Tanuki Koji, Susukino Area - 4 minutes walk from Toyosui Susukino Station ◇ Business hours 11:30-15:00 17:00-23:00 ◇ Closed on Tuesdays ◇ Cash payment only---Passed by this shop as much as the main store. Yesterday, after eating Negi Ramen at another shop, I remembered the Negi Dak from Yamazaki and wanted to eat it, so I visited. Here, there is also a delicious "black" limited to Black Tiger since the opening. However, my favorite is the "Ocean Negi Dak." The small shop with only a counter has a lone older brother. When I looked at the ticket machine, the Negi Dak was sold out (cries). Since the ocean goes best with Negi Dak, I ordered the normal black one. When I confirmed that the Negi Dak was sold out, I was told it's okay! Because I really wanted it! So, I ordered the ◆ Ocean Negi Dak (1100 yen) [Soup] A lot of fish powder and a lot of leeks in a pork bone soup! The soup is greasy with a lot of collagen! Tomorrow, your skin will be plump! Your stomach will go "brurun brurun" (laughs). It's not delicate to say the least, but there is no pork bone smell, and the umami of the pork is condensed. Garlic is a must order! Now, for the real review. First, it's not fish powder but bonito flakes that are used. Did they change it? Is it just Black Tiger? It's delicious, but I prefer fish powder. I've visited the main store recently, but it's been a while since I've been to Black Tiger, so I wonder how it is. [Noodles] SAGAMIYA's distinctive thick noodles. The chewy texture is recommended for those who don't dislike thick noodles, although a change to thin noodles is possible. The firmness is normal, with a standard water content level. The wheat flavor is pleasant and delicious. [Leeks] Since I ordered Negi Dak, I won't evaluate the leeks, but as you can see in the photo, they are totally not good. What happened? [Chashu] Delicious, soft chashu with good flavor. [Overall] I've always thought it was different from the main store, but I'm a little disappointed. Still, I give a high rating because I really like Yamazaki. I look forward to the next visit. Thank you for the meal!
