In the past, this place used to be an Italian bar called "Sumi Rich"! It brings back memories... It was a place where you could smoke, with all-you-can-drink options. I searched for it and ended up here, in a bright Japanese-style space. We toasted with draft beer, and from the second drink onwards, we used a QR code to order highballs. The highballs seemed to be made by an amateur - they were overmixed and lost their carbonation. I switched to Jim Beam from the next drink, which was a bit better. The food was decent, but the one person, two dish rule was a bit too much for me. Overall, it was a fun place to drink, so I'll give it a thumbs up.

Visited a restaurant with former colleagues for a reunion. The place was a bit hard to find in a mixed building near Sapporo Station. The restaurant had W names and private rooms, which I had never heard of before. When I asked why my senior chose this place, he said it was because smoking was allowed. We had a good time catching up over drinks, even though two of them were smokers. The food was a bit pricey but decent overall. The sashimi was not top-notch but satisfactory, and dishes like cheese-filled fish cake and shrimp mayo were well-prepared. Despite the simple dividers, the restaurant was crowded with young people when we left. Overall, it was better than expected.

Saturday and Sunday don't feel like a good deal. I think this is just how it is. It was nice to have a semi-private room.

At 8:00 in the evening, we had a reservation for 12 people, but when we arrived on time, the restaurant was full and it took a while for the previous customers to leave and for us to get ready. We had to wait in the narrow space in front of the elevator, which made it difficult to pass each other. Once we were ready, we were seated in a private room, which allowed us to enjoy our time together without any worries. It was a shame that we couldn't try the "dashimaki tamago" due to the high price of eggs. The presentation of the dishes and plates had a touch of luxury, differentiating it from other izakayas. Ordering drinks and food was done through scanning a QR code with a smartphone, which I couldn't do myself and had to ask a senior for help. It was interesting to see that here, it's the person who is good with smartphones that takes charge of ordering, rather than the junior members.
