Tanuki Koji, Susukino Area - 4 minutes walk from Toyosui Susukino Station ◇ Business hours 11:30-15:00 17:00-23:00 ◇ Closed on Tuesdays ◇ Cash payment only---Passed by this shop as much as the main store. Yesterday, after eating Negi Ramen at another shop, I remembered the Negi Dak from Yamazaki and wanted to eat it, so I visited. Here, there is also a delicious "black" limited to Black Tiger since the opening. However, my favorite is the "Ocean Negi Dak." The small shop with only a counter has a lone older brother. When I looked at the ticket machine, the Negi Dak was sold out (cries). Since the ocean goes best with Negi Dak, I ordered the normal black one. When I confirmed that the Negi Dak was sold out, I was told it's okay! Because I really wanted it! So, I ordered the ◆ Ocean Negi Dak (1100 yen) [Soup] A lot of fish powder and a lot of leeks in a pork bone soup! The soup is greasy with a lot of collagen! Tomorrow, your skin will be plump! Your stomach will go "brurun brurun" (laughs). It's not delicate to say the least, but there is no pork bone smell, and the umami of the pork is condensed. Garlic is a must order! Now, for the real review. First, it's not fish powder but bonito flakes that are used. Did they change it? Is it just Black Tiger? It's delicious, but I prefer fish powder. I've visited the main store recently, but it's been a while since I've been to Black Tiger, so I wonder how it is. [Noodles] SAGAMIYA's distinctive thick noodles. The chewy texture is recommended for those who don't dislike thick noodles, although a change to thin noodles is possible. The firmness is normal, with a standard water content level. The wheat flavor is pleasant and delicious. [Leeks] Since I ordered Negi Dak, I won't evaluate the leeks, but as you can see in the photo, they are totally not good. What happened? [Chashu] Delicious, soft chashu with good flavor. [Overall] I've always thought it was different from the main store, but I'm a little disappointed. Still, I give a high rating because I really like Yamazaki. I look forward to the next visit. Thank you for the meal!

I visited at night and purchased tickets for the recommended "Black" (pork bone with back fat) and seasoned egg. The appearance is quite dark, but the pork bone broth is not smelly, the fat is not heavy, and it is easy to eat. It also has a good garlic flavor and is delicious. I am now interested in trying other flavors as well. As I was leaving, a group of foreign tourists entered the restaurant, making it lively. Due to its location, the staff are accustomed to dealing with them. Thank you for the meal.

I visited the restaurant on a regular night. It was relatively early in the evening, so the place was not very crowded. I purchased a meal ticket at the counter and ordered the recommended dish, which was "黒". It was very delicious.

This is a review of the Ramen restaurant called Yamazan Kuroko located near Tanuki Koji 1-chome on a Monday at 12:00 pm. Despite the popular oil soba restaurant Yofuntei nearby having a long line of about 10 people, the Ramen shop was surprisingly not crowded. The menu offers various types of ramen, including white miso (with back fat pork bone miso), red miso (with spicy back fat pork bone miso), ocean (seafood pork bone), and red (spicy back fat pork bone). The specialty here is the black ramen (black back fat pork bone), and they also offer black negi dak for green onion lovers. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles from Sagamiya Seimen, topped with a thick and rich back fat soup, crunchy wood ear mushrooms, flavorful pork loin chashu, diced onions, and fragrant seaweed. Overall, the reviewer recommends the miso white negi dak or ocean negi dak, and notes that the garlic is available upon request.

The other day, after finishing a dinner party and having a few drinks, I felt a bit hungry and wanted to eat ramen. I decided to come to this restaurant where I had visited before. I ordered the pork bone soy sauce ramen. I wanted to use the restroom, but there wasn't one inside the restaurant, so be careful. The ramen was delicious, not too heavy.

【Yamaran Kurotora】I visited here after a long time at South 3 West 1! "Shiro" is back as a limited quantity!!----------------------------------Shop Name: Yamaran KurotoraAddress: 1-2-1 Nishi 3 Minami, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, HokkaidoBusiness Hours:・Everyday: 11:30-16:00 (Last Order 15:00), 17:00-22:00・Closed on Tuesdays----------------------------------I hesitated between the sea and others, but in the end, as usual, I ordered the ・Kuro for 850 yen. It arrived in about 5 minutes! The soup is a pork bone broth with a chachacha style of back fat wrapped in oil film and little odor. It's a rich soup with a strong soy sauce flavor. The slightly flat medium-thick straight noodles have a smooth texture and a firm chewiness, complemented by toppings such as wood ear mushrooms and onions. Of course, the thinly sliced char siu is moist and delicious. And the usual extra noodle refill! (50 yen) I also added red pickled ginger and garlic. The slightly firm thin noodles and red pickled ginger make it a refreshing experience. Today was delicious and stable as always. Finally, I added another extra noodle refill. I slightly regret not ordering the rice with soup. When I realized, it had been about half a year. Without looking at the previous reviews, I ordered the red ramen with extra spiciness level 3 and thin noodles. The default noodles were overcooked. When I crave something spicy, I always end up at Kokura. I hope they bring back the white ramen with pork, wood ear mushrooms, onions, leeks, minced meat, chili peppers.

Popular ramen shop known for their "rich" ramen that is also available in cup noodle form. The main store is located in Hiragishi, Sapporo, with several other locations. Visited on a holiday at 13:30 and found one seat available. A few other customers were also present. The interior of the shop is quite small with only 8 counter seats at the back. While the standard choice is the "white" ramen, the shop recommends the "black" ramen, so I purchased the "black" (850 yen) from the ticket machine. The shop owner was busy cooking alone, and after about 10 minutes, the ramen was served over the counter. The soup had a rich pork bone base with a layer of oil and a slightly fluffy lard, making it quite bold, but also had a refreshing soy sauce flavor. It was indeed the "rich" ramen as advertised. The noodles were slightly flat and medium thick, with a smooth and chewy texture that I really enjoyed. The curtain displayed that the noodles were from "Sagamiya Seimen". The toppings included pork chashu, diced onions, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and seaweed. The pork chashu was tender and delicious, contrary to its appearance. Overall, it was a rich pork bone ramen that would make me want to visit again, especially for trying the standard "white" or "sea" ramen at the main store.

I purchased the ticket from the vending machine, cash only. There is a sturdy partition between the counters, and thorough infection prevention measures are in place. I tried the recommended Black Ramen for 850 yen. The noodles were thick, and the punch of pork bone and garlic was strong. The richness of the soup and noodles matched well, making it delicious.

This is a ramen shop located between Tanukikoji and Susukino. I tried the recommended black ramen. It has a strong punch of pork fat and garlic, making it a rich and creamy ramen. The noodles were thick. The thickness of the soup was good. It was evening but the shop was quite empty, so it was easy to get in.

When I realized, it had been about a year and a half since my last visit. Surprisingly, the white ramen had been removed from the regular menu, so I ordered the red ramen with extra spiciness level 3. The spiciness levels now range from 1 to 3. The toppings included chashu, wood ear mushrooms, onions, minced meat, and chili peppers. Despite its appearance, the spiciness was mild and slightly underwhelming. I hope they bring back the white ramen.

On the way back, I smelled a good aroma. I had been avoiding ramen after drinking recently, but I couldn't resist and ended up going in. I sat down and soon met the ramen. Oh! It had a good visual with pork fat. The toppings included seaweed, green onions, wood ear mushrooms, onions, and chashu. A simple lineup. The soup had a rich flavor with a pork bone base mixed with soy sauce. It was rich but not too heavy. The noodles were medium-thick and straight, a good choice for this soup. Slurp! It was delicious. It was a ramen detour after a long time, but I ended up finishing the whole soup. Well, that's okay! Thank you for the meal.

I went to a ramen shop inside the TV tower, but even though the sign said they are open until 3:30 PM, it was already past 2:30 PM and they were still preparing. Feeling like having ramen, I walked around and stumbled upon this place. I love the Yamazora shop in Minami Ward and also enjoyed the Shiratori at the main shop in Hiragishi. I'm sure I will love the ramen here too, so I decided to give it a try. I got the recommended black ramen ticket. The soup seemed a bit salty at first, but when eaten with the noodles, it was okay. As I continued eating, it reminded me of the ramen from Yamazora, which I like. The chashu had a nice thickness and was soft and tender, just the way I like it! But then, there was a strong pork smell that I couldn't handle. Sorry, it's not for me. Ah, now I'm craving the Shiratori from Tenjotenka... It was an interesting ramen experience. Thank you for the meal.

I found a ramen shop called Chimera Ramen that was open after 10pm and was searching for miso ramen. I was intrigued by the black ramen and decided to try it. It was miso ramen with thick noodles and back fat, but surprisingly it wasn't too heavy and was delicious. I added a seasoned egg topping for 900 yen, and it was really tasty!

I visited "Sanzan Kuroko" on August 17th for the first time. I arrived at 5:30 PM for dinner as a solo diner. The entrance curtain was a white half-curtain with the words "Sagamiya Seimen" on the left. The entrance door opened on the left. When I entered, there were no other customers. I might have been the first customer? The interior of the restaurant was quite narrow. It seemed a bit difficult to move around with customers inside. There were 8 counter seats on the right side of the entrance, separated by black partitions for COVID-19 measures. I tried to sit down immediately but was prompted to purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine. Oh, there was a ticket machine right on the right side of the entrance. It was a bit cramped, so I didn't notice the ticket machine at first (laughs). It was a bit embarrassing with other customers present (laughs). I went back to the vending machine to check the menu. The menu buttons were confusing without any prior information. What is "Umi"? What is "Kuro"? I wish they were a bit more user-friendly for first-time visitors. Otherwise, I might get lost (laughs). In the end, since I couldn't understand the menu at all, I chose the recommended "Kuro" for 850 yen. Despite being a tonkotsu ramen shop, when it comes to "Kuro," it should be soy sauce-based, right? There were two male staff members. The tonkotsu broth was properly prepared without any unpleasant smell. I was a bit put off by the smell of (some) tonkotsu ramen shops (outside the store) in Fukuoka. That smell is dangerous. After a short wait, the bowl arrived in less than 10 minutes. It was served in a black bowl with a red ladle, topped with seaweed, chashu, green onions, wood ear mushrooms, finely chopped onions, and medium-thick straight noodles. The noodles had a high water content. But I wonder if the replacement noodles have a lower water content? The texture was chewy, indicating a high water content. The rich tonkotsu soup looked miso-based at first glance, but it should be soy sauce. The medium-thick noodles complemented the rich soup well and were delicious. The finely chopped wood ear mushrooms added a nice crunch to the noodles. It was my first time having raw chopped onions, but they served as a good condiment. I was a bit hesitant about adding extra green onions for 200 yen. It had been a while since I had a rich ramen, and it was a delicious meal. Thank you.

I had the black pork bone back fat ramen. I don't mind back fat, but in this amount, it might be too much for older people or those who don't like fat. The thick noodles coated in back fat can be quite heavy. The saltiness is strong, and the onions and wood ear mushrooms provide a little relief, but it was tough to finish.

I had ramen from the popular ramen shop Yamazaki, which is a branch located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. The seating inside the restaurant consists only of a counter. Orders are placed through a ticket vending machine where you can purchase food tickets. The menu includes options such as black backfat tonkotsu and tonkotsu miso, with the seafood tonkotsu ramen being the specialty. The ramen here is delicious and showcases the quality of Hokkaido ramen. The broth is a fusion of backfat tonkotsu and seafood flavors, resulting in a rich and creamy soup. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles, and the toppings include large slices of chashu, green onions, wood ear mushrooms, seaweed, and onions. Once again, Hokkaido ramen proves to be of high quality.

I felt like having soup curry and had my eye on about 3 different shops, but they were all closed... So, feeling hungry, I decided to go to a ramen shop near the sauna. Among a few options, I chose a shop with a cool name, called "Yamaran Kuroko". Inside, there was a ticket machine on the right side of the entrance, and the interior was like a narrow eel bed with only 8 counter seats. The background music was J-POP, which was unexpected for a shop with such a cool name. They were playing Perfume. The shop was run by the owner alone. I placed my order for the popular black tonkotsu with black back fat. I watched the cooking process and waited for it to be ready. The tonkotsu soup was poured into a black bowl. I took a sip to taste it. You could really feel the dedication put into it. After about 10 minutes, it was served. The appearance was also dark. The soup had a taste of soy sauce and tonkotsu. Delicious! The richness of the back fat was also good. The noodles were thick straight noodles with a chewy texture. They were also good! The chashu was tender, the wood ear mushrooms were crunchy, and the seaweed was a nice touch. As I ate, I felt the soup was getting a bit salty and couldn't finish it all. I usually leave some soup for health reasons. I kind of regret not adding toppings like seasoned egg. Oh well, it's my first visit so it can't be helped. Thank you for the meal! I would like to try other flavors and add toppings next time!

After drinking some alcohol, I visited this ramen shop at night. As soon as you enter the long narrow shop, you will see a ticket machine on the right side near the entrance. The base of the soup is soy sauce, and they offer limited servings of miso ramen. This time, I tried the "black" ramen. As the title suggests, it is a rich pork bone soup with a generous amount of lard floating on top, which is perfect for those who love rich flavors. The toppings include seaweed, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and finely chopped onions, with a slightly thin slice of pork loin as the chashu. The noodles are medium-thick straight noodles that go well with the soup. The taste was not outstanding, but it may be a hit or miss for different people's preferences. The shop was run by only one staff member, who seemed a bit indifferent towards customers, so I didn't particularly enjoy the atmosphere. If you love lard in your ramen, give it a try.
