese-flavored mousse with a sponge soaked in what seems to be tiramisu-flavored liqueur in the middle. The chocolate is not overly sweet, and perhaps due to the warm temperature, the overall texture is incredibly soft and unexpectedly delicious. All of them are of high quality and wonderful.

This time, I had a mango eclair! Although shaved ice seems to be popular now, it gives me a headache so I stopped... This eclair was unique, with a hint of acidity, not too sweet, just right (^ ^) When I had eaten about half of it, the remaining part looked like a rhinoceros beetle, but it was delicious lol Thank you for the meal ===========

The most popular item at the boutique & cafe in the luxurious 5-star hotel "The Peninsula Tokyo" is the best-selling Mango Pudding that has been a hit since the opening. It is so famous that I had always wanted to try it at least once, so this time I nervously made a reservation for just one! The Mango Pudding is so popular that it often sells out quickly. You can reserve or pre-order from one piece, which is convenient. The Mango Pudding costs 880 yen (tax included). The mango flesh is incredibly sweet and rich... and the elegant taste of coconut and mango pudding is so exquisite that I was left speechless (laughs). It's the most delicious mango pudding I've ever had. It's not cheap, but it's recommended as a little treat for yourself or as a gift. I will definitely come back to buy more!!
