On June 12, 2023 (Monday), I went to the Shabu-Yo restaurant on the 1st floor of Hassamu Ion with my elementary school child in the afternoon. The operating hours are from 11:00 to 21:00. Despite the last order for lunch being at 15:50, the weekday lunch is unlimited, so you can stay for up to 5 hours if you come early (lol). They welcome solo diners as well. I'm not particularly picky about meat, so I chose the cheapest option! All-you-can-eat pork belly and chicken for adults cost 1,539 yen including tax, and for children, it's 1,099 yen including tax. It cost us a total of 2,638 yen including tax for the two of us. The meat was delicious! It's a touch panel system where you first choose a course, then select your favorite broth, and order as much meat as you like! I ordered 5 plates to start. While waiting for the meat, you can go to the buffet-style vegetables and sauces. When you return to your seat, the hot pot with two types of broth is already boiling! The meat also arrived! Fast! Thank you, staff! My child enjoyed the curry rice, and I had my favorite seaweed rice ♡ and enjoyed the shabu-shabu meat. Ah, happiness ♡ Everything was delicious. When I visited in winter, the udon was for self-boiling, but this time in summer, it was pre-cooked and served cold. You can quickly eat it by putting the udon in a bowl and adding dashi soup. When you order meat, a cat-shaped robot comes to your table with lively music to deliver it to you. Press the blue button on the meat plate to confirm. They will also take away the empty plates, which is convenient. Each plate contains about 5 slices of thin pork belly. My child and I could only eat 10 plates. Thin, tender, and delicious ♡ The table is filled with a pot, so it quickly becomes full when you bring sauces and vegetables. It might be cramped for four people. I like making white dumplings and eating them. Also, I like to bake waffles with my child, top them with soft serve ice cream, and pour plenty of chocolate sauce on top. This is the best! The soft serve ice cream and chocolate sauce are so delicious (well, they are just regular flavors). Finally, I had shaved ice. It's just regular shaved ice, but my child seemed to enjoy making it more than the taste (lol). Actually, I got excited too. I feel so fulfilled and happy. I'm glad I could have fun with my child at such a low price. It would be great to go alone if you want to relax. With a child, you tend to eat quickly and get full right away. My child was satisfied with a few plates of curry rice and udon (lol). Considering the various desserts, it's still about a thousand yen, which is cheap! It was very empty on a weekday afternoon, so I might come once a month (lol). I wanted to eat cotton candy, but I was too full today. I'll try it next time! Ah! If I had used the coupon, I could have gotten 3% off... (cries) I just noticed by looking at Hot Pepper now! Gah. Well, I'm completely satisfied, so it's okay (lol). Apart from entering and leaving, you hardly interact with the staff. Everything is done through the touch panel. The service at the register was okay ☆ I wish they had told me about the coupon, though (lol). Well, well, well. Also, since this is inside Ion, they offer a 5% discount on the 20th and 30th of the month! Awesome! Awesome! ♡ ==

I went to a restaurant in a shopping mall. I didn't have high expectations for the all-you-can-eat option, but surprisingly, the food was delicious. The meat and sushi were a bit thin, but that's expected for all-you-can-eat. There was a nice variety of vegetables available, which was great. Vegetables can be expensive these days, so maybe it's more cost-effective to eat more of them than meat. The curry, ramen, and udon were all tasty. The desserts were also delicious.

The prices went up again, but the food was still delicious! I love green onions, so I had about three servings. It's fine to go until evening on weekdays, but they end with soft serve ice cream at the last hour. Thank you for the meal! (o^^o)

The price varies depending on the type of meat, but I chose the lowest-priced course. The salad and soft serve ice cream are included in the all-you-can-eat menu, so it's enough. The amount of meat on one plate is abnormally small. I had to order additional meat multiple times. You order through a touch panel and most of it is self-service. It's healthier than other all-you-can-eat options, so you can enjoy it without feeling guilty.

I want to eat shabu-shabu! When I muttered that, a scary person sneaked up behind me and asked if they should take me shopping with them. Were you at your house? And are you planning to bankrupt me by eating meat in kilos? Looking at me deep in thought, they asked if I wanted to go to Shabu-ya. I eagerly got into the car and we headed to a gas station for some reason. Darn it. I was deceived. They said they would give me gas money instead of letting me ride for free, but they are quite clever. And for some reason, we ended up in Hassamu. Is it just my imagination that it's the farthest place from my house? I'm not sure, but we arrived there. Despite it being a weekday, Hassamu Ion was very crowded with many children and people in formal attire, probably because it was graduation day or something. It's a joyous occasion, but I don't find long lines joyous. After enduring hunger for 50 minutes, we were finally seated. I noticed that you can now choose from four types of hot pot broth for an additional fee. It was helpful to have a multiple-choice option to reduce the time spent deciding. - Chicken soy sauce broth - Authentic sukiyaki broth - Spicy Sichuan-style hot pot - Seto Inland Sea kombu salt and ginger herb broth We chose the all-you-can-eat pork. While I went to get vegetables, the hot pot was set up. I was grateful that the spicy one was facing my side. I left the touch panel operation to my son. The meat kept arriving one after another, and the serving robot was excellent. It was my first time seeing it, and I was fascinated by how it didn't collide with customers or make mistakes with tables. As I watched it return, it came to our table again! I put the chicken in the hot pot and waited for it to cook, and then I suddenly noticed that the girls at the next table were staring at us. How much are you going to eat? their eyes seemed to ask. I think they are just looking because my son is handsome, right? What's the correct answer? The raw egg that comes with the authentic sukiyaki broth. I think it's supposed to be one per person, but I wonder if you can't order more. I couldn't find it on the touch panel, so I gave the extra one to my son, who didn't have enough. I think you're supposed to dip each slice of meat in the broth and eat it, but the hot pot overseer said to just throw them all in at once and eat. Is this the way of the young? It was unlimited time, and I wanted to eat slowly, but ( ´͈ ᗨ `͈ ) So, there are no pictures of the meat. The quickly stacking empty plates and swift collection. The herb broth was delicious, and I think it was a limited-time offer. I wished it could be chosen all the time. For the finale, I thought cheese risotto would go really well, but I couldn't find the cheese, so I didn't get to eat it. I think it would have been perfect. I was too full to speak on the way back, but it was delicious and enjoyable. Thank you for the meal. Thank you, serving robot.

I stopped by a shabu-shabu restaurant for a change. Come to think of it, there used to be quite a few shabu-shabu specialty shops in the past, but I feel like they have become rare these days. While there are many lamb shabu-shabu restaurants in Hokkaido, I sense a decrease in shops specializing in beef and pork. Due to the pandemic, the restaurant was quite empty with only 3 or 4 groups of customers, allowing us to relax and take our time. The meat portions were just right for easy eating, and even if you order just one serving, you can finish it without leaving any leftovers, which I found to be the perfect amount. There were several types of broth to choose from, a variety of sauces with different flavors, and plenty of condiments for personal customization. In addition, they also offered side dishes like ramen, udon, and curry, which were surprisingly delicious for the price. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the feast!

I want to eat heartily at a reasonable price. How about having shabu-shabu? You can also get your vegetables in. You order through a touch panel. I wonder how it is to put food in a pot in this day and age. When you go to get your vegetables, you wear gloves, right? I order a tower of meat and enjoy shabu-shabu to my heart's content. I like to have a little bit of dipping sauce and wrap plenty of grated radish and green onions to eat. For dessert, I make a cream anmitsu-style dish and finish it off. Oh, I ate so much, it was delicious.

After shopping at Aeon Haskan, my family had lunch at Shabuya for the first time. We ordered the all-you-can-eat pork shoulder loin lunch for 80 minutes at ¥1299 for adults and ¥899 for elementary school students. We could choose two types of broth from several options, so we selected regular dashi and yuzu. Vegetables, rice, curry, udon, ramen, and dessert were all self-service and there was a wide variety of vegetables available. We ordered the meat using a tablet and it was brought to our table promptly. There were about 6 different sauces for the shabu-shabu, and a variety of condiments including green onions and grated radish. We started with some rice and curry before moving on to the meat. I mainly used ponzu sauce, but also tried the dashi and onion sauces. The meat was average, but since it was all-you-can-eat, it was satisfactory. My daughter enjoyed cooking and eating ramen. For dessert, we had chilled shiratama sweet soup topped with soft serve ice cream, and a separate serving of hojicha warabi mochi. There was also a DIY waffle station. Overall, we were very full and satisfied with the meal at this price. Since there is a Shabuya nearby, we will definitely visit again.

I arrived at the AEON mall near Hassamu Station! I was told to go for a walk and have lunch alone on my day off! Well, I chose to come out on my own anyway. When I thought about what to eat that is low in carbohydrates, I realized that there are only meat or vegetables available for dining out. I decided to try a shabu-shabu restaurant that I haven't reviewed before. Despite it not being too crowded for a weekend at the AEON mall, I was surprised to see many families there. I sat at a table for two by myself and ordered the three-layer pork belly course for 1,199 yen, with an additional 100 yen for all-you-can-eat on weekends. The vegetables were brought to me, and the first plate of meat was already prepared. The vegetables were not as fresh or varied as those at a nearby restaurant, but the advantage here was the all-you-can-eat tapioca and the generous portion size on a single plate. The thickness of the meat was also just right. The staff were attentive and there were many of them, which was a plus. Considering the cost performance, it was fantastic. I ate about 12 plates of meat and two heaping plates of vegetables, but surprisingly, I actually lost weight the next day. It was a satisfying meal!

The old man, Myrebi-san, said he wants to eat shabu-shabu. This cheeky little girl! Have you forgotten the time when you were at the lowest point in your life and I encouraged you? Come on, be a little more modest even in front of Toto-san! You've been getting a bit naggy lately. Anyway, let's eat shabu-shabu. It seems like they have a shabu-shabu style here where you dip the meat in two types of soup. I don't really know what I ordered, but it seems to be the all-you-can-eat three kinds of pork shoulder loin course with black pepper mala and the spicy mustard. It's strange that the people in the cheaper pork belly course can't eat the pork shoulder loin, but the people in the pork shoulder loin course can't eat the cheaper pork belly. Hmm, it's a mystery! I just wanted to try the belly meat as well, haha.

I went to the 1st floor restaurant area of Aeon Mall Sapporo Hassamu store in Nishi-ku, Sapporo on May 3rd (Friday). It was the start of the Golden Week holiday period and I went with my parents and siblings. If I were alone, I wouldn't have chosen this restaurant, but with family, it's a good option. We arrived before 11:30 to avoid crowds, but it was surprisingly empty. I tried the "Sangen pork shoulder loin all-you-can-eat course" which cost ¥1399 per person excluding tax on weekends and holidays. The pork was tender and delicious. We tried various dipping sauces and I think the plum sauce was the best. We ate a lot and enjoyed a nice lunch together before I headed to Muroran Ferry Terminal via Lake Shikotsu and Tomakomai.

Shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat at a cheap price is such a delight! The cheapest lunch course is the pork belly all-you-can-eat course for 1,199 yen excluding tax. There is an 80-minute time limit. The restaurant quickly filled up with customers. There are two types of soup for the hot pot, and you can choose your favorite. There is a variety of dipping sauces and condiments, so you can enjoy it your way. There are many types of vegetables. The meat is tastier than expected. I thought there would be a lot of fat in the pork belly, but it wasn't that fatty. You can eat a lot of this. I enjoyed eating curry, potato salad, and mixed rice while eating plenty of meat and vegetables. My stomach quickly went from hungry to full. Maybe because I ate a lot of vegetables, surprisingly, I couldn't eat much meat. Other customers didn't seem to be eating that much either. If there are two people, it might be better to choose the course with three types of meat in 60 minutes. If you're not drinking alcohol, you don't need 80 minutes. After the meal, there was soft serve ice cream, shaved ice, and mochi, which made it feel like a good deal. It's clear why this place is popular. I will definitely visit again.

I heard that they started serving lamb shabu-shabu, so I decided to come and try it! The lunch deal is really great! I wanted to try the beef as well, so I opted for the all-you-can-eat option which includes beef, premium pork, and for an additional 149 yen, lamb shabu-shabu. My friend and I managed to finish it all, but the initial serving was quite generous haha. It's nice that they offer two types of broth - one is white miso which cannot be changed, and the other is customizable. I chose the bonito and kelp broth. Later on, I realized it was spicy... what a shock... There are also various dipping sauces available - lemon, vegetable, ponzu, plum, sesame, and traditional soy-based dashi. I tried them all, but I think the traditional soy-based dashi was the best. They also have udon, ramen, curry, seaweed rice, and chirashi sushi. The vegetables they brought were green onions, komatsuna, Chinese cabbage, tofu, and various mushrooms. The meat is thin so it cooks quickly. The premium pork belly was really delicious! I don't usually eat pork shabu-shabu, but it was surprisingly tasty. The lamb shabu-shabu was also delicious. It paired well with the vegetable sauce. The beef needs to be eaten quickly, or it can get tough... They also have DIY waffles and cotton candy. My friend tried making cotton candy and ended up getting it all over his clothes. For an additional 199 yen, you can also enjoy all-you-can-eat sushi. I think it's a great deal for those with a big appetite. Overall, I think the best way to enjoy this restaurant is through their affordable lunch deals. Thank you for the meal!

Huh? It's a different restaurant now!? They have shabu-shabu all-you-can-eat, and it looks empty, perfect! The system is similar to the shabu-shabu restaurant on Shimoina Street. The good thing is you can order verbally here, so it's easy! I chose sukiyaki for the broth. Before the meat came out, I wandered around to get some vegetables... There are quite a variety of vegetables available! The only downside was the sukiyaki broth... it was light and thin, more like the broth used for shabu-shabu. It lacked the richness of sukiyaki, but if you think of it as just regular shabu-shabu, then it's not bad!

I stopped by here for the first time in Hokkaido, and it was like a warm vegetable place in Hokkaido. They have a wide variety of sauces to go with meat and vegetables. Personally, I focus more on vegetables, but they also have a variety of meats such as black wagyu beef, three-layered pork, chicken thighs, etc., so meat lovers may be thrilled. Lastly, I tried their original curry in bite-size portions, and it was a delicious pork shabu-shabu curry with plenty of meat. I found a really good restaurant nearby! Next time, I will visit with my junior colleagues from work!

After a long time, I had shabu-shabu again~♡ I'm happy because I can eat lots of vegetables and meat (*´ω`*) Even sushi is enjoyable if you don't have high expectations for the toppings.
