It was next to the Chinese restaurant where we had lunch. I was curious about the cake vending machine, but my friend decided to buy lemonade instead (lol). It had real lemons in it and seemed good for the body. A bit pricey, so 3 stars.

【Alternative Meat Use Kalbi Salad (Vegetarian Dressing) 397kcal】¥1480
First in Japan! A salad using alternative meat! The alternative meat has a strong bean flavor with a soy milk taste, very delicious! The sauce has a strong mayonnaise flavor! Includes lotus root and cucumber for a great texture! Generous portion!
【Roast Beef Salad (Sesame Wasabi Dressing)】¥1480
The roast beef is diced and plentiful! The sesame wasabi dressing is not very strong in wasabi flavor! As you eat, it gets a bit spicy! Even for someone like me who doesn't like wasabi, it was enjoyable!

Located in Sapporo, with several branches, a salad specialty shop where you can get 350g of vegetables needed in a day! When you order, they make it with the ingredients you choose! You can also choose whether to have the sauce on top or on the side! For those who have vegetables they don't like, there is also a customizable salad option which is recommended!
【Atmosphere】Easy for anyone to come in, bright interior! Pets are allowed! If you bring your dog, you can take a photo with them on the wall at the Maruyama branch, which has only one seat, so takeout is mainly recommended! It might be a bit cramped to eat at the Maruyama branch! However!! There is also an eat-in limited lunch menu (half salad, soup, homemade bread included)
【Customer Base】From young women to men! Also for those who come for delivery! I think it's really good for those on a diet, for health, and for beauty!

While on a diet... I had the shrimp avocado arugula salad ^ ^ Even if you're not dieting, you can eat healthy and satisfyingly delicious (*´ω`*) The spicy dressing is refreshing and perfect for summer (’-’*)♪ I couldn't resist adding extra shrimp, my favorite (*≧∀≦*) Thank you for the delicious meal m(_ _)m

I visited the newly opened store. The salad was delicious and beautiful, but unfortunately, it was expensive. It is difficult to afford a take-out salad for almost 1,500 yen on a daily basis. The staff at the store were very casual.

After a long time, I took a stroll around Maruyama area, focusing on new shops for my regular rounds. After visiting a few places, I climbed some stairs and then went for a refreshing walk. Heading east on the back approach, I noticed some flowers decorating the street, signaling the opening of a new shop called "KIYOHACHI CHOPPED SALAD Maruyama Back Approach Store". Since carrying a salad around is difficult, I opted for a lemonade. I chose the "Mojito Soda Lemonade @550" from the 10 available options. I tried to pay with PayPay but the staff seemed inexperienced and couldn't provide a receipt when I requested one. Since the shop was not listed on Tabelog, I wanted to get their phone number, which I found on their Instagram page. As I continued my leisurely stroll, I enjoyed my drink. The lemonade had a mild sweetness and a subtle acidity, with finely chopped lemon peel mixed in. I couldn't really taste the mint and lime flavors, but the overall aroma was nice. The texture was a bit off for me due to the lemon peel, but it might appeal to others. The shop mainly offers their specialty "salads", the mellow "lemonade", and a small bread called "Hill-Only Bread". This new store in Maruyama Back Approach is the third branch following the original Motomachi store and the second branch in Kikusui, I wonder how far they will expand. Next time, I'll try their salad. Thank you for the meal.

Recently, I've been feeling like I've been eating too much, but I still want to eat until I'm full. That's when I turn to "KIYOHACHI CHOPPED SALAD." One notable thing about this place is that the portion size is generous in a good way! It's enough for two adults to share. I often can't finish it in one sitting, so I split it into two meals, haha. While it may be a bit pricey, considering the amount and the quality of the vegetables used, I think it's reasonable. The dressing is also very delicious, so you won't get tired of eating it. It's not easy to find a place where you can get a tasty salad made with fresh vegetables for takeout, so I'm grateful for that. The lemonade is also very tasty. The slight bitterness of the lemon and the freshness of the pulp really permeate your body! If I had one wish, it would be for them to open earlier on weekends and holidays. It would be great to be able to grab a salad for brunch on weekend mornings after a walk!
